06/12/2025: I was fortunate enough to get a table at this establishment, where I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal. The prices were more than reasonable considering the generous portions and the quality of the food. The cuisine at this establishment deserves to be better known. I see a very bright future for Brasserie Thiers. I highly recommend it. Mr. and Mrs. Lunel

Le dressage des assiettes rapides , mais il manque la touche pour faire vraiment quelque chose de gastronomique La carte des vins est décevante dans les appellations loco- régionales , par exemple en blanc un seul Irouleguy , sans mention de domaine ! 22/01/2025: A big thank you for this wonderful experience in Bidart! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth by a charming waitress who was particularly attentive to our needs. Special mention to the Chef who was kind enough to prepare a dish specially adapted for our 2-year-old child — and the high chair provided was a real plus. The cuisine was simply delicious, with mastered flavors and quality products. The wine list, rich in beautiful references, has also won over the amateurs that we are. A superb attention was reserved for the birthday of a guest, a gesture which touched us greatly. We will come back without hesitation! Well done and thank you to the Chef and his entire team for this wonderful evening. 😊

08/06/2025: I first came here two years ago, shortly after they opened, and since then it has become my favorite restaurant in Anglet and the surrounding area when I go there! We always enjoy ourselves there, the atmosphere is good, the wine is good, and the service is perfect. I highly recommend it!!

18/01/2025: The service does not match the food which is very good. The owners should look into this black point of their establishment after having discussed with other people who have visited this restaurant it is the service that is wrong.

Really a shame because it’s good The presentation of the dessert needs to be reviewed, it looked like someone wanted to send me a message 😂 The waiting time was okay, I stayed an hour in total The prices are high, we're not going to lie, it's not a small village restaurant where everyone can go.
