In addition, if you are looking for a good caterer, who prepares original dishes, at an affordable price and delivered to your home, do not hesitate!! We were fully satisfied as well as our guests. 05/12/2025: You've barely arrived when a door opens, a smile greets you, and your luggage finds its place on the trolley as if by magic. An upgrade takes me to the suite, which impresses not with size, but with thoughtful restraint: everything is there to make your stay pleasant – from the calming colors to the balcony, which on warm days is sure to be the best spot in the house. The view of the lake: unobstructed. The room: quiet, although occasionally a piece of furniture goes on a journey to neighboring rooms. Service at the bar and in the restaurant? Pleasant – with that gentle understatement that doesn't feel forced. You're noticed, but not hounded. A hotel you remember – not for grand gestures, but because it lingers in your memory like a place you'd gladly return to when you're in the area and know what you want: peace, a view, and service.

17/11/2025: A very nice hotel. A minor drawback was the Jade room, where one of the two beds made creaking and squeaking noises as soon as you lay down. The bed was still comfortable, though. Excellent restaurant with friendly and well-trained staff. Delicious menu, special mention for the chocolate dessert, truly exceptional! Thank you again to the person who cleaned the room after our departure and who actively helped me find a watch I had left behind.

07/12/2025: Dirty floor and work surfaces. It's a shame the servers clean, sweep, etc., and then touch the food immediately afterward without washing their hands. Latex gloves should be mandatory, as in all businesses, and hand sanitizer should be readily available. Hygiene is very poor.

28/11/2025: The hot chocolate tasted more like water than chocolate, not good at all :( The muffin was okay, but the ice cream... ugh! I wouldn't recommend ordering dessert :( Very disappointed with this first experience

28/01/2026: A lovely spot with a very warm welcome, nestled between the ski slopes. The location and view are magnificent. The food is good. I had a generous portion of tartiflette with delicious charcuterie. The blueberry tartlet was decent. I recommend it.

02/02/2026: Lunch at 3:30 pm near the Montenvers exit. The waitress was very pleasant and friendly, the service was quick, and the dishes were simple but very good! (Cheeseburger and chicken wok). You can go there without hesitation, a place to remember! 👌🏻

21/01/2026: Beyond terrible service. We got double charged and have been dealing with this for weeks. Including international fees for phone calls etc. not to mention the service at the time of our dining was a complete and utter joke. The waiter was drunk, rude and incompetent and seems high on drugs as well.

17/01/2026: We had a very good meal, it's just a shame the service didn't live up to the quality of the food. The service was completely impersonal, probably because we're not regulars!
