12/09/2026: The buffet was decent. It lacked prepared vegetables. Otherwise, there was a wide selection of starters and main courses.

Herberge In D'Hope
Volckerinckhove
12/07/2026: This is not a restaurant but a venue that can be rented for events. We got chased by the owner and scared away. Clearly not welcome
22/05/2026: Excellent place for family meals, association gatherings, or other events. Professional and efficient service. Good quality food prepared to the customer's specifications. Parking nearby.

La Wambrechies

27/07/2026: Tours organized prematurely: we should wait until the building construction is finished.
For now, the tour consists of a very (too) technical explanation of genever production. A good dusting of the premises wouldn't hurt either.
To be reviewed when everything is completed.

16/06/2026: We arrived after a stroll along the canal, and it was a delightful discovery. The old factory still has its machinery on display, and inside they have a small shop selling products they make on-site. I bought some gin-infused beer, which was a different but very special beer experience. Highly recommended.

Delices Wok
Lille
10/09/2026: Very little food and it wasn't very tasty.
I hate to give this rating, but it's not worth coming. The staff were great.
10/09/2026: I went there with friends for the first time on the evening of the street fair.
I appreciated the decor and the friendly staff, especially the cooks.
The selection seemed reasonable.
The quality and freshness were excellent.
It's a shame there wasn't any non-alcoholic beer and only one men's restroom, which justifies a 4-star rating instead of 5.

05/07/2026: Never disappointed in the past 10 years
10/05/2026: I was traveling nearby and ordered two meals for the workers. They only had kebab meat, not much choice, but the meals themselves were very good. Very welcoming service.

05/09/2026: The lady at till 8 today around 6:30 pm was superb, she deserves a raise for her work and her good humor :)
22/08/2026: I can understand that employees have instructions (if they are even real...) but watching a 75-year-old woman carry a 15-kilo gas cylinder without even helping her is inhumane!

26/09/2026: The restaurant's food is delicious, with a strong Asian flavor—spicy, savory, and rich in layers of taste. The experience would be even better if drinks or tea were offered.

21/09/2026: Great time, I recommend it, whether with family, friends or even alone you will find what you are looking for, the dishes are delicious there is a lot of choice, the cold buffet is magnificent, the service is of quality, very responsive staff, don't serve yourself too many hot starters at once as they cool down quickly in the room, the cocktails are good and inexpensive, having already come for lunch, the evening is much more pleasant as there are fewer people and it is calmer.
