26/06/2025: The place is charming and the typical atmosphere of a tavern is very present. Unfortunately, the welcome was rather cold and we waited more than an hour before being served drinks. The food was generally decent, but the quantities of fries were limited, and the €5 supplement seems a bit excessive. Getting a little extra mayonnaise was also difficult. A mixed experience, therefore, with potential, but areas for improvement.
23/06/2025: Obligation to choose a menu to be able to taste certain dishes..Having to choose your meal from the start. Not having time to digest between two dishes (one hour for the aperitif, starter, main course and dessert) and in the end having a terrine of the moment which does not make up a quarter of the plate, a tiny beef steak and a tasteless peach Melba, not to mention the location near the kitchens...first and last experience

23/07/2023: The dishes were okay, nothing more. The service was very mediocre... In short it wasn't great, just OK.
Especially since I had the impression of being considered a “money pumping machine”. I didn't feel that human side that there is usually with other restaurants.
For my part it wasn't the best experience, I don't necessarily recommend it.

02/09/2024: I put one star because you can't put less. What a deplorable store. Empty shelves (frozen, meat, dry), excessive prices, expired products in the fresh shelves.. more and more disappointed with this store. On the other hand, we can move around peacefully, it's the desert.

Remove this one from the restaurant name...unsalted mussels with only the maroille on top. Fries kept warm under the lamps....go your way even if the service tries to attract you warmly.

I highly recommend stopping there
30/09/2024: We came during the beer marathon in Bergues, and it was a nice discovery of this restaurant, the staff was very welcoming, at our service, and the speed of the service was perfect, all this in a friendly atmosphere, we very good food, sliced maroilles chicken all accompanied by a beer and a Nutella waffle for dessert, it was very good, I recommend!!

Too bad we found a hair of beard on a plate (bad luck, it happens) - the dish in question was offered.
It’s also a shame that the salmon penne is not on the menu at the weekend.
Also, I know it's a steakhouse but when there's a group of people coming and one person is vegetarian, their only option is the honey-goat cheese salad.
If other options are added, the experiment can be repeated.

27/08/2024: It's a good boulangerie. The staff is happily working. I did find that there weren't a lot of options compared to others I've been to. It is only for takeaway because it is a relatively small boulangerie.

12/09/2024: I often go here after doing my shopping and it's always a pleasure. The place is very pleasant and the choice of dishes is very wide. Although I mainly come in the afternoon for a coffee or a pastry which are also excellent!
