But the staff was friendly and helpful. Ambience: It's not a place that will blow you away, but it seemed nice and clean overall. It's right on the river.

29/08/2026: This small cafe had the best selection of grab and go meals and snacks out of any place I have seen in Paris. Often cafes only have croissants and some desserts or just some basic sandwiches. This place had so much selection it was hard to choose! It is across the street from Sainte Chapelle, so it was busy. The workers are efficient and kept the line moving. I wish I had a chance to come back to try more things! My kids loved the ice cream cups!

03/09/2026: We go there often; they have great pizzas for all tastes, and they're very large. I often leave with a tobag! Never disappointed! I recommend this place.

29/08/2026: For takeaway pizzas, I much prefer the neighboring Pizz'sensation. The minimal toppings on your pizzas cause the far too thin crust to collapse. It was acceptable a few years ago, but now I have to admit my loyalty card no longer has a place in my wallet.

30/08/2026: We had pizza and pasta, we ate very well, we only saw one cook, the dishes still came out quite quickly, the waiter was very nice, despite the fast pace.

23/08/2026: The wait time was far too long. This opinion was clearly shared by many customers seated around us. Especially when you see the cashier continuing to take takeout orders even though the restaurant was packed. The pizzas, once they arrived, were decent despite a very hard crust. However, a big shout-out to the only two servers who were there for the entire restaurant (???) and who were working at a pace similar to the runners of the GRP... they were like machines, thankfully they were doing their best to keep the service running.

12/09/2026: Passing through Brittany...and craving pizza... I noticed a small place, a menu...and I went in! Surprise, surprise... The owner, Marco, is super welcoming, kind, and rock and roll... the waitress, Gyna? Sorry for the spelling lol (his right-hand woman 😉), is very attentive to the customers and really nice too... The pizza is excellent, I recommend the calzone, revisited by Chef Marco...simply amazing 😜 We were welcomed without a reservation, it was off-season, maybe you won't be so lucky 🙈 Lack of Jupiler beer 🤣 We highly recommend it! The Belgian has the calzone!!

03/07/2026: A regular customer of Primo Piano (and Casa Bini), I thought I was on familiar ground. Big mistake. Pappardelle with rabbit confit: **two bones in the dish**. After the second one, I simply stopped eating. You don't mess around with that—it's a risk of choking or breaking a tooth, not a whim. I pointed it out, and at the register they offered me… **a ​​Coke** for the "inconvenience." A Coke. Faced with a food safety issue. I replied that this was the dish they should have offered and asked them to check with the kitchen. The cashier came back and said to me, **with a mocking tone**: "I thought the bones were bigger." So, danger is measured in centimeters now? When I pointed out that he was mocking me, he retorted, "Did you just say that?" in a provocative tone. His name is **Antoine or Alexandre** I'm a restaurateur myself, and that's precisely why this management appalls me. A bone in your dish happens—it's the response that makes all the difference. Here: zero apologies, zero gestures of goodwill, and only one visible obsession: to offer nothing. A contemptuous attitude where one expects a minimum of professionalism and common sense. For an establishment of this reputation, at Le Bon Marché, it's deplorable. A loyal customer until now—I won't be back.
