27/02/2026: A very nice restaurant in Old Lille with many vegetarian dishes. The place is quite small, so it's best to book ahead, and it was rather noisy as there was a large group. Parking in Lille can also be difficult. The food is good, generous, and high quality, with fast service and reasonable prices.

13/02/2026: A pleasant surprise. Healthy cuisine made with fresh ingredients in a warm and friendly atmosphere, and to top it all off, very reasonable prices considering the quantity and quality. In short, a great place to eat!

14/01/2026: Le Clos is a Provins institution! I had dinner there for my birthday. A warm welcome! The staff remembered it was my birthday and, without even asking, they placed a candle on my baklava. The couscous was delicious, and the lamb tagine was fragrant. The mint tea and dessert were exquisite. I highly recommend this restaurant.

14/02/2026: This is a place I go to very often with my wife. Tonight, the atmosphere was superb for our Valentine's Day dinner: a talented singer, a beautiful rose given to every woman in the restaurant, and impeccable service provided by Yanis. We had a wonderful evening!

You immediately feel at ease, and everything is done to ensure you fully enjoy the experience. You'll find the Léon quality we love: generous, consistent, and delicious dishes. It's a place where you come as much to eat well as to have a good time. A reassuring and friendly address that I always return to with pleasure.

We were rushed through our food, and barely finished at 10 pm, we were asked to leave (on a Friday night for 10 people, and we wanted to have a nice time with colleagues) because they had to get up early the next day. The owner is really unpleasant. However, the waiter, who is apparently her son, is very nice.

05/02/2026: I love this pub!! Great selection of draft beers at very reasonable prices, especially during happy hour when beers are €4 to €6 from 5 pm to 7 pm! What I love is that the beers change regularly, which lets you try new ones!! Cozy atmosphere reminiscent of real pubs, and a very friendly welcome!

03/02/2026: Visited La Barbote several times over our stay in Montpellier, really good beers(5*), excellent friendly service and great busy vibe (happy hour great value between 5-7pm). We only ate once, very tasty smash burger and as proud Canadians had to try the poutine, fries good, cheese not traditional curds but did get gooey, and gravy was a little too sweet. All in all a great very popular microbrewery. Reservation recommended for anytime after 6:30pm (when the kitchen opens).

09/02/2026: I discovered this restaurant almost 20 years ago, and I thought the place was lovely and the food was fantastic—tasty and plentiful. And then time passes, the location gets a bit out of the way, you forget... And then you rediscover it. Well, honestly, I don't know if the owners have changed, but I've truly rediscovered a place to have a great time at a very reasonable price, and this time, I won't wait another 20 years to come back!! Snails with Maroilles cheese... Ham hock... All that with a draft beer to choose from a limited selection, but with different alcohol levels, so there's something for everyone. Be warned, remember to book, because the place is quite popular now 😇

22/02/2026: A wonderful discovery. Delicious dishes, impeccable service. Unfortunately, we weren't offered the tasting menu, but we still enjoyed a variety of appetizers. Reasonable prices.

18/02/2026: We had a wonderful get-together of like-minded women on Sunday at this establishment. Everyone enjoyed the plov and the atmosphere. A big thank you to Ikhtar for the service, attention, friendliness, and allowing us to sing and dance. It's a clean, cozy, family-friendly restaurant. Alaal, which is important. There's a piano in excellent condition, but it's currently inconveniently located.
