27/06/2025: A truly special moment. While searching for a restaurant to celebrate my birthday, I stumbled upon this place. The welcome was perfect, the dishes succulent and beautifully presented. A wide selection of dishes made with only fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The cooking was flawless, and the sauces and side dishes were perfectly balanced. As a chef myself, I can assure you that the chef and his team will undoubtedly delight your taste buds. It just goes to show that sometimes things happen for a reason. 28/04/2026: For my 18th birthday, we had a lovely time at the Hotel du Lac. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and professional, and the dessert served in our room was a nice touch. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the view of the lake was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

25/04/2026: I returned to the restaurant, enjoying a peaceful weekend. I savored a view of the lake from the shaded terrace. A natural atmosphere and attentive staff. I reiterate my 5-star rating. The madeleine cocktail was a delightful discovery. For my starter, I had plump, pearly scallops cooked to a perfect pearly sheen—simply superb, especially with the vermouth reduction. My main course was monkfish tail risotto with carrots and thyme. Dessert was a generous pistachio crème brûlée—a true delight. Never two without three!

09/05/2026: We stopped by today, my wife and I ate there. It's a place you can hardly find anymore: attentive service, hot plates served by the chef himself – admittedly rare these days! The portions were very generous for the price, the meat was high quality. You simply have to stop there for a good meal. We can only commend the waitress for her professionalism.
