16/09/2025: Charlotte welcomed us into a vintage setting where many items are for sale... Remember at Mamie et Papi. The meal was delicious, homemade. The homemade banana ice cream is pure delight! For me, it's a place to visit without moderation. Thank you for the simple and warm welcome!
11/09/2025: Attracted by the somewhat unusual atmosphere, we chose this small restaurant. A friendly welcome.
Disappointed on the way back, the portions were really small for the price, leaving us wanting more.
The salad was mostly dressed with oil, lacking flavor. 13.50 for a salad that would be offered as a starter elsewhere given the quantities.
The risotto was really disappointing, rice a bit drowned in an indeterminate sauce with an assortment of defrosted entry-level seafood. At 15.50, the quality, quantity, and price ratio were not there. Lack of seasoning and flavor there too.
I went to get some salt, a small collection of cobwebs decorated the salt shakers.
In short, really disappointed given the prices. We went to get dessert elsewhere after the main course.

18/07/2024: J'adore J'adore, déco style flamande en plus je suis de bailleul carnaval je connais, la patronne au top attention ne pas demandé de la piquette elle va te répondre ici chez moi je sert de la bonne bière 🍺 🍺 🍺flamande et concernant la quantité et la qualité nul part tu trouveras ailleurs juste dans un 3 étoiles 🌟 🌟 🌟 ambiance chaleureuse et très familiale pour cela je vais souvent la bas biensur je suis comme tout le monde je suis ouvrier.

The welcome from the owner was very friendly and the setting pleasant.

21/11/2024: Every time I come back to Gravelines, my first thought is to go to this traditional restaurant where the meat is incredibly tender. Jannine and Béatrice will serve you throughout your meal.
My favorite dish in this restaurant remains the homemade cassoulet for which Jannine has the secret recipe. For me it remains the best cassoulet: the Chaurians just have to watch out

31/07/2024: J'ai manger au Dikke Buuk et j'ai passer un super moment c'était très bon j'ai pris un burger au poulet la sauce curry et pas trop forte je recommande fort mon frère a pris un poulet maroilles et c'était bon beau ma mère a pris un poisson c'était très beau et très bon puis après j'ai pris en dessert un tiramisu au speculoos franchement très bon on sent bien le goût de speculoos le meilleur tiramisu de bailleul je recommande félicitations au cuisiner au serveur serveuse qui sont très aimable tres bonne ambiance
