03/05/2026: Excellent hotel, very good location, comfortable rooms although the bathroom is poorly lit. The most outstanding thing about the hotel is the reception staff, super friendly, attentive, and helpful. I recommend it without a doubt. Alberto Tabanera de Lucio

03/05/2026: Location is amazing. Beach, shopping, dining and scenic spots all a quick walk away. Staff is very friendly and try to be as helpful as they can. The room was tight, very close quarters. That’s okay if you only need the room for sleeping and a quick shower but if you plan to spend any length of time in the room, consider a larger accommodation. Hotel shows equipped with AC but it is seasonal and unfortunately beginning of May temps did not bring the switch from heat to AC so we were very warm. Opening the windows to bring in the ocean air helped but with that came the noise and smell of the cafe and diners below. As well as the flies. That made for a rough night. We started the day tired and bug bit, but wiser….”always call ahead and ensure the AC is turned on”. Overall the hotel was fine for an overnight stay that was a whim to hit the beach for Labour Day.

13/05/2026: A surprising place with great vibes! The food is fantastic, with original and healthy dishes! All this in a setting that revolves around records (no pun intended). What could be more fitting, since it's a record store! The owner is also very friendly! He has a great sense of humor and exudes warmth. Everything was perfect. A great find! Thank you.

22/05/2026: We had a very pleasant lunch on the terrace. The welcome was friendly and efficient. The set menu was tempting enough that we didn't want to stray too far from the à la carte menu, which was equally appealing. But time was short, so we'll definitely be back for the menu. The set menu: yellow tomato gazpacho as a starter, followed by hake with vegetable gyozas on a creamy carrot purée. And to finish, a strawberry tiramisu sprinkled with pistachios. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: Exactly what we expected! A simple and friendly little bistro, like we were locals… We were looking for a restaurant with authentic cuisine, and we weren't disappointed. It was like home, but more delicious, pretty, and generous, all in a vintage-style setting… absolutely fantastic! And the owner, what can I say! Working single-handedly, she has incredible energy and a constant smile… a true ray of sunshine ☺️

15/05/2026: Great restaurant. First time here for the 5th edition of the Biarritz Marathon. The meal was very good, the service very pleasant and quick. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

25/04/2026: A perfect experience at Patxamama, even without a lunch reservation! I was the only one there, but the lovely team managed to find me a table with a smile, right during the Ham Festival! Excellent service, everyone was so attentive in a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. I had the Bayonne Ham Festival menu: for starters, a perfect egg with asparagus cream, Bayonne ham, and croutons—a perfect balance of textures and flavors, and a delightful contrast of temperatures. For the main course, pork loin with carrot velouté, marinated red cabbage, and a rich jus—tender and incredibly delicious. The Carrément Chocolat dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Everything was delicious; this place deserves all the stars. I highly recommend it. Thank you, and see you soon!
