11/01/2026: We arrived as a group of 13 and were able to book lunch an hour later. So we had aperitifs on the sunny terrace. Our tables were initially on the terrace, but given the weather, they were able to set up two tables for us inside – fantastic! Go without hesitation!

09/12/2025: The Brasserie du Belvédère in Thonon is a truly delightful surprise. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and unpretentious, immediately putting you at ease. Maggie, our waitress, was fantastic from start to finish: efficient, smiling, and always offering excellent advice on the dishes and wines. Her smooth and discreet service made the meal truly enjoyable. The owner, Alex, is present and responsive; you can see that he leads his team with simplicity, kindness, and always a smile. The dishes are well-prepared, colorful, and delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and a delightful local touch. The setting remains pleasant and convivial, perfect for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner. In short, a place to remember in Thonon: good food, attentive service, and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, Maggie and Alex, for this enjoyable experience; we'll be back soon, perhaps tomorrow, the day after, or even later today...

09/09/2024: We stayed 3 nights at the Hôtel du Bois Joli and everything was perfect, a beautiful and large renovated room with a view of the valley, delicious breakfasts and dinners with seasonal and local products. A warm, family atmosphere, we will come back and we highly recommend it.

08/09/2024: 2nd time we came to Bois Jolie (1st time in January with snow), this time in summer and we were not disappointed! Warm and pleasant welcome, the rooms have been renovated, it's very successful! We were able to try the outdoor swimming pool which is very nice. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant (2nd time too), and it was excellent, faultless, both in terms of taste and dishes offered. Breakfast is always good and enjoyable. It’s definitely a good little address to remember if you’re in the area! ---------------------------------------------- Great experience at Bois Joli! Welcome and attentive service. The room is very pleasant, cozy, well renovated and offers a view of the mountains. 10 minutes by car from Thollon-les-memises and with hiking trails around. The restaurant is great, the dishes are sublime; the combination of the different products is perfect, we had a great time!

14/12/2025: We booked the family suite, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It was very pleasant with a slightly rustic atmosphere. The raclette for dinner was excellent, and the breakfast was also very good and plentiful. Impeccable service!

07/06/2025: We've been regulars at this restaurant for several years. It's hard to find a good place to dine in Annemasse. Try this place and you'll become a regular too. The kindness and professionalism of the team, the quality of the dishes, the setting is very warm (and not kitsch!), the speed of the service. The hygiene is impeccable, this point is important to us. This restaurant ticks all the boxes! I recommend it without reservation.

02/11/2025: The shop manager was very friendly! We were desperately looking for a restaurant/fast food place, and they welcomed us at 9:29 pm (roughly their closing time) and let us eat there 👌🏻 On top of that, the quality is much better than the well-known big fast-food chains. I recommend it 👍

17/11/2025: The cuisine aims to be gastronomic, efforts have been made on the dining room but work must continue: remove these 6 computer screens, put a curtain in front of the door and window of the kitchens which are not used and take care of the surroundings: the parking lot is full of brambles and gives a view of the back kitchen with the cash registers, the furniture....
