However, the service was deplorable; it's a shame, because a good restaurant should combine good food with a friendly atmosphere. First, we waited an eternity to be served. After a long wait, there was no apology or kind word from the waiter or the chef. Subsequently, we were ignored throughout the entire meal. Despite several calls, we only received water and bread very late. Finally, we had to insist repeatedly to get the dessert menu. After that, we waited for over half an hour. They didn't even look at us, as if they didn't want us to order (surprising for a restaurant, again). So we left, expressing our surprise at this treatment to the chef. Her only response was to shout and say, "If we didn't like it, there are plenty of restaurants and we could leave." No attempt at self-reflection, no gesture of goodwill? I understand that running a restaurant can be complicated, but the terrace wasn't full. In any case, the very idea of ​​yelling at customers doesn't seem to me to be among the qualities required of a good restaurateur. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a pleasant evening.

07/07/2026: Having dined at this restaurant several times for the quality of its food and its ideal location, I was astonished by the incompetence of the waiters. I have never experienced such a deplorable welcome anywhere. I have NEVER left a negative review for a restaurant, but this experience warrants warning to potential customers. After waiting half an hour for our order, and then over an hour for our food, even though the tables weren't full, and receiving not a single smile or sign of kindness despite our repeated requests, we took the liberty of asking for the dessert menu. It finally arrived after a long wait, but no one bothered to take our order, despite our calls. We ended up leaving and had to wait a long time to pay the (admittedly hefty) bill. We took the liberty of expressing our dismay to the waitress (or owner?), who, instead of apologizing or even showing any courtesy, yelled at us to leave, saying they too had had a bad evening (???) and that there were other restaurants, all while shouting. This lack of professionalism and insulting tone stunned us; we will never return.

15/06/2026: Best pizzeria in the neighborhood. A wood-fired pizzeria makes all the difference. It's a welcome change from those mass-produced pizzerias, and it's not even that expensive. The service is warm, the selection is varied, and the pizzas are excellent!

23/07/2026: We ate there. My daughter and my partner were sick after our meal. My daughter, while still at the restaurant, started complaining of stomach aches and headaches. My partner felt unwell later that afternoon, while my daughter battled a high fever. The common denominator of their meal: strawberry syrup—or grenadine, I can't remember. I informed the restaurant via private message and requested a goodwill gesture in the form of a full or partial refund. The response was this emoji = 😂. I can understand the refusal of a refund. But the response of disdain and a lack of accountability is infuriating, sad, and dangerous because it shows no self-reflection. Enjoy your meal.

21/07/2026: A lovely little restaurant, quiet and located on a pedestrian street near the castle. Everything was delicious (squid and squid ink pasta, porcini mushroom pasta, salmon and langoustine pasta, pasta Bolognese, tiramisu, and ice cream). The service was impeccable and the waiters were charming. Even the owner came to greet us… Highly recommended!

17/07/2026: La Conca d’Oro in Le Creusot is the best Italian restaurants in France. The pasta is fresh and full of flavor, the pizza is perfectly cooked, and the desserts are amazing. The chef makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive, and the whole experience feels warm, friendly, and authentic. Highly recommended!
