28/06/2026: A lovely discovery last night! We were lacking inspiration for dinner and spotted this little pizzeria not far from our place. We pushed open the door and discovered a timeless spot that we particularly enjoyed. We started with an aperitif in the garden, which was very pleasant in the heat, and we each enjoyed a pizza 🍕. To our surprise, the crust wasn't what we expected, but it was excellent and made with quality ingredients. Our plates were completely empty! The service was warm and friendly, even familial. We'll definitely be back to try the other options on the menu.

27/06/2026: We knew these were puff pastry pizzas and were eager to try this specialty. The experience is unique, but in our opinion, the result is closer to a savory tart than a traditional pizza. The pizzas are quite small, and at €15.90 for takeout (the same price as eating in), the value for money didn't entirely convince us. Nevertheless, we're glad to have discovered this iconic Tourcoing establishment, even if we probably won't repeat the experience.

18/07/2026: The place is always pleasant. I was disappointed by the "dish of the day" lunch, which was bland and lacked flavor for such a high price! For a vegetarian dish, I expected more pronounced flavors.

12/07/2026: Hello everyone, I ordered spring rolls today and was very disappointed 😥 They were nothing like the ones we've had at this restaurant before. Where were the carrots, lettuce, and fresh mint? Just soy sauce and three shrimp, and they were spicy too! The fried rice was overcooked! In short, we didn't enjoy them at all.

17/04/2026: A magnificent brasserie, just like Mom's... absolutely fantastic! It's been so long since we've had this authentic northern brasserie experience! The menu is a real treat; you won't know what to choose because everything is so delicious! The homemade fries are divine! 15/07/2026: I'm giving it a 1 because I can't give zero. The service was appalling, and it was ridiculously expensive (poor value for money. For example, 4 frozen spring rolls for €7), even though we all know they're sold in packs of 60 at Tang for €5 a pack. Everything was frozen, and the service was nonexistent (I had to call for menus, then for water, etc.).

25/07/2026: Cinema: Small cinema, 2 screens. One very small, the other medium-sized. Very attractive prices, with additional discounts for the unemployed. Friendly staff. Holiday vouchers accepted. If you come during the opening hours of the bowling alley across the street, you can buy popcorn there (it's a shame that popcorn can't be bought directly in the cinema, as the opening hours differ considerably from the bowling alley's). It will cost you €3 for the popcorn (I find it so-so because it's too caramelized, but it'll do in a pinch). The cinema shows the current blockbusters; the schedule is available online. To find out which screen is being shown (the large or small one), you need to book online.

25/05/2026: The restaurant was wonderful. Very charming, very friendly service. The food was delicious. Our appetizer (lobster on brioche) and dessert (crème brûlée and baba au rhum) were especially divine. The wine list has something for every taste and budget. We would love to come back. But not to the hotel. Or at least not in the summer, as we couldn't sleep under the roof without air conditioning.

23/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome, even at a late hour considering they were closed in the afternoon. Excellent value for money for the set menu, which included a delicious tiramisu dessert and a coffee. Excellent, I highly recommend it!
