07/09/2024: Je recommande le menu à 22euros qui est correct avec une entrée plat et dessert ce restaurant a une jolie vue sur mer pour admirer le coucher de soleil.

A magnificent setting, very original, highly sought-after cuisine, worthy of a true artist! Hearty and very refined dishes at the same time, just delicious.
Very pleasant servers, smiling, courteous and attentive, as for the chef, incredibly kind but above all very humble despite his success and exceptional talent, a very personalized service for each customer...

Tout est très fin, bien présenté, juste succulent.
Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment excellent.
Le service impeccable.
... Et ils acceptent les tickets restos, ce qui ne gâche rien 😄

23/09/2024: A service that was much too fast with what was intended to be simplicity, whereas a little more careful service wouldn't do any harm.
We came a few years ago with very good memories of the cuisine, here we realized that it was no longer what it used to be and we therefore left quite disappointed overall.
The sweetbreads are not well cooked, the risotto has too much sauce…
Small positive point for the beef fillet which was very tasty and successfully cooked.
20/09/2024: Top notch hospitality, cuisine and service. The prices are in line with the quality offered. A wider choice of wines by the glass would be welcome.

01/10/2025: I recommend this very pretty, wooded and well-maintained campsite, with welcoming staff. There is pedestrian access to the beach and a little further away the center of the typically Basque village is magnificent. The outdoor pool is pleasant, and the indoor pool at 30 degrees with whirlpools and massage jets is a major asset of the campsite, to refresh and relax after a beautiful day of walks. The grocery store is also appreciated.

Pastries in the sun even if they are refrigerated, perhaps I should not have noticed them during my visit🤔
In addition, no respect for the people who take the trouble to travel to apply and do a test.
As no response from the manager despite my 2 reminders, I leave this notice to let people know the lack of humanity that reigns there... no wonder the salespeople do not stay.
For my part, I was not a customer but I know that will never be the case.

12/09/2024: Un accueil des plus souriant pour un dîner de qualité. La cuisine y est excellente avec des produits de qualité et cuisinés à l’instant.
Les poissons sont frais et les plats copieux, et le conseil est lá pour nous éviter de surconsommer au vu des tentations de la carte proposée.
Bref ! Nous y reviendrons c’est certain !

Les cuissons parfaites, le produit très frais est respecté.
Un délice ! Rapport qualité prix au top. La parrillada avec des supions délicieux, des gambas gouteuses et un poisson parfait. En entrée des couteaux très tendres... J en ai rarement mangés d'aussi bons. Les desserts ; je recommande la glace au pamplemousse.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié le mélange "maison" appelé Deuza, délicieux café. le thé earl grey est très fin. et nous nous sommes régalés avec le chocolat.
excellente adresse incontournable à Saint Jean de Luz.

23/03/2026: A superb experience at the Jardins de Bakea restaurant! Everything was absolutely exquisite, from the appetizers to the dessert. The dishes are refined, perfectly executed, and showcase high-quality ingredients.
The setting is magnificent and very peaceful, ideal for a wonderful meal.
Special mention for the service, which was both warm and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back! 🍽️
