11/07/2026: Fantastic place!! I recently came for the first time to watch a French national team match with a friend, and the atmosphere was amazing!! Before the match, I chatted with the owner, who is very friendly and gave me a presentation of the beers. Note that a pint is €5 no matter the time!! Unbeatable in Lille

17/07/2026: Purchased a commercial door and the installer was excellent, but there was a dispute regarding the glass: Customer Service: no follow-up, they never call back, you have to contact them yourself, but the explanations are never the same. Total disappointment. I should have read the reviews before signing with them because clearly I'm not the only one. Problem resolved after a 5-month wait and a call to check if everything was now OK.

13/07/2026: Hello 👋 A huge Starbucks loyalist, Englos, v2, Lille, and more… whenever there's one near me, I pop in! All this to say that I'm usually never disappointed, but this time… I ordered an opera cake (admittedly not on the menu for a while, but they happily make it for me every time), and one person made it very clear that she was reluctant to make it… that they didn't have the recipe… in the end, the other two baristas managed to make my FAMOUS drink… go figure… Thank you to those two baristas 🥰 and the other one will certainly recognize herself since she avoided my gaze the whole time… Love Starbucks nonetheless…

08/07/2026: Personally, as a customer, when you ask them something, they're annoyed at having to answer. They put half the requested ingredients in the matcha several times I've tried it, only to tell me it will be better another day. The staff changes all the time. There's no respect for the customers. I'm definitely not coming back.

04/08/2026: First and last time at Marie Blachère in Wattrelos. The brunette saleswoman who was there on August 4th at 5:00 PM was bitter and rude. I asked a question about the pastry offers, and I was treated like an idiot, with repeated, haughty "well, yes, that's what I just told you." You get the feeling you're bothering them (to put it politely) rather than anything else. If you're not happy, stay home; we shouldn't have to pay for your bad mood. No wonder there's nobody in your bakery.

25/07/2026: Luckily the baguettes are excellent because I don't go there for the friendliness of the staff... It's also a shame they no longer make sandwiches to order at 12:30 on a Saturday!!! On a Saturday!!! I really don't want to get one that's been sitting there since dawn and isn't necessarily to my liking.

11/03/2026: We've always enjoyed Speed ​​Burger, but today the whole family noticed a drop in quality. The fries were soggy when they're usually crispy, which was very disappointing. It used to be the only place we'd ever had crispy fries. The buns were also soggy. And there was a mistake with the "cold" bag; we received drinks and dessert from a different order... But usually it's great. I hope this is just temporary and it will be good again soon.

05/07/2026: Had a salmon bagel it was like trying to eat a boulder the bread was rock solid, salad inside was too mushy to eat, I think it was a tomato in there but who knows and the coffee was hotter than the surface of the sun so was too bitter to drink

Our dishes were served in just one to two minutes, despite the menu having about fifteen items. Such speed naturally raises questions about their preparation. Upon arrival, the dishes looked unappetizing and had a rather peculiar odor. Unfortunately, they were simply inedible. We regretfully had to leave our plates completely full. Furthermore, when placing our order, we asked if the meat was halal. After a brief hesitation, the waitress told us that only the chicken was. Then, a few seconds later, she changed her mind, stating that all the meat was halal. This sudden and unexplained change was not very reassuring and raised doubts about the reliability of his statement. Perhaps this restaurant once offered quality cuisine, but our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. It would undoubtedly be beneficial to review the quality of the food and the kitchen organization. This review reflects my personal experience; not everything was necessarily bad. The premises are well-maintained and very well located, close to the train station. The waitress was quite pleasant. I should mention that I was there on August 24th.

20/03/2026: The setting is beautiful, and the staff is welcoming. A cloakroom service is available, which is always a nice touch! We weren't disappointed with the food, and the service was very professional. However, a company seminar was taking place nearby… It's a shame these people didn't know how to behave and were making an unimaginable amount of noise! I would recommend it provided no company is present.
