31/08/2024: Heerlijk gegeten vooraf hoofd en een heerlijk ijs na met een karaf witte wijn. De contre filet was perfect gebakken hulde aan de chef en escalope savoyarde mag er ook zijn. Kortom gewoon uitstekend

21/08/2024: The view was spectacular. The vegetarian focused food wasn't necessarily something I would choose again, but it WAS delicious and the woman who waited on us was super friendly. I'd go back, even if it was just for a drink, just to be able to admire that mountains again.

07/09/2024: An unforgettable experience! From the moment we welcomed us, Anaïs and Donovan made us feel at home with their kindness and professionalism. The service was impeccable from start to finish. As for the cuisine, it’s a real journey for the taste buds! The lamb shank was a pure delight, meltingly tender and perfectly seasoned. The scallop risotto, for its part, was divine, with perfect cooking and subtle flavors that blended perfectly. And what about dessert? The frozen peanut is simply magnificent, a sweet touch which rounds off this exceptional meal wonderfully. A big thank you to the whole team for this magical moment, I recommend 100%!

18/08/2024: It is truly a magical place where we are transported by flavors. Small, very pleasant, shaded, quiet terrace. We are never rushed by the waitresses, it's really nice. It's just a shame that there isn't a small children's menu, otherwise really nothing to complain about

07/09/2024: Quelle belle ferme auberge authentique de Haute Savoie à deux pas de nos voisins Suisse ! Un accueil très sympathique du personnel et de la mamie … Nous y avons déjeuné simplement typiquement local : charcuterie de montagne, tartiflette, salade sans oublier la tarte aux myrtilles accompagnée de crème fraîche !!! Quelle vue superbe sur nos montagnes !

15/10/2024: Just had a stunningly good 3-day work meeting at Le Cottage Bise. I only wish I'd stayed longer to make the most of this glorious venue! From start to end, the service was impeccable, and the food outstanding - to serve perfect steak to 67 people simultaneously was a remarkable feat, and the hotel team also catered very well for the group's various dietary issues at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a shame I didn't have time to go swimming as the pool looked and felt very inviting (only had time to dip my hand in). My room was excellent, with a lovely view of the lake, and the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom included robes, slippers and very tasteful toiletries, and everywhere was extremely clean. The conference rooms were in an amazing 11th century priory a couple of minutes on foot from the main hotel and was perfect for our needs. Very highly recommended!

I was organizing a business event for 70 people, they closed the hotel for us, the conference room (thank you very much Gabriella!!!), the food (I'd like to highlight the risotto, the perfect egg, beef and the desserts) and the service were incredible! Every detail was perfect! Everyone complimented and enjoyed the location and the Cottage Bise! Thank you to Mr. Bise and his team for all their hard work and effort. It's obvious they have a wealth of experience in organizing special events and know what they're doing. I highly recommend them if you want to organize a successful event! 19/08/2024: Small hotel in a great location on the lake (which unfortunately makes parking quite complicated in the absence of the hotel's own parking lot), the room was OK and clean, the bed a little small. You can go down for a drink or eat on the terrace which is quite nice. The staff of the establishment seem to take care of the hotel and the bar/restaurant in an indiscriminate manner which can be annoying when you have to disturb them on duty for any question.
