13/01/2026: So disappointed… I was a customer of the food truck when it first opened years ago. I left Grenoble and recently came back. I ordered through Uber tonight and what a letdown… It was frankly disgusting. I don't know if the owners have changed; I don't want to cause them any harm with my review because they were very nice back then, but what they're offering now is a real lack of consideration for the customer.

19/02/2026: I order from Uber Eats very regularly, and lately I've been quite disappointed. The first time, I received an absurd amount of pepper in the four pizzas I ordered, indicated I didn't want it in future orders, and still received loads of it. What a shame! 😕

03/03/2026: The restaurant is very pretty, with a warm and welcoming decor in the colors of Naples. Having lived in Naples, I'm particularly attentive to authenticity, and on that point, the pizzas are truly excellent: perfect dough, flavorful toppings, nothing to complain about. However, the experience was deeply disappointing because of the service. The staff were neither pleasant nor smiling, and we never felt welcome. The overall impression was one of cold, distant, almost rushed service. The only smile we saw was when we paid at the register. Another point of confusion: my children hadn't finished their pizzas, so we asked to take them away. We were told it would cost €1, then the waitress simply placed the box on the table, leaving us to fill it ourselves. No gesture, no consideration whatsoever. This is all the more regrettable because the quality of the pizzas and the ambiance led us to expect a truly exceptional experience. Even though the pizza is good, there are other excellent pizzerias in Nice where the welcome and service are just as good. We won't be going back.

04/04/2026: Everything was fine, but I was charged €2 for a glass of hot water! Not very nice! Especially since they didn't offer me any herbal tea...

22/02/2026: A reservation was made for February 22nd for 9 people. Please note that some guests were coming from Paris, Amiens, and St. Just. As a precaution, my sister called you the day before at 5 PM to let you know there would be one more person. SURPRISE, a message arrived informing us that the establishment was closed due to water damage, even though the reservation was made on February 9th with a request for a mobile phone number, and the damage occurred on February 12th. You would have made us travel all that way only to find the door locked. Where is the respect for your customers? It is completely unacceptable not to inform them. You have greatly disappointed us, and due to your irresponsibility, we will no longer be coming to your establishment, even though we used to come every year with 9 guests.

31/03/2026: Very good restaurant, a bit pricey but quite good. The glass of wine at €25 is rather expensive in my opinion. Overall, a good restaurant.

26/03/2026: The chicken was raw, the pasta was hard and the lobster was overly salted. The place was great but the food was poor. I didn't pay for the chicken but the rest of the food was poor. The service made it seem like it was a normal situation.

19/09/2025: The team is super friendly, the loyalty program is great, and the pizzas are delicious. We always order delivery and the wait is never too long; the pizzas always arrive hot, and we never get tired of them! What's more, the prices are very reasonable.

26/03/2026: By far the worst pizzas I've tasted in a looooong time. Disgusting dough, ridiculously small portions, one pizza was burnt, one was too cold, and one was undercooked. Poor quality ingredients (an olive! LOL! Fleshy and loaded with salt, it reeks of cheapness). Hey buddy, you won't last long in Soucieu 😖

12/04/2026: I came one evening and was told they only served pizzas. The staff was unpleasant. I ordered a Margherita, but the crust wasn't cooked properly—quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it.

10/04/2026: For several Fridays now, the restaurant has been CLOSED without any prior notice, and we're left standing there like idiots because, of course, no one answers the phone, not even a message to let us know! Your so-called "exceptional" closures are becoming a regular occurrence! It's a shame, the pizzas are excellent…
