10/07/2026: One of only 2 vegan restaurants in Pau. Nice relaxing atmosphere. The starter was interesting raw veg, hummus and strawberries. The tabbule main had quinoa,peaches and tiny little cubes of tofu. Really tasty. Had a walnut cake for dessert. Beautiful. Highly recommended if you don't like eating where dead animals are served.

04/07/2026: I don't come often... But whenever I can choose a restaurant, it's Grignote! We love its discreet location, the lovely natural decor, and Eva's friendly and discreet service. The dishes are as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate, and the unique monthly menu is always a hit! I'm a big fan of the "open-faced sandwiches of the moment" in every season, and I'm never disappointed, always delighted! And you can go for the desserts without hesitation; they're all to die for! So yes, it won't suit every palate... Forget superficial flavors and excessive sugar. Here, it's about rediscovering more natural food, without unnecessary flavor enhancers, and vegan to boot. It's not easy to achieve, and yet, Grignote does it brilliantly with seasonal ingredients! So, for those who enjoy culinary innovation, simplicity, and a warm, Nordic atmosphere, I highly recommend it! In any case, we'll be back, and more than once!

23/07/2026: It was a first for my husband and me. We had never had the chance to try this restaurant before, and a gift certificate gave us the opportunity. The staff is extremely welcoming and very professional. I also really appreciated the ambiance, especially the superb stained-glass windows that give the establishment its charm. As for the food, we ate very well. The dishes were truly delicious, and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this place!

This allows me to share my opinion on Pizza Siciliana, which he founded in 1989 and which was later taken over by the renowned Florian: I can tell you that all the ingredients are incredibly fresh, the products are of excellent quality, and Florian's skill in crafting the pizzas completes the experience. He dedicates his time to each one, and the final result lives up to your expectations if you appreciate authentic pizzas prepared according to the recipe of Master Pizza Maker Alex Titone. People travel from far and wide for these pizzas, and it's easy to see why! Furthermore, Florian welcomes his customers with humor and kindness. A must-visit in the Montpellier region for lovers of truly exceptional pizzas! Thanks again to Alex for his invaluable advice!

22/07/2026: By far the best pizzeria in Castlenau; my girlfriend and I go there quite regularly. The owner is incredibly friendly, always smiling and joking, the pizzas are excellent, and all at a very competitive price. Just remember not to call too late, the restaurant is small, they don't have unlimited dough, and it would be a shame to miss out on this pizza.

06/09/2026: We opted for the set lunch menu. The starters and main courses were excellent, though the dessert was a slight disappointment. The service was very friendly and professional. The wine list was superb. Be sure to check your total, as the machine doesn't always automatically match set menu items with à la carte orders.

Everything was perfect: refined and delicious cuisine, impeccable service, an elegant and pleasant setting, and excellent value for money. But what perhaps impressed us most was the kindness of the staff, who were warm, attentive, and extremely discreet. Their presence was always just right, never intrusive, which greatly contributed to the enjoyment of the experience. We had a very pleasant time at La Tosca and will gladly return. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation!
