28/06/2026: Edible pizza, but frankly not the best. The dough is like bread, the grated Emmental has clearly replaced the mozzarella, and the Hawaiian pizza here is called a Mexican pizza (??)... They don't take credit cards, in short, for 10 euros you can easily find better alternatives.

18/03/2026: Pizzas barely provided depending on which pizza you take, and without any taste and bland, we will not be returning.

16/04/2026: Tasteless pizza, the dough was far too soggy, and there was way too much tomato sauce compared to other ingredients. The cheese had no flavor at all. The pizzas are expensive and poorly presented for what they are. Go get a frozen pizza from the Carrefour Contact next door; it will be better quality and cheaper. Avoid this place.

29/08/2026: I ate there on August 27th, it was horrible. I had a 4 cheese pizza, it was disgusting, so bad I almost threw up on the spot, it was horrible, I'm never going there again.

18/08/2026: Everything was fine. The pizza was good, the pasta too, and the meat as well. Nothing special, as you'd expect from a restaurant in a shopping center.

09/09/2026: Normally an annual event. Unfortunately, the concept has changed, and the influences are now Spanish instead of Italian. Prices have risen enormously, and portions have been minimized. For me, unfortunately, the price is no longer commensurate with the quality... the location remains exceptionally beautiful.

05/09/2026: I’ve been here twice and had quite different experiences. The first time, in July, I ate at the restaurant and it was excellent. I had an amazing fideuà — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, even better than some I’ve had in Spain. The clericó was delicious too, and the olives served with the drinks are absolutely phenomenal. This time, we ordered food directly from our beach beds and, unfortunately, it was a little disappointing. We had the fried calamari and the octopus à lagareiro, and I wouldn’t order either of them again. An exception was the amazing coconut icecream with mango cubes. That said, the clericó was still very good, the view is beautiful, and the sunbeds and lounge chairs are really comfortable. One thing to keep in mind: you either need to bring your own towel or rent one for €10 each. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the setting, drinks and atmosphere — and based on my first experience, I’d probably choose to eat at the restaurant rather than ordering from the beach beds.

21/08/2026: I don't know what happened, but nothing was good at all, even the food was disgusting. We didn't eat a thing. And definitely don't go there! 🤮

11/09/2026: We are always delighted to enjoy a carpaccio; it's the only restaurant where the service is excellent, from the welcome to dessert. The dishes are generous and delicious 😋 27 years!!! Mahogany wedding anniversary ❤️ We had lunch at the highly regarded Soprano restaurant. The only restaurant with the best carpaccio! We could see this from the orders while we were there. However, what a waste!! To our left, a woman paid her bill, but without finishing her delicious pizza. Since I don't like food waste, I took the liberty of taking a look; the woman only nibbled. Messrs. Rucassier and Kaskosz, couldn't you implement an anti-waste policy, warning customers of a prohibitive surcharge on the bill, to discourage those who waste food? September 4, 2026, another gastronomic visit to Comptoir Italien Soprano to enjoy a carpaccio, as generous as ever, just like the other dishes on offer. The welcome and service are also efficient; the staff is attentive, helpful, and polite. Thank you.

25/08/2026: The gas station area was a bit seedy.

18/08/2026: Not great, despite the newly renovated station; you need to have a minimum of €150 in your bank account or the transaction will be refused. It's a shame, they're losing customers.

16/09/2026: Excellent Neapolitan cuisine, a pleasant surprise amidst the tourist crowds; impeccable and professional service. To those who arrive as a couple wanting to reserve a table just to share a single pizza (I've experienced this myself): it's disrespectful. Don't do it! Order two! And if there are seven of you, order seven! You wouldn't order a single steak for several people and then demand to share it, would you?

07/09/2026: A very bad experience. I came here for dinner with friends. Everyone had finished eating, but I still hadn't been served. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the waitress, she told us we hadn't made a reservation. We then went to speak to the owner as we were leaving, who said to us, "Don't you ever make a mistake?" It would have been better to give us the real reason instead of making up a lame excuse. I will never set foot in this place again, and on top of that, the pizza wasn't even that good. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was too much. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. One small point about your menu: the carbonara sauce doesn't contain cream; otherwise, it's just pasta with cream, QED.

19/08/2026: I've been going to this restaurant since it opened in Convention; I'm a very regular customer. It's in times of difficulty that you truly measure the quality of customer service. My experience was disastrous... a disappointing pasta dish with seafood and catastrophic management. I've decided not to go back; I think there are other restaurants in the area that have better business sense. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference for the customer... I'm left with a bitter taste from that evening... going to a restaurant should be a pleasure, so Gemini Convention, NO THANKS. There are plenty of other options in the area; avoid this restaurant!
