03/10/2026: Our opinion is more than mixed. We ordered pink shrimp, and they were waterlogged, with limp, runny heads—it's hard to say they were fresh. The rest of the meal was also disappointing, between the owner's attitude and sarcastic remarks. We won't be returning.

23/04/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We hesitated to come because of the reviews, but honestly, they don't reflect reality at all: a very warm welcome, a clean dining room, excellent service, and the food was on par with the best Turkish restaurants. We will gladly return.

19/08/2026: Very nice and well-kept location. Unfortunately, the waiter doesn't speak English very well, but he was very kind and helpful throughout the evening. The food was good and reasonably priced. We ordered the full menu for €14.90, and he immediately brought us a glass of wine included in the price. We left feeling full and satisfied! Recommended.

15/08/2026: We walked 10 minutes out of our way to give it a chance, despite its current 3.8-star rating, because the food looked good in the pictures and there were some positive reviews. The restaurant was closed for vacation, but they didn't even bother to update Google to avoid situations like this.

22/08/2026: I went in here a second time completely by chance, and it was only afterward that I remembered I'd already been here once and had told myself I wouldn't come back. Unfortunately, this second visit left me with exactly the same impression. The atmosphere seemed unpleasant and unwelcoming. The man at the entrance didn't inspire confidence, and when I ordered just one taco, I clearly got the impression that he wasn't happy about it. The taco itself didn't appeal to me either; I simply didn't find it tasty. After this second experience, I can say with certainty that I won't be returning.

16/11/2025: Doina is a lovely spot in Paris with delicious, well-prepared dishes. The atmosphere is warm, and Candide made the experience even better with his kind, attentive service. A great place to enjoy ameal.

09/11/2025: Horrible, catastrophic service. They don't even speak French, so they understand nothing. The hygiene is deplorable. I don't recommend it. We came as a group of six, and two of us got sick and vomited. It was definitely food poisoning. She insisted we order more, practically forcing us to pay the bill. Avoid at all costs.

22/08/2026: Too many choices, it was suspicious... There were five of us and none of us ate well. It wasn't good at all; the meat was thick and stringy, with a strange taste. We're still not sure it was chicken... The servers were nice, but that doesn't make up for the poor quality of the food...

20/09/2026: A very bad experience at Modjo. The behavior of some of the bouncers was particularly inappropriate and gave me the feeling of being clearly discriminated against. I observed that white people, including some who appeared to be minors, were allowed to enter while others were refused entry. The bouncers' behavior was also disrespectful and unpleasant. This kind of behavior is deeply shocking and gives a very bad impression of the establishment. I sincerely hope that management will take these remarks seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that the reception and security checks at the entrance are carried out respectfully and fairly, without discrimination based on origin or skin color.

20/09/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!! This restaurant is disgusting; the hygiene is appalling. We received a cup of coffee with lipstick on it, there was salad on the floor, and the toilets were a disaster—not even toilet paper! We had to ask the staff for soap. Furthermore, the wait is incredibly long, and pigeons run around everywhere on the terrace, practically brushing against customers' heads.

16/09/2026: Not bad, but definitely not good either. Swordfish with soy sauce! The soy sauce completely overpowers the swordfish flavor. I felt like I was in a Chinese restaurant.

07/09/2026: I'm giving it one star, and even then... The waiters didn't understand anything. We had to ask several times for the bare minimum; we weren't even given a carafe of water, which is basic stuff... Finally, the food arrived... nothing was fresh, except the meat, which they had to use—food poisoning would have been expensive! The wheat was definitely from the day before, the tomatoes in the salad too, and the fries were beyond words... absolutely tasteless, even though we were hungry. We didn't finish our meals... Then came the moment to pay. At no point were we asked if everything was alright. I paid €30 for two people... It wasn't worth it at all. In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

05/09/2026: 5/5, especially for Karim's welcome; he's really great and makes you want to stop. You can tell he loves his job. The sandwiches were very good. We finally found another snack bar to eat good Turkish sandwiches 🥰 because our usual snack bar isn't very far away. Thank you, Karim, for this discovery 🥰
