27/01/2025: It's been quite a while since we went to eat at this Flunch. We wanted to test the new concept. What a disappointment at the sight of the dishes offered but also the prices! The salad bowls are ridiculously small. Moreover with these terminals, so impersonal.... I turned around and went where there is more humanity!

19/04/2026: Visited the Marie Blachère in Proville on Thursday, April 16th. The saleswoman, Tiphaine, was very friendly and welcoming, as was her colleague Élodie. Special mention also to the gentleman who was preparing the pizzas, Alain (ps: the handsome one) 😂 I asked for a pizza without mozzarella due to an allergy, and they were all very understanding, kind, smiling, and pleasant. That day, we took advantage of the offer and ordered two pizzas: they were perfect, delicious! 🍕 A big thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Very satisfied with this visit! 😊

16/04/2026: I ordered a sandwich. The mayonnaise was shameful; there was nothing inside, no taste, and the establishment was filthy. The toilets were in a deplorable state.

18/04/2026: Bitter and the woman working there doesn't smell like a deluxe sauce, so I'm leaving my review of this restaurant. Don't forget your order number or she'll jump you. Be quick and vigilant when your order is called, or you'll get a bowling ball thrown at you. Otherwise, the taste seems basic to me. But this isn't basic fit, it's basic fat, plus they're heating things up, which isn't good... You'll see photos of our feast just below. A security guard who doesn't even know the place he's working for. Please hire someone who knows their job. Have a good day.

15/04/2026: We brought a group of children. They were very well received. The service was quick and efficient. The upstairs space was large enough for our comfort.

26/03/2026: This is the second time I've ordered dinner from you. Each time I ask for it without cheese sauce; I don't react well to it. And each time you add the sauce, so I ended up going to sleep without eating a second time while everyone else ate. €37 for not eating. It's really not fair.

18/04/2026: Bland, tasteless food...the calf's liver at €11.90 was inedible, a liver with veins??????, shoestring fries cooked in water, broccoli and green beans tasted like water...the service: a young guy from our time, unhappy to be working, same for the cook...the blonde ice cream lady raises the bar. The manager is in charge of aesthetics; I suggest he actually taste the food, judging by the reviews.

09/04/2026: A 25-minute wait for one chicken fillet with Maroilles cheese, even though it wasn't crowded... What a lack of foresight and professionalism!

24/03/2026: I've rarely seen such an unpleasant shopkeeper, it's unbelievable!!! I don't usually leave reviews, but this is so outrageous that I had to. Anyway, first and last visit. I came with my husband, and we didn't disrespect you or anything. You're just like that, that's all!! Borderline aggressive. You only have to look at the comments to understand. Strangely enough, when you get a negative comment, you always say you're not there to be insulted!! We asked for a sauce in the bread, and you replied that you couldn't guarantee it because it's automatic and that you always put this one in. There were two people there, then two more arrived, so it wasn't exactly packed. It's not just that, it's the "service," the atmosphere, everything, in fact, nothing is right.

27/02/2026: Very disappointed with the service; the staff were very cold. My order was disappointing; I asked for a sandwich with raw vegetables and didn't receive it. There was no conversation, really unprofessional. It doesn't surprise me that there was no one inside. A shame for the town of St Saulve.

20/04/2026: Too long, way too long!!! And it's the same thing every time! You wait to order because the cashier has to take your payment! Then you wait to pay, and then it's a disaster waiting for your order! The result: almost 30 minutes for one meal! And don't bother apologizing about not having enough staff because it's the same every time! They're much more efficient in Halluin!

27/03/2026: The cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement, especially in the kitchen; food was strewn all over the floor (frying oil, fries, a whole wrap on the floor (???)).

26/03/2026: Dirty... or rather, disgusting! The floor is littered with fries, and the tables, when washed, smell like a rag that's been soaking in stagnant water. The floor under the tables is nauseating. The service reinforced this feeling of inconsiderateness and disrespect. March 26, 2026 Drive-Thru... a burger overflowing with sauce... perfect for eating in your car! Same opinion as my previous review. Some things never change... Long live the chicken crust! 👏😁 A pigsty!

13/04/2026: Everything was great, the service was quite fast despite the crowds. The problem is that we went there for the Mario Galaxy collaboration, and the box containing the coin was already open. There's no point in trying to find the red coin if all the boxes have already been opened by the staff.

28/04/2026: I'm currently at the drive-thru. I rarely leave reviews, but I thought it was time. I live nearby, I come often, and overall, the service has always been pretty poor, especially at the drive-thru, where I've never felt much enthusiasm. Why five stars? Because today I had my order taken by a young man with a microphone and a hairnet! Kudos to the very smiley young man who was taking my drive-thru order today (April 28th) at 2:40 PM... Nothing more to add... I haven't even eaten yet, I'm still waiting in line, and yet I'm giving you five stars! Solely because of his customer service! Well done!

18/04/2026: Honestly, let's talk about the McDonald's in Orchies in 2026. €20.90 for the Best Of meal… for a small fries, a Coke, and a burger. At that price, I was hoping for at least a guided tour of the kitchens or a foot massage while I waited 🤡 And the self-service kiosks… a real escape room: managing to order on the first try is already a victory. It works one time out of ten; the rest of the time you're negotiating with the machine like it's the final boss. As for the service… their recruitment process is a complete mystery. It seems like a social experiment to test human patience. Honestly, take a 15-minute detour on the A23; you'll save yourself some nerves (and maybe even some money) by going to the competition 🍔

14/04/2026: One Friday at lunchtime, a mother and her two children were out to McDonald's for a treat. One of the children put his feet on a bench (like most children do). The franchisee himself approached the child, yelling at him to move his feet (which is exactly what his mother was telling him). He yelled at him several times to move his feet. The child didn't quite understand, and a woman he didn't know explained that it was a restaurant with lots of children. The franchisee himself told her to mind her own business and was quite aggressive in his words. He kept coming back for more. Many people watched, all shocked by what happened. It's the first time this has ever happened to us, and given how he treats his employees, I'm not surprised. He's a nasty person who has no place around people. He should be banned. It's the first time I've ever encountered anything like this at McDonald's. I understand why there are far fewer people in this one. If you see this message coming down a floor, it's because... Only the walls belong to you, and given how you behave, soon there won't be anything left. For your information, the manager was there and didn't say a word.

26/04/2026: The worst McDonald's in France. 30 minutes to get a sandwich... with very cold fries and no apology.

26/04/2026: The wait was too long. We came to eat at 3 pm and waited over 25 minutes, and it's not the first time we've had to wait. I can understand when it's busy, but that wasn't the case here.

01/04/2026: I bought marinated meat, I would never have had that smell of spoiled chicken, it was disgusting!
