15/09/2026: I initially visited in July 2026 after reading reviews on Google Maps. Since I only stay in the summer, I ordered L’Orée des bois, a crepe with whipped cream and mushrooms, which I figured would be delicious in winter. It was very filling, with eggs and cheese as well. I couldn't finish it! It was folded into a triangle, and the outside was crispy. It was delicious. Then, I revisited. This time, I wanted a sweet crepe. The reviews mentioned the salted caramel was delicious, so without hesitation, I ordered HEOL, a buckwheat crepe topped with butter-sautéed apples, salted caramel, and vanilla ice cream. It was my first time trying a sweet crepe made with buckwheat flour, but it was fragrant and paired well with the sweetness. And the salted caramel was truly delicious. It was delicious on its own, with the crepe, and with the vanilla ice cream. I'm leaving France tomorrow, so I'm glad I got to eat it one last time. The owner is very friendly and makes the crepes, and he's delighted when you say "C'est très bon" (It's delicious!). If you enjoy it, be sure to say it! I'll definitely visit again if I ever get the chance to come back to Paris! La première fois, j’y suis allée après avoir lu les avis sur Google Maps en jullet 2026. hiver! Il y avait aussi un œuf et du fromage, et c’était très copieux. Je n’ai pas réussi à tout finir. Puis j’y suis retournée en septembre 2026. Cette fois-ci, j’avais envie de manger une crêpe sucrée. au beurre, du caramel au beurre salé et une glace à la vanille. C’était la première fois que je mangeais une galette de sarrasin en version sucrée. Salé était vraiment délicieux! Seul, avec la galette ou avec la glace à la vanille: tout était excellent. Je quitte la France demain, alors je suis vraiment contente d’avoir pu en manger une dernière fois avant mon départ. Le monsieur qui prépare les crêpes est très sympathique. Quand je lui ai dit « C’est très bon ! Si j’ai l’occasion de revenir à Paris, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir!

13/09/2026: The food is unhealthy, the smoked meat burned on the grill, you can feel a strong smoke on the meat from the spray and not natural, which even if it were natural it would still be unhealthy. The fries are inedible, dried and fried in a very toxic dark-colored reused oil. The staff is horrible, repulsive, lacking professionalism and hospitality, the kitchen is open for lunch for an extremely short time, if you arrive at 2 pm without anything even though they opened the restaurant until 2:30 pm, they won't let you eat even though they have empty tables. This restaurant program is totally unsuitable for a healthy lifestyle, there is no way you can close the restaurant during the day when it is recommended to consume heavy dishes. Totally inappropriate to open the restaurant just after 7 pm when heavy smoked, fried, meat, dairy, etc. food is no longer recommended. The desserts have no connection to reality, a lot of sugar, the taste does not match the recipe, the cheeses are chemically treated. I did not eat anything good and healthy, I do not recommend it, I even advise avoiding it.

20/09/2026: The cooking was perfect and the food was very good; however, for a fifth star, the seasoning would have been more precise (unanimous opinion from everyone at the table), and the hazelnut dessert, while excellent, deserved to be fresher and have a bit of a crunch. Such a good sauce deserves to be mopped up; it's a shame you have to ask for bread when it runs out. The wine was simply excellent, and the recommendation was very good. The price justifies these minor observations. We will definitely return.

The stunning view, the stylish ambiance, and the pleasant mood created the perfect setting for a special evening. I would particularly like to commend the service: The entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well cared for at all times, without the service ever being intrusive. This is exactly the kind of dining one expects at this level. The culinary experience was also a true highlight. I had the Fleur de saumon Bömlo en gravlax, the Filet de bar, and for dessert, the Noisettement vôtre. Each dish was not only delicious but also presented with meticulous attention to detail and exquisite presentation. The flavors were wonderfully balanced, and each dish had its own distinct character. The carefully selected wine pairings were also excellent and perfectly complemented each course. Overall, a wonderful combination of excellent cuisine, outstanding service, a stylish ambiance, and a breathtaking view. A restaurant I highly recommend and will certainly remember fondly for a long time. A truly wonderful experience – I will gladly return!
