We have ordered a txistorra starter and a main chop with potatoes to share with a grill so we can cook the meat to the point you want, a happy ending with a delicious cheesecake. Everything delicious, a special atmosphere and a detail of putting complimentary water on the table as soon as you arrive. I would return.

18/03/2024: Delicious moment! We were lucky enough to be able to eat on Wednesday lunchtime in this famous brasserie in Pau. The new owner and chef has made this little restaurant a pure marvel, both in the preparation of its dishes where homemade is the rule and in the warm and simple welcome of customers. We were able to enjoy delicious truffle deviled eggs (best deviled eggs ever), each forkful was an explosion of flavors. The dishes were just as tasty: cod fillet (a marvel) and vegetarian Crozets. The portions are generous while remaining delicate in presentation. A gem where it is better to book as they are "victims" of their success and there are not many tables, which is part of its charm. The atmosphere is typical of a small brasserie which has become bistronomic. The products are local for many, the typical plates and cutlery, just the way we like them. The details are everywhere, right down to the little shortbread with the homemade coffee and the delicate attention towards us women in the toilets! The waitress is adorable, smiling and very professional. The chef is undeniably an artist given the flavors present in his plates. The menu is tempting and the value for money is unbeatable. To discover or rediscover. Well done !

Allow 8 to 10 minutes for each side of your prime rib. Never has a restaurant offered me such a carnivorous experience. Everything is there. All the senses are magnified like this flavor-enhancing salt. As you finish your glass of wine, the fire in the kitchen goes out. The artist smokes his smoke, after a challenge from which he emerges by wiping his worker's brow. Well done
05/04/2024: One of the best meat restaurants I have ever been to. We understand the difficulty in getting a table and the wait to be served, once the meats are in front of us it’s a treat! Impeccable service and congratulations to the chef!
