08/09/2024: Très surpris en lisant le commentaire de Viviane D. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant hier soir (table de 4 – 07/09/2024). Le poisson était d'une fraîcheur incomparable, parfaitement cuit et accompagné d'une délicieuse garniture croquante (les croûtons apportaient une belle texture !). Rien à redire sur l'assaisonnement, tout était équilibré. Le service a été impeccable du début à la fin. Le personnel, souriant et attentif, a su nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Et concernant leur tenue, tout à fait propre et soignée, rien à redire. Pour nous, cela montre un esprit détendu et accueillant. Le cadre est simple et chaleureux, parfait pour se concentrer sur ce qui compte : la qualité des plats. Nous avons même pris le dessert, une véritable réussite – n’hésitez pas à le découvrir par vous-même ! Quant aux prix, ils sont largement justifiés par la qualité des produits et la finesse de la cuisine. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Encore merci pour cet accueil chaleureux!

03/09/2024: Habitación para dos adultos y dos niños muy confortable, comida típica muy buena y gran atención. En el menú acertaréis con la trucha, más sabrosa la que se sirve completa con mantequilla que la de salsa vasca. Jamón típico de la zona excelente, aunque se me hizo raro que lo adornarán con una guindilla.

We came to take possession of the keys thinking of going for a walk afterwards...but the kindness of the welcome and the beauty, good taste and comfort of the accommodation led us to stay to fully enjoy the place. A big thank you for this magical moment spent with our big boys in the heart of your beautiful valley.

29/11/2024: Superb place with an incredible view of the interior Basque country, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable... possible walk on the heights from the domain and towards the Pic d'Iparla. Very welcoming and attentive staff. It's a shame that the establishment's commercial policy is not up to the standard of a five-star hotel...

17/11/2024: Great experience! Everything is perfect, the setting, the facilities, the contact of the staff, the restaurant of a very good standard.... Special mention for the electric golf carts which add a little spice and originality. Highly recommended

15/10/2024: Passing through Pau. It's been a long time since I ate duck. So I stopped there, duck being the specialty. I chose half a duck breast with honey. Very well balanced dish, the duck breast cooked as requested, all accompanied by a good glass of wine. Enough to spend a good evening. Fair price. The chef goes around the tables, which has become rare.

11/10/2024: Very good meal: duck confit, new potatoes, excellent salad and French toast dessert with shards of “suede” yoghurt ice cream, killer.....!!!! Very friendly welcome. I recommend...

21/11/2024: Typical restaurant that remains true to itself over time. Always a pleasure to eat there, thanks to the waitress we were able to discover a specialty that had not yet been tasted. Fully satisfied with our meal. Just a shame it's in town....
