Very good, clean, tasty, well-served, and above all, a really friendly and welcoming team.
I've tried several places, but Le Régal remains my absolute favorite when I'm craving a good kebab.

19/07/2026: This restaurant is quintessentially Sicilian! Simple, generous cuisine and friendly staff. Honestly, it was absolutely delicious.
After finishing my pasta, I was able to taste the filo pastry it was served in. The pastry was soaked in olive oil and the flavors of the dish—a delightful little touch to end the meal! Unfortunately, there wasn't enough room to try the desserts, but I'll definitely be back!
A main course, sparkling water, and coffee for under €20—what more could you ask for?

30/06/2026: Drawn in by the "best sushi in Lille" label, having just returned from a trip to Japan, I decided to try their takeout.
I should have saved myself some.
The slices of tuna and salmon (all cut into the exact same rectangular shape with a rounded edge) on top of the rice in my shirashi were still damp from defrosting. :( Extremely disappointed, it was tasteless, and I won't be going back. There was no ginger or wasabi added to the side of the dish.
30/06/2026: As a loyal customer for several years, I'm surprised by this review. I've always found the fish to be fresh, the dishes beautifully presented, and the service excellent. It's true that after a trip to Japan, expectations can be very high, but personally, I've never felt like I was eating defrosted or tasteless fish. 💫

25/07/2026: Anyone visiting Dunkirk who wants to eat good meat should visit this restaurant. Open from 7 pm, you need to book well in advance, especially during peak season; it's no longer a hidden gem.
It's rather expensive compared to German restaurants, but in my opinion, it's worth it.
14/07/2026: Incredible is the only word to describe this incredible experience. Everything was perfect: the service, the atmosphere, and the food—a pure delight. I recommend everyone come and eat here; you won't regret it.

04/07/2026: A little nice place for snacks, tapas and a beer, great gathering places full of young people. taste is unexpectedly good. The price is very affordable and the size of food is relatively generous. It is a very popular places and we were lucky to grab a table as it was raining heavily that day.

04/05/2026: A wonderful discovery last Saturday at this Tunisian restaurant.
The "Sidi Bou" couscous was delicious, and the welcome was warm, genuine, and very pleasant.
The restaurant is also open for lunch on Sundays, which is becoming increasingly rare.
I highly recommend it.
