13/06/2026: During my visit, I simply inquired whether the merguez sausages on offer were halal. To my great surprise, my question elicited a particularly unpleasant and inappropriate reaction from the person who greeted me. It seems perfectly reasonable to me that a customer should want to know about the composition and origin of the products they consume. A courteous response would have been more than sufficient. I left the establishment feeling disrespected for a simple and respectful question. This experience unfortunately falls short of the standards of service and respect one has the right to expect from a business open to the public. I regret this situation and hope that future customers will be treated with more professionalism and consideration.

11/03/2026: We've always enjoyed Speed ​​Burger, but today the whole family noticed a drop in quality. The fries were soggy when they're usually crispy, which was very disappointing. It used to be the only place we'd ever had crispy fries. The buns were also soggy. And there was a mistake with the "cold" bag; we received drinks and dessert from a different order... But usually it's great. I hope this is just temporary and it will be good again soon.

On the Gravelines road in Grand-Fort-Philippe, one evening around 7:30 pm, the driver overtook me and the car in front of me at high speed at the intersection near the car wash. This is very dangerous and inappropriate behavior on a public road. I therefore advise you to report it to them.

02/04/2025: Lovely restaurant in Tourcoing, we had a fantastic evening, the welcome and service were perfect. The discovery of the dish, "The Weeping Tiger," was excellent, incredibly tender, and we finished with the complimentary tea, which was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

09/05/2026: For my first time, I ordered a two-meat taco (ground beef and chicken with cheese sauce). I asked for onions, but they were nowhere to be seen this year. The taco was inedible, in my opinion. The fries inside—I couldn't say when they were made, but they were definitely reheated, maybe leftovers from lunch—and the taco had more fries than anything else. This is my first and last time eating there. For 9 euros, it might seem insignificant to you, but I wanted to treat myself, and it ended up in the bin. As for the service, I don't want to criticize the employees, but they're just following orders from a manager. That's my experience at Mersin Food.

But it's the brasserie that you absolutely mustn't miss if you want to enjoy delicious homemade fries. 06/03/2026: A mixed experience. The food was good, although our gyros was very dry. The young woman who greeted us was rather casual and uninvolved. No smile, and the welcome was very cold. She was wearing a sweatshirt (I don't mean to sound old-fashioned, but appropriate attire would be preferable, especially in a restaurant), dirty glasses were sitting on the bar, and the coffee maker was in a deplorable state. I think she should take better care of it, especially since it's in direct view of customers. A response would have been the least she could do.

15/02/2026: This was our third visit to this restaurant, which we used to enjoy, and it will be our last... It was cold inside, and we were poorly seated, at one of the two tables blocked by the partition opposite the restrooms. I had to stop eating and get up so the customers at the next table could leave. Okay, there are worse things, but I've had better dining experiences. The waitress was unpleasant and unprofessional ("Have you ordered yet?", "Can I have more drinks?"), I felt like I was bothering her and dealing with a teenager. We wanted dessert, but her priority was clearly clearing empty tables rather than attending to the remaining customers. We left after a 25-minute wait and had dessert elsewhere.
