25/12/2025: We were there on December 20th, and despite the long wait because we hadn't booked, we had a wonderful meal. The pizzas, the main courses, the desserts—everything was delicious, so much so that we enjoyed sharing our plates so everyone could try everything. We'll definitely go back, even though it's an hour and a half drive from home. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

08/12/2025: It's hard to find a table for nine of us, especially during the Christmas markets and...it was quite a downpour. But they managed to accommodate us with a table for five and a table for four. A waiter spoke excellent Italian, so everything was easier. We ate a bit cramped, but in the end, everything was fine.

31/01/2026: We had a very pleasant evening. The pizzas were varied and delicious. There was a slight hiccup when we arrived, but the staff reacted well and it didn't spoil our evening. A sure bet!

18/09/2024: En promenade à Montluçon en couple par hasard nous sommes rentrés dans ce restaurant italien la Strada, bonne pioche, le monsieur, qui semblait être le patron, vous accueille avec un grand sourire, restaurant simple, ce qui n’empêche pas un vrai service professionnel, le Monsieur seul à gérer une quinzaine de clients avec un petit mot pour chacun une vraie écoute sincère, une petite blague par-ci par-là bravo Monsieur en ce qui concerne la cuisine c’est bon c’est chaud c’est assaisonné. Mon épouse a pris un pâté comme entrée, qui était très bon. Moi une salade de gésier parfaitement assaisonnée. Poursuivre une lasagne bien chaude bouillante bien épaisse et moi une andouillette sauce moutarde chaude avec des haricots verts, bien assaisonné des frites, une cuisine simple bonne il y a un vrai chef de cuisine dans cette Strada, nous avons terminé avec deux mystères, glacé, bien présentés. Grâce à ce monsieur en salle et ce chef de cuisine, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

06/07/2025: A good Italian restaurant, the decor is captivating, making you feel like you've stepped back in time for an evening. The service is fast and efficient. Warning: the waiter is a little unfriendly at first, but extremely helpful.

06/12/2025: The pizzas are delicious and the welcome is exceptionally warm. Even when the restaurant is full, the service remains quick, friendly, and very attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming, a real asset for La Réole, perfect for sharing a convivial and delicious meal. Excellent value for money and a truly enjoyable experience. We loved it!

02/11/2025: I introduced my five-year-old son to the country of my childhood. He also learned that at the sports bar, the waitress disdainfully calls him "the kid" and that his coloring book on the table is disruptive to the service. Yes, the charcuterie platter is for "the kid"—he likes lonzu and coppa, but apparently his age is a problem. In short, the food and chef were top-notch, but the awful service ruined our last evening before leaving. Again, sorry I don't have the accent. P.S.: My visit took place at the end of August 2025. I'm referring to the sports bar in Cauro, and on August 29th, they had charcuterie on the menu.

12/09/2025: Delicious meat on the brazier, homemade fries and perfect desserts! Super warm welcome from the owners and the waitress! Very nice terrace! If you are passing through the area, don't hesitate to stop by!!! We already know where to stop during our next vacation on your magnificent island!

18/11/2025: The goat cheese lasagna was generous with its creamy sauce and cheese. It was piping hot and served with excellent bread, allowing you to soak up every last drop of sauce. The pasta (lasagna) was a little overcooked. The music was too loud 🥴 And what can I say about the tiramisu! Pure bliss! Soft, light, melt-in-your-mouth, mmm 😋!

28/01/2026: I got food poisoning; everything is frozen and brought in from downstairs to the back of the restaurant. I was very disgusted by the shrimp pasta. I strongly advise against going there.

22/09/2024: Well located establishment, decent dishes, relatively affordable prices. Too bad the service is dragging on. We had to ask for the dessert menu which should have been offered or brought automatically. The dessert was long desired (simple balls of ice cream that do not require any special preparation). Need to ask for coffee twice, in short really too much waiting.
