10/09/2026: We absolutely loved it! The burger was fantastic, generously filled, the owner was super friendly, and it was available for takeout. I highly recommend it.

31/08/2026: Very disappointed compared to a few years ago I've known this establishment for several years, and 5 to 10 years ago, it was a really good place. Unfortunately, I feel the quality has dropped considerably since then. The biggest problem today is the quality of the food compared to the price. The prices have become quite high for what's on the plate. I tried the kebab platters and the tacos, and unfortunately, I didn't find the same quality as before. The meat didn't convince me, with far too much fat and oil. It really feels like it's dripping everywhere, which makes the meal quite sickening. Even the merguez sausages had a rather strange taste, nothing like what I'd experienced before. The overall quality is really poor for the price. It's all the more disappointing because the restaurant has a nice dining room, quite large and pleasant for eating in. The staff remains welcoming and friendly, so that's definitely not a problem. Having known the establishment when the chef was still there, I find it truly disappointing to see such a difference today. Since his departure, I feel the quality has unfortunately declined. I sincerely hope they can improve the quality of the meat, reduce the fat and oil, and above all, reconsider the value for money, because there's real potential with this lovely dining room and pleasant staff. It's a shame, because it was a place I used to really enjoy.

18/08/2026: Great kebab! The food is delicious and very generous, as are the owner and servers, who are extremely friendly and always in a good mood. The option to eat in, with a varied menu, makes this a great place for a lunch break or a satisfying meal before a movie. I highly recommend this place; it's the best kebab in Gisors and even the surrounding area.

16/08/2026: This Sunday, August 16th, I was very disappointed with my kebab. I simply asked for white sauce without onions, and I only received the meat, the sauce, and the bread... and for 10 euros! Seriously. I even considered putting some money in your collection for the mosque, but when I saw you doing that, I didn't say anything, I paid, but that was it.

26/09/2026: Food wasn’t terrible but not excellent either. While salad was generous in portion the meat in the entrecôte/frites desperately needed the pepper sauce for taste and was fatty in places. Great location just near the Lourdes grotto exit, La Porte de Saint-Joseph. Great service, English speaking waiters, wonderfully French people watching set-up.

23/09/2026: Excellent. We had a wonderful meal for €35 for two in the center of Lourdes, just steps from the sanctuary. My partner has an allergy, and the staff made sure there was nothing like that in each dish. The service was incredibly fast and the food was excellent! The waiters were very friendly. Impeccable.

01/09/2026: The setting is very nice. I've had the opportunity to eat there several times. Yesterday, I was very disappointed with the aioli and the very dry fish (I ate the same thing two years ago and it was very different). My daughter couldn't finish the mussels because they were too sandy. It's a real shame.

29/08/2026: Very mixed review! We were greeted briefly, the staff were uninformed and unfriendly, and there was a lack of professionalism. It took an hour to receive our food and another hour to have it cleared. When you charge €600 for a table, you should at least be available for the customer. Nevertheless, the food was good. I won't be back.

11/08/2026: Very well located with a view of the golf course, opposite the Pierre & Vacances resort area. Very English atmosphere, I love it! Warm welcome, but the wait to order was extremely long, due to a lack of staff. Open only for lunch, the menu offers classic dishes for a simple meal. Good value for money. + Daily specials. We ate well (fresh salad of the day, burger, omelet), it's a shame it's not open in the evening as well. Thank you to the staff who did their best to accommodate our wait.

30/07/2026: The setting is lovely, but that's unfortunately all we can say about it. We came for lunch but left after waiting 25 minutes without anyone even taking our drink order. We understand the concern about understaffing, but when several tables that arrived after us received menus and aperitifs before us, it's rather annoying.

08/09/2026: Has there been a change of ownership at this restaurant? I live in Bagneux, and I've ordered from you more than thirty times in the last three years—it's always been excellent! But yesterday I ordered through Uber Eats, and the bread isn't the same, the white sage isn't the same, the Algerian sauce isn't the same, the fries aren't the same, the lamb isn't the same, and the tiramisu, which used to be excellent, isn't the same at all! Nothing was right; it was inedible! I threw everything in the trash! HAVE YOU CHANGED SUPPLIERS? Please provide an answer; this is unacceptable!

06/09/2026: Avoid this place! If you eat a large sandwich, you won't deserve cutlery or a glass; that's reserved for the high-class clientele who can afford to order plates. The owner is mediocre, the service is terrible, there's no sense of customer service, and on top of that, the food is awful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

20/06/2026: The entrance to the annex, which houses a few bedrooms, is really lovely and smells wonderful with the blooming honeysuckle. Twin room overlooking a quiet little garden.

24/05/2026: The welcome was extremely unpleasant, and the service was truly awful. The staff were haughty and completely out of touch. The total lack of politeness made for a dreadful experience. This hotel/bar does not deserve its reputation. Avoid it.

19/06/2026: Lovely location but facility are bit past its prime.

31/05/2026: A beautiful old building which has sadly gone to ruin. Clearly the owner does not want to spend a cent on basic maintenance and upkeep. It was sweltering and the ducted aircon does not work so we had a portable air-con unit in our room which vented to outside through our open balcony door hence making it completely redundant. The mini bar did not work, the pillows were a million years old, the beds were not comfortable and the shower head could not be fixed to the wall. The pool was green, full of algae and mould and clearly hadn't been cleaned or used for a long time. The gym completely unusable. It's heartbreaking as the building and grounds are gorgeous. I would not stay here. Find another hotel in town.
