04/05/2026: We simply ordered two crepes ("homemade crepes" according to the menu). They were dry, cold, tasteless, and as hard as cardboard. Very disappointing. If you don't want to make crepes, don't put them on the menu and we'll choose something else :)

26/04/2026: The appetizer platters were far too expensive for what they contained. A bit disappointed.

24/05/2026: I ordered through Uber Eats, but the sauce wasn't right. Three out of five ingredients were missing! I put it straight in the fridge to eat later, and then I found an extra bug! I'm shocked.

19/05/2026: Nothing to complain about! Every Sunday I go to, this one is no exception, they're always great, I'm very satisfied, the service is excellent, the staff are pleasant, the order is respected, and the food is delicious! Thank you!

03/05/2026: Absolutely inconceivable and shameful! Sunday, May 3rd, 10:15 PM, what a welcome!!! The manager was in his office for a little while when the staff started insulting each other, both on duty and in front of the customers! And other teams who had finished their shifts were sitting at tables! A "Maeva" battle of insults of all kinds!! Unbelievable, a daycare center! Several of us customers witnessed the scene... I was amazed... When the manager returned, we told him what had happened. He asked everyone to calm down, and when there were customers present, the manager's response was, "I don't give a damn about them." Bravo, top class!!! A serious overhaul is needed at the McDonald's daycare center!! The result, after all this circus... is that my takeout order was only half-prepared, of course, otherwise it wouldn't be funny, right?! I think there's cause for concern at McDonald's Hazebrouck in the future!! P.S.: Remember to properly train your staff in sales skills!

30/04/2026: Avoid this place! 30 minutes to be served, tray arrives, everything is cold, and there's a mistake with the drinks!!!! I won't be going back!!!!!!!

03/05/2026: Quite disappointed, it's not our first time there. The staff has changed and they're not very friendly, especially the tattooed man with the beard and "long" hair. A young woman and another young man were really nice. However, we had paprika salt on our fries which had no flavor. We ordered a veggie sandwich, and it was served with bread and only raw vegetables. We didn't really understand; everything was put in the sandwich when we only asked for meat. In short, lots of mistakes, expensive for what we got.

24/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! We came to order a large order of fries and were greeted in a particularly unpleasant manner, with the distinct impression that we were bothering them. They showed no interest in helping us, their tone was curt, and the service was rushed. Don't even expect to get any more helpful advice from the other person preparing the fries: she'll just give you the once-over from the back of the shop...while smoking a cigarette! Unacceptable! Furthermore, the "large fries" for 4 euros is a complete joke (see photo). The fries might be okay (but nothing extraordinary), but the service/welcome is in dire need of improvement! I absolutely do not recommend this place.

08/06/2026: The location is magnificent, nestled in the heart of the forest. The service is efficient and friendly. The quality of the products served is excellent.

17/04/2026: Excellent, very good, fast service, pleasant staff. We ate there and were cold.

12/04/2026: We went there to try the best kebab in France. Okay, we did get some wraps which were good, but the fries were a disaster, what a shame.

30/05/2026: We ate very well for a reasonable price; the menu is extremely varied (around 80 starters, main courses, and sides!), and yet all our dishes were delicious. The manager is friendly, spontaneous, and funny. A great place to eat Asian food with plenty of choice, at a low price and without any fuss. We went on a Saturday, so there was no all-you-can-eat buffet, but it is available during the week.

14/05/2026: My friends and I were very disappointed with the cooking; the dishes were cold, and so on. The cashier wouldn't listen to us and didn't believe us.

16/05/2026: Frankly disappointed by the amount of fries. Very stingy compared to what you find in a real chip shop where even a small portion is overflowing and ten times more generous.

11/03/2026: Warning ⚠️ on certain days try to order in advance otherwise there may be a wait of up to 2 hours (for example, Saturday evenings)

07/06/2026: A friendly and convenient bar/brasserie. The staff is welcoming. I often eat there in a calm atmosphere, enjoying dishes that offer good value for money. I like going there alone or with my family.
