23/04/2026: The meal wasn't refined enough, even heavy. Very little foie gras and a lot of penne. A bit disappointing.

20/04/2026: Friendly and pleasant waitresses. We were there for a birthday celebration and a reservation for a group of 25. They made a mistake with the cake (it was supposed to be without white chocolate) but quickly found a solution. It was still a disappointing incident. The food was excellent, very flavorful, and truly impressive. The service was fast. The bread was very hard. However, it's a fine dining establishment, so you should expect small portions, even if they are good. The background music was pleasant and not too loud.

07/04/2025: Very disappointed, the staff was unpleasant. There is also not much left and when we ask for a refill we are answered in a very insolent manner... the cashier was not very kind to my children aged 13 and 15. One thing is certain, we are leaving the adventure, we are running away!

06/04/2025: I've been going to Salad & Co for several years now, and during my last visit, on the evening of Sunday, April 6, 2025, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service, which was unfortunately very unsatisfactory. The staff present that evening were unfriendly, which is quite surprising for a usually welcoming establishment. There was a shortage of vanilla ice cream and yogurt, which we reported, simply stating that it would have been helpful to inform us in advance to better meet customer expectations. The response received was: "We're not obligated to tell you, we're not going to close the restaurant for that, and you don't come to Salad & Co just for that..." I was truly shocked by the tone and the comments made. As for the buffet, there were no chicken pieces for the salad, nor any chocolate sauce, and the cleanliness clearly left something to be desired. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a "kitchen nightmare," but it could be called a "nightmare at Salad & Co." That said, as a loyal customer, I'm still giving it 5 stars because I want to emphasize that the service is always impeccable when Kenan, Bledard, or Clément are in charge. Their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication deserve to be commended. As you can see, none of them were present that evening, which largely explains the deplorable service we encountered.

Here, you won't find typical brasserie fare with overflowing plates, but rather a more refined, almost gastronomic approach, where the emphasis is on freshness, seasonality, and the care taken with the ingredients. The cuisine is delicate, well-executed, and you can sense a genuine attention to detail in both the flavors and the presentation. The ingredients appear fresh, the combinations harmonious, and the overall impression is one of seriousness and quality. You simply need to know what you're coming with: some might find the portions a little light at first glance. But this is also where a commendable point should be highlighted: if you ask for seconds, they are happy to serve you more. The kitchen knows how to adapt and satisfy, which is truly admirable. Ultimately, this is a restaurant that prioritizes quality, freshness, and seasonality over the immediate effect of quantity. And if you dare to ask for a little more, the team is there to help, which completes the experience very well.

05/04/2026: I came for Easter lunch on Sunday with my grandmother and we were very disappointed. We couldn't hear ourselves speak, it was incredibly noisy, the service was extremely slow, and we felt completely unwelcome. We were kept waiting at the entrance of the restaurant even though no one else was there; they just stared at us and didn't even come to greet us. The same thing happened during the meal; they made us wait even after we'd finished eating, and there was no bread served. The food was good, but very typical for an Easter meal; nothing original at all. It's a shame, we had the impression it was a good restaurant, but this experience has made me think otherwise.

02/04/2026: A wonderful experience at La Réserve bar in Lille. I particularly enjoyed the signature cocktail, the "Réserve Spritz," which was perfectly balanced and refreshing. Our waiter, Julien, was warm and attentive throughout the evening. The decor blends elegance with a cozy atmosphere and very pleasant, soft lighting. It's an ideal place to relax with friends and enjoy a convivial and sophisticated experience.

09/11/2025: A wonderful discovery! We had a family lunch on Sunday. We were surprised by how few people were in this lovely, unpretentious little restaurant that serves excellent food. We ordered a double burger, beef skewers with fries, and couscous with skewers. The meat was very good, and the broth and vegetables in the couscous were very flavorful. The portions were so generous that I brought my lunch home for tomorrow at least! The service was perfect. We'll be back!
