09/08/2026: An empty terrace… and now we understand why! 😅 If I could have given zero stars, I would have without hesitation. There were eight of us, and naturally, we took four tables so we could sit down and enjoy our drinks in peace. To our great surprise, the cashier criticized us for occupying "so many tables," even though the terrace was practically empty… and, more importantly, there were eight of us ready to order. Faced with this particularly unfriendly welcome, we ultimately decided to leave… and give our drinks to the competition. 🙃 In light of this experience, we unfortunately understand the poor rating for this Paul. It's all the more disappointing when you're talking about a major chain like Paul Lille: what a shame that a single employee can give such a bad impression of the establishment and potentially cause a significant loss of revenue simply because of her behavior. There were eight of us ready to order, and we left without buying anything. What a great business move! 👏 It's a shame, because we really expected much better from such a major brand.

08/08/2026: A deserted terrace on a Saturday afternoon in August should have tipped me off... A family of eight sat down at two tables, and the (not-so-young) cashier complained that I'd taken up too much space when we ordered 😳. Granted, she was alone at the till, and having to prepare and serve ice cream and other treats by herself must have intimidated her (in fact, on closer inspection, only espresso cups were lying around on the tables...). But in that case, hire more staff (and maybe another cashier...) if you want to make any money in the summer! Especially since there's no shortage of ice cream shops on this square.

13/06/2026: This bar is ideally located in the heart of Old Lille, the welcome is warm, and the cocktails are delicious 🍸 As a bonus, you can play darts, and the last themed evening was fantastic 😄 Highly recommended, Marilyne 😘

07/06/2026: We stopped in just for a quick drink during the Vieux-Lille street fair, but left after 4 drinks because the vibe of this bar was so cool, the service was top-notch, I highly recommend it!

31/07/2026: We waited an hour for the menu (and that was only because we asked for it!). We spent over two hours in the restaurant just for one main course and one dessert to share. My main course was very good; I thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend, however, was less impressed with her salad. Finally, we both felt unwell after our visit. It was probably the amuse-bouche we were offered upon arrival.

31/07/2026: A very warm and welcoming atmosphere, and excellent cuisine. The butcher's cut is succulent; I highly recommend this establishment. Everything is homemade.

12/08/2026: After ordering at the terminal, the food arrived very quickly, within 5 minutes, and was freshly prepared. The food was hot and delicious, and the quality was good. The Burger King restaurant and the restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied with my visit to the Burger King restaurant.

12/08/2026: I ordered a good, inexpensive meal for lunch at work. When I arrived at my workplace, I realized that some items were missing from my order. I tried calling, but no one answered. How do I file a complaint?
