20/09/2024: Dinner on 09/20/2024 at 8 p.m. Very good dinner, we had a very pleasant time and the employees are very friendly. I highly recommend, I don't usually leave reviews for restaurants but this one is worth it!!

15/09/2024: Great restaurant, great food As soon as we pass through Douai we go there 👍✌

24/10/2024: We order 2 pizzas on site and we pay for 2 pizzas but at the wrong price and what's more they only prepare one! We had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the second one and therefore ate one out of two cold and not even a commercial gesture! To flee!!

09/10/2024: unpleasant staff no hello again and thank you more price increases inedible pizza disappointed since the change of staff I do not recommend this store and I would no longer go to lomme I would go see on loos to try!! it's not worth a star

12/11/2024: We had a good time in this restaurant. The atmosphere with the fireplace is very nice. Solange and Audrey were very welcoming. In the kitchen the wait is a little long but the service with a smile helps you wait..

31/08/2024: This restaurant quality level 0 I go to a restaurant with a friend, I order the duo, I bite into my hamburger, it tastes not like usual, the chicken was raw!!!!! I get back in line at the drive-thru, 35 minutes of waiting, only to be told that it's the chicken which and pink, I say that I don't want to eat that anymore, I want one with beef. Arriving at my home I see that my hamburger is missing a piece, as if it had been chewed!!!! Afraid I didn't even finish them, I threw them away. This is unacceptable! I'm not sure if it's revenge that I came back, but in any case I'll never go again.

14/01/2025: It's very nice to advertise new products except that when we arrive the new products are, as luck would have it, out of stock, big fuss every time it's the same story, there's no point in doing advertising to attract customers all it makes me want to do is leave and take nothing!! Thing I did Finished McDonald's for around the same price, I prefer to go to a small restaurant which will at least have stock!

17/09/2024: So where to start? First the basic “good evening!” Uh well no. A slightly commercial smile just to make you believe that you are welcome, either...no problem it's 8 p.m. the girl must be tired. Come on, second chances, sandwiches. Well, how can I put it? When I order a plain chicken in 30 oat and honey bread and I end up with heated tuna with cheese in white bread....well I don't like it, sorry miss! And what's more, as I'm a trusting person (I know I'm not smart) I go there once I get home. Second sandwich, white bread steak and bam! Very dry sole, miss it too! In summary, sorry but I won't come back eh! PS: a little customer relations internship wouldn't hurt the teams! Big UP to the manager who will tell me that he is sorry that my experience was disappointing but hopes to see me again....no don't insist I won't come back 😉

08/09/2024: Restaurant to avoid We had booked for a group of 6 people, which did not prevent us from waiting 10-15 minutes before being seated. 1st order of several dishes placed at 9:30 p.m., 1 dish arrived at 10:45 p.m. then the rest dribbled every 15-20 minutes. When pointed out, the staff does not hesitate to accuse a table of customers of eating too much, explaining this delay of 1 hour 15 minutes. Very unpleasant staff, especially the manager (or the one who runs the cash register), who finds it normal that the customer pays 32€ for his menu to wait 1 hour for an order where there is not 1/4 of what is requested. Positive point for the waitress with glasses who was very friendly and attentive (sorry I don't know her name) Anyway, arrived at 9:30 p.m., left at 12 a.m. We should consider recruiting more cooks or refusing reservations if the restaurant is not able to accommodate them. I also recommend training in sympathy, if I had wanted to eat while being yelled at I would have chosen a military canteen and not Paradis 221.

07/09/2024: TO RUN!! More than 40 minutes of waiting to get a table even though we had a RESERVATION. 1 additional hour of waiting to start the order, the dishes arrive slowly with at least 25 minutes of waiting between each course (example: a platter of 8 sushi every half hour so there are 8 of us or one sushi per person)

29/10/2024: You know what you're eating. The advantage is the speed of service, the hours and if you pay a little attention it's much better than the food at fast food restaurants.

25/09/2024: Don't follow the recipes, you end up with everything even though you clearly specified what you wanted but oh well too bad

28/08/2024: I was pleasantly surprised. It was good and plentiful. And the staff very friendly. I would go back.
