29/06/2026: I don't understand why there's no Wi-Fi. It's 2026! That's the bare minimum you can offer your customers!

01/06/2026: I came on Saturday and waited 27 minutes for just a chicken galette… And €7.40 for a simple chicken galette… I was expecting something substantial, but no, it was a "fit" galette!

25/07/2026: The same old circus: one person working while ten are on break at the same time! They're all giggling at the table and couldn't care less about the customers! I've been waiting 35 minutes for my pollock to be cooked! It's insane! I'm a regular customer, but I'm fed up with this spectacle. I'll never set foot in there again!

25/07/2026: Not exactly haute cuisine. But even if it's frozen, it's convenient for lunch and ultimately more nutritious given the variety of vegetables.

17/05/2026: If you have the time, the service is 5 stars! Over 40 minutes wait for a simple burger, and the waitress spoke to us as if we were the ones at fault! I absolutely do not recommend it!

04/08/2026: If I could have given it zero stars, I would have. The staff is unpleasant, the food is served scalding hot, and it's very expensive for what it is. Avoid at all costs.

20/07/2026: Very disappointed by the staff's attitude. When we asked for help, no one bothered to assist us. The employees seemed indifferent and unconcerned about the customers. A minimum of professionalism and customer service would be greatly appreciated. I will not be returning.

03/02/2026: Extremely disappointing, a disastrous experience. Dishes were served after 2 hours and 10 minutes and were of very low quality, with exorbitant prices compared to what was actually on the plate.

01/02/2026: What can I say... the team has changed, and even though the welcome is friendly, the place is completely different. Aux Éphérites was long among the top 10 restaurants in Lille: a great selection of wines, bold and original cuisine... But unfortunately, that was then... There's practically nothing on the menu, the food is bland, and the service is awkward... The owner did offer us drinks, admittedly on his own initiative, but it's not the same at all. We were a bit disappointed because we were used to the previous version, and it's clear that the place is no longer worth the trip.

09/07/2026: Great welcome, pleasant staff. Loyal customer since 2018. That was before. Now, the staff is unpleasant. I went to buy a "sandwich, drink, pastry" meal deal at 7:30 am. Yes, I go early, but I start work early. The response was, "No, we don't make sandwiches in the morning." I said I just wanted a sandwich without raw vegetables, and strangely enough, that was okay, but I could only choose between chicken mayonnaise or chicken curry. Basically, I get chicken or nothing. And on top of that, I left without noticing the pastries—too late, I was at work. Yes, the bread, etc., is good, but the staff really needs to change. It's like we're bothering them. If it's inconvenient for them to work, they should quit. Other, more cheerful and friendly people would be happy to take their place. I'm disappointed. July 9, 2026

10/06/2026: This bakery is a complete disaster. I ordered 20 baguettes for 11:30 am on a Sunday, and when they arrived at 11:50 am, they were back on sale. No more baguettes! I live in Neuville-en-Ferrain and I'll never set foot in that bakery again.

07/08/2026: For a domino's this place was surprisingly good compared to the ones were used to in the netherlands.

15/07/2026: A big thank you to the whole team who did their best to manage the evening rush on July 14th. The rude and selfish customers towards the employees (who did their very best to reduce the wait time) made for a very entertaining experience while we waited. The pizzas were very good.

23/12/2025: Having been coming to this chip shop for many years, it's always just as good! I'm surprised by the 1-star reviews, which I find very harsh. The servers are very accommodating regarding how you like your fries cooked. The portions are incredibly generous, and the prices are very reasonable! I understand that bad experiences can happen, but these 1-star reviews seem really strange. And yes, we know that sometimes it can be busy and therefore there can be a wait (plot twist, it's like that everywhere...). I recommend it!

22/05/2026: Horrible stay…horrible is the word. I have never, ever seen a hotel as noisy as this one. It was impossible to get any proper rest, and the soundproofing was nonexistent. The other guests had absolutely no respect for being so noisy; it was shameful. However, the location is great, with everything nearby, and the room was clean.

07/05/2026: We're in a 3-star hotel?! The rooms have been renovated, but not the toilets, which are covered in limescale. The walls aren't either; you can clearly hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms. The new heating system is very noisy for the rooms located at the entrance to the parking lot. Luckily, the receptionist is helpful. But it's not worth 3 stars.

09/07/2026: I do not recommend this Otacos, which never (really never) follows instructions, or gets orders wrong. And that's true both for in-store and delivery.

09/07/2026: I haven't had a single good experience at this O'Tacos. The ingredients and requests are never respected; I definitely don't recommend it. I've also received someone else's order several times.

06/04/2026: Avoid this restaurant! We tried to be funny out of kindness. We don't know if it was just one employee or the owner, but she was unpleasant and hostile. Go somewhere else if you're not satisfied. I explained that I was just teasing the waitress, but I remained polite. Even the poor waitress was surprised; she didn't say anything more, even seemed shocked by this woman's behavior. She should change professions because she has absolutely no friendliness or politeness.

25/03/2026: No welcome whatsoever. We only had one drink, a 25cl draft beer and a lemonade, and we paid over 10 euros!! There was no music, we were completely alone, the waitress was, I think, drunk, we couldn't understand anything about the beer selection, and to top it all off, she wasn't even bothered by flatulence 🤦🏻‍♀️ Shameful

20/07/2026: We hadn't been back because my husband ordered Andalusian sauce and got pitta sauce instead, and it's not the first time. Plus, once we ordered small fries and the woman put too much on them (that's not a big deal). But what really bothered us was when the other woman pointed it out to the waitress, who then took the fries away with her bare hands! And today we got burnt fries, and you really need to review your prices; they're way too expensive compared to the competition.

28/05/2026: I just bought some pizzas. Sorry, but they're not good... yet they're the same recipes in all Domino's, so what's the problem? It's not like it was before Domino's V2, neither the service nor the food. I won't be coming back, and judging by the responses to the numerous negative comments left by customers, they seem to be turning a blind eye... what a shame.

24/05/2026: The staff were polite, no complaints there, but €13.49 for a medium pizza where half the pizza is a soggy crust smothered in tomato paste... I wouldn't recommend it. I ordered a four-cheese pizza. You should expect to eat only the middle of the pizza to get any of the flavor.
