Les meilleurs restaurants en Nord

06/09/2026: The boss's message: "Blacks and Arabs, attack him!!!!" It's crazy! My friend was eating a panini, so I took the opportunity to ask to go to the restroom. Impossible, since I wasn't eating there myself. Okay, I can understand. As I was leaving, the boss shouted, pointing at all the customers: "Blacks and Arabs, attack him!!!!"

08/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place completely by chance and decided to stop by after two bad experiences elsewhere… and frankly, what a pleasant surprise! As soon as we arrived, the owner took the time to explain his background, his achievements, and above all, his passion for shisha. You can tell right away that you're dealing with someone who truly knows his craft. He then offered us something we'd never seen anywhere else: we each chose two themes/flavors we liked, and then he created a completely customized shisha experience for us based on our preferences. The result: truly excellent, from start to finish. The welcome, the advice, the quality, and especially the passion behind the service make all the difference. A place we discovered completely by chance, but definitely one we'll be returning to.

31/08/2026: We booked for the whole family based on a recommendation, mainly to try the Welsh rarebit. As soon as we sat down, we were told, "No Welsh rarebit, no potch." We ended up with charred bacon, a sausage the size of half a sausage, and chicken in a cream sauce (from a factory). We decided against dessert, we were too disappointed. We certainly won't be going back.

29/08/2026: Comforting, good quality food, warm service

23/09/2026: I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a box of 20 nuggets. I called the restaurant, and the woman told me everything was weighed. She asked for my first and last name and phone number so I could supposedly receive a text message to pick up the missing item, which I never received. Usually, when someone forgets a drink or something, I don't call, but this time I clearly lost 14 euros.

09/09/2026: I came with my family to the McDonald's in Douai, which was nothing like the ones in Flers or Waziers. The manager made my Croque McDo meal even though it wasn't available at the kiosk. She kindly gave my daughter a ball, and the lady in the dining room was super smiley and friendly, just like the manager.

11/09/2026: A very pleasant atmosphere with cheerful and friendly staff. The food is typical and good. The prices are a bit high for the dishes, but this doesn't detract from the dining experience.

01/09/2026: This restaurant is exceptional. The setting is soothing and understated, calm and entirely wooden. The menu is thoughtfully and delicately composed. The service is simple and spontaneous, and the manager's polite reserve is much appreciated. A highly recommended experience.

23/08/2026: Everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Carine, who is absolutely lovely. The meal was delicious, and the peppercorn sauce and homemade mayonnaise were a double whammy—it was truly top-notch. I loved the strawberries from Phalempin! We'll definitely be back soon.

31/07/2026: A warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and quality regional dishes.

04/09/2026: If we could find a roadside restaurant of this caliber every night, we'd be absolutely thrilled! A quick and friendly welcome 👍, a superb, spacious, and clean bathroom 🚿. The owners, waitresses, and chef are all incredibly friendly, guaranteeing a great atmosphere 🥳. And the quality and quantity of the food are simply outstanding. What more could you ask for? I promise I'll be back, and in the meantime, I highly recommend it. Best regards, Albert

24/09/2026: A true gem in Cassel! ❤️ Café Les 3 Moulins is a must-visit spot where everything comes together for a wonderful time. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere friendly and full of authentic charm, and the food is simply delicious. It has a traditional pub atmosphere, and you can taste the homemade quality of the food, made with fresh, local ingredients. A really great place that I wholeheartedly recommend! If you're passing through Cassel, look no further: head straight to Les 3 Moulins! You'll leave with a smile… and, above all, the desire to return very soon. ❤️

29/08/2026: Great setting, excellent waiter, fast service, a typical corner of our beautiful region

06/09/2026: A 1.5-hour wait for undercooked chicken and an unpleasant owner who treats his employees... don't go there

26/06/2026: Excellent. One of the best Thai meals I've had in Lille (and I'm picky!). The restaurant doesn't look like much, but the food is incredible, and that's all that matters in the end.
