15/09/2026: I'm a Japanese student who happened to be visiting, and to my surprise, a staff member named Nino served me in Japanese! 😭💕 I was so happy because I never expected to hear Japanese here! She had a great service spirit, and her customer service was bright and kind. I definitely want to come back! Nino's recommended macha latte was delicious, and I'm so glad I asked! 💮💯 It's a little pricey though. 💦 The other staff members also had wonderful smiles; I was completely charmed by all the staff here! I've found a really great Starbucks, and I'll come back to speak Japanese again! ✨️

06/09/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Avoid this place at all costs! The waiter literally insulted me. The reason? I asked him what sauce he had. He then insulted me and refused to take my order!

25/02/2026: The experience could have been good with less of a wait (1 hour to take our order, 30+ minutes for the starter despite the restaurant being two-thirds full!). We asked for the wait to be expedited, but the waitress quickly brushed us off. The dishes were fairly good, although the meat was undercooked (the rare was blue and the well-done was just rare), and there were no fries. We do not recommend it.

16/02/2026: A small restaurant with wood-fired cooking that makes all the difference. 🔥 You can taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The owner and staff are truly lovely, smiling, and attentive. You can feel their genuine passion and desire to please their customers. We had a wonderful time, and it was also very good value for money. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return! 😊

11/09/2026: Fantastic! The burger was very well prepared, beautiful, and perfectly assembled. The McFlurries were very generous and filled! Only one small drawback: the portion of fries with cheddar and bacon was a bit small... a shame!

09/09/2026: Always great, especially for children; there are often dog-shaped or flower-shaped balloons available and activities to keep them entertained. The two play areas are also very popular!

04/09/2026: First time here and very disappointed. The fries were hard and not good. The service was good, but not enjoyable at all. I won't be back.

04/09/2026: Update 04/09/2026: We came to get some fries to go, and they weren't good at all, tasteless, and they got hard quickly... Not sure I'll be back :( We used to be regular customers at the Assevent chip shop (which has exactly the same food, same owner) and were disappointed with the fries several times there too. The pitta, however, remains excellent. A can of beer is €2 for takeaway but €3 in the restaurant? What a markup!! Original review from 29/07/2026: Great place to eat, the best pitta around. It's a shame, though, that a can of beer costs €3.

08/05/2026: Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Honestly, nothing to say, it's top-notch! I just got home from work and I can tell you it's the best pizzeria in Loos and Lille. The staff is wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. As for the pizza... it's amazing! Fantastic, fantastic, excellent. Quality ingredients and delicious flavor. Go for it without hesitation, it's 100% approved!"

06/04/2026: Sale day, very crowded, no consideration for customers, no gesture of goodwill, we received a different order than the original one, very, very disappointed, avoid at all costs

14/04/2026: Nice hotel with free parking at the rear. Very good and varied breakfast.

06/03/2026: Hotel located very close to the A2 motorway exit, easily accessible and with secure parking. Our room was on the second floor (no elevator), rather small, clean, and had a comfortable double bed. We found the hotel very quiet; the rooms seemed well soundproofed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, served buffet-style (although the dining room could use a little updating).

27/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery! The bread is excellent, the pastries are delicious, and you can taste the artisanal skill. The welcome is warm, the service pleasant, and the staff smiling. A place I happily recommend. Well done to the whole team!

26/09/2026: Hello, I came to the drive-thru today, September 26th, around 9 PM. At the ordering kiosk, I once again encountered the blonde woman with the tattoo on her arm. She was incredibly unpleasant, very haughty, and impatient to finish her conversation, repeatedly saying "yeah, what's next?" every time I mentioned a menu item or anything else. I know we're at McDonald's, but there should be a minimum level of courtesy, and with this woman, it happens again and again. She's unpleasant and clearly doesn't know the meaning of a smile or politeness. If you don't like what you do or your job, please change positions for the sake of all your customers, because this is truly shameful.
