09/02/2026: We regularly stay at the IBIS in Dunkirk and have never been disappointed! Very comfortable bedding, spacious rooms... During Carnival season, when the hotel is covered in feathers and the rooms require extra cleaning, the housekeeping staff do a remarkable job to keep everything spotless. The reception staff are always very friendly. A special mention goes to Julien at reception, who, with great kindness, humor, and thoughtfulness, welcomes Carnival-goers returning from their evenings out and makes their stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the whole team!

You get the impression you're bothering the waiter who's huffing and puffing on the terrace, saying, "Oh, well, just two minutes, I'm taking my break." It's a real shame.

25/07/2026: Lamb rolls with nothing on the plate, fries in a small cup portion for a small child, and my dish (also a child's portion) pasta with mushrooms (???) and Comté cheese (??). It was truly disgusting and even my dog ​​wouldn't want that.... truly repulsive like vomit.... and 18 euros.....

I chose the Delicia: gratinéed chicken cutlet with turkey ham, blue cheese, goat cheese, mozzarella, and shallot sauce. I love shallot sauce, and this one was particularly delicious, full of flavor, and incredibly satisfying. A generous and comforting dish.

22/07/2026: We were craving some authentic Chinese food and then I found this place online & having read the good reviews decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. We tried the Thai basil beef & the fried rice noodles with chicken and I must say it was so so good that I ordered an extra portion to take back 😄

20/07/2026: We ordered four small fries as a meal deal, but they were just thrown in loose, upside down in the bag. The quantity was also very small. There was also a small potato wedge, but the bag was only half full and completely torn. The nuggets were half-hard and cold, as were the fries. I'm very disappointed, especially with the small amount of fries, because we pay a fairly high price for such a small portion, barely filled.
