31/05/2026: We came for Mother's Day, something I won't do again! The wait for service was far too long, they forgot our child's meal, ordered the wrong one, etc. There was no gesture of goodwill towards the bill and no apology for the inconvenience. The portion size was disappointing for the price.

21/05/2026: Discovered today on a recommendation, a warm welcome and very, very good food: spritz, homemade andouillette, tiramisu—a great find in the heart of this beautiful forest... I made a detour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Will you make the same detour? 👍😉 Let me know! Next time I'm in the area, I'll be trying the Soissoulet....

05/06/2026: Superb establishment! The atmosphere is great, the service is quick. And what can I say about the veal escalope with Maroilles cheese? It's simply excellent! (For those with a sweet tooth who are still hungry after that, the sugar tart is highly recommended!) I'll definitely be back!

14/01/2026: A fantastic place to eat in Lille. The food is excellent, the steak with eggs is delicious and high quality. Be sure to save room for dessert: their walnut tart is incredible! A real treat in a very pleasant brasserie atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

09/04/2026: My first time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with excellent soundproofing. The daily special included an amuse-bouche, a main course (fish or meat), and a gourmet coffee (or tea), all at a good price and served quickly. I recommend it.

The quality of the food is excellent; everything was truly delicious each time. But I especially want to emphasize the quality of the service, which is rare these days. The servers are extremely kind, welcoming, smiling, and above all, very dedicated. You can tell they take their work to heart and do everything they can to ensure customers have a great time. A superb experience from beginning to end; I will definitely be back!

02/03/2026: I wanted to tell you about a place I particularly love: Le Limitrophe, in Leers. As soon as you walk through the door, you know you're not in just any bar or restaurant. The owner welcomes you into the dining room with genuine warmth and sincerity. He takes his time, exchanges a few words, and makes sure everyone feels comfortable. You immediately sense the family atmosphere of the place. In the kitchen, his brother puts all his expertise into the dishes. Their couscous is a real triumph. The meat is exceptionally tender and flavorful. The semolina is fine, light, and perfectly prepared. The vegetables, generous and simmered in their own juices, have that authentic taste that makes all the difference. It's the kind of place you happily return to, as much for the quality of the food as for the warm welcome. A genuine, welcoming place where you eat well and feel right at home.
