I'd done a click and collect order, and it was fast and friendly, but unfortunately, this is at least the fourth time I've paid for double cheddar fries and received one with barely any cheddar on it. If I'd been inside, I would have asked them to do something about it, but unfortunately, I was using the drive-thru. What a shame. Double cheddar fries are truly my weakness, so I'm really disappointed when they look like that. 😢

24/01/2026: The hotel itself is very nice, the service is impeccable, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the breakfast is excellent... BUT... Sandwiched between a football stadium and a ring road, the setting is simply depressing... There's nothing nearby: no bars, restaurants, entertainment, gardens, or even a park... It's great to arrive at 10 PM and leave at 8 AM... I'll never go back.

19/01/2026: I visited the Christmas market with my daughter in early December 2025. The hotel is easily accessible by metro. There's a huge shopping mall nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy. We had a good experience. We had breakfast at Paul's, not at the hotel.
