12/06/2026: There was nothing to eat, except dry sausage. They hadn't updated the website yet, they said (very kindly). Disappointed, we decided to go somewhere else after all.

17/05/2026: I had a wonderful evening with my family. The occasion was three birthdays, including my own. I'm quite particular and have high standards, but the waiter was patient, pleasant, and offered good advice. The meal was delicious, from the grilled dishes to the dessert. The manager was fantastic with my grandson; they turned up the music a bit for him and one of my daughters, who really got into the groove. I loved everything about my evening—the atmosphere, the food, and the service. I'd love to come back! Thank you! 🥳🫶🏻

03/08/2026: A very nice setting, a typical estaminet (traditional Flemish pub). The only thing we could regret was that the dishes weren't brought out at the same time. Some people had almost finished their meals while others were just receiving theirs. We will return.

02/07/2026: I ordered for the second time, several items including a Super VIP pizza. The first time (several months ago) I found it excellent, no complaints whatsoever, hence my desire to order another one. Unfortunately, this time it was completely soggy, almost liquid… the dough was very soft, the best part of the pizza was ultimately the crust. I'm disappointed because I don't remember it being like this the first time; it held its shape very well, but this time it's quite disastrous, it completely soaked the cardboard box as well. I also ordered Tuscan olives, but the black ones have no taste at all; it's the first time I've ever had this impression with an olive… in short, I'm giving it 2 stars (= not great) because I'm going to try again another time with a different pizza, but in this case, it was a complete failure.

01/07/2026: Everything was great. The service, the food, the atmosphere. The pizzas were fantastic—not too big, not too small. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable experience.

I arrived at 2:30 pm for something savory, and the selection was a bit limited given the late hour, but the young woman Jannet (I asked her name, lol) went out of her way to make me a sandwich while also quickly serving the other customers, all with a smile – that's becoming rare! Thank you so much!

27/07/2026: Our favorite spot for a sweet treat. Always a warm welcome. The pastries are delicious, there's a great selection of smoothies, and the prices are reasonable.

20/07/2026: Honestly, one of the best fine dining experiences I’ve ever had, and at such a fair price. The chef takes the time to personally welcome everyone and explain the menu, while putting so much care into making every dish absolutely spectacular and delicious. This place is definitely worth a detour or a special stop. The wine list is abundant and wonderful, and during the day, you can also enjoy the possibility of sitting outside if it’s sunny. I truly hope I’ll have the chance to return. Thank you for such a memorable experience and sharing your passion for food!

07/07/2026: An impeccable restaurant! The food is not only delicious, but the portions are generous. It's clear that everything is homemade. The service is very professional, and the back room allows you to dine in peace and quiet, right in the city center. The waiter and chef go out of their way to ensure you feel pampered. Bravo! I recommend it 300%!

10/05/2026: Avoid this place if you're picking up a Too Good To Go. The store is "closed" at 4:08 PM, even though the collection window is from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM and the establishment usually closes at 4:00 PM... And when you contact them, they don't even seem surprised and claim the order was cancelled, which wasn't the case...

02/07/2026: First visit to this restaurant. The owner greeted us at the entrance with a broad smile and showed us to our table. The setting is authentic and pleasant. The server brought us the menu, also with the same friendly manner. We learned that she was the owner's daughter, so it must be in their genes, or perhaps these people are in this profession out of passion. We ordered our aperitifs and main courses, and everything flowed smoothly without any waiting or rushing. We were offered a small glass of wine with our aperitifs. The owner came to our table during dessert to ask how we were doing and chat about this and that. It was lovely because we didn't feel like just a walking wallet. As for the dishes and the presentation, they were perfect—bravo to the chef! Upon leaving, the same ritual: she escorted us to the door with a smile and said, "Thank you, see you soon." I only have one thing to say: those who haven't been, go and discover it, and I will be back as soon as I return to the north. Yes, we're from the South, but born and bred in the North. Congratulations and thank you again to those who keep this open-air café going.

30/05/2026: The setting is very pleasant, as is the service, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The menu is original and refined, featuring, for example, a good amount of fruit (strawberries, mangoes, etc.) in the savory dishes, but of course, there are also much more conventional options. The prices are admittedly a bit higher than those of a typical brasserie, but the quality of the food more than justifies the difference!

We had a wonderful time thanks to his food and wine pairing advice; the platter was delicious, filled with a surprising mix of meat and cheese. But it was especially his knowledge of wines and spirits that allowed us to journey from the coffee blended with Houlle des Carboniers juniper to the exquisite wine selection.
