05/09/2024: Service to be reviewed urgently, starter 5 minutes after serving us the aperitif, plate to share missed the goat's cheese. Two empty marrow bones on 3 plates, sauerkraut cabbage bathed in juice. Really disappointed with this meal and the service too bad, I really had a better memory.

26/11/2024: Since then there has been a huge improvement. Possibility of ordering on their site with free delivery (depending on the amount and location). Perfect delivery so I'm renewing! Good price and delicious products. I highly recommend! Order via Uber Eats. A little late but for makis it doesn't pose too much of a problem when the temperatures are not too high. The soup was almost empty in the bag which fortunately was separate from the rest of the order. The 2 salty soy sauces ordered were in reality 2 jars of sweet soy sauces... suffice to say that enjoying makis is not great, especially since these 2 jars of sauces are charged extra... The makis are a bit coarse but dry without salty soy sauce 😉

20/01/2025: I would like to report a disappointing experience that I encountered several times in your establishment. Being a regular customer of your KFC, I was surprised by the unprofessional behavior of one of your managers (in any case she must be the only one), who often seems to lack friendliness towards customers. However, what pushed me to write this message mainly concerns the use of loyalty points at the drive. This is now the second time that I have been refused to use my loyalty points on the pretext that they are not applicable to the drive. However, this excuse seems unfounded, because I was able to use my points without problem in another KFC, also via the drive. This gives the impression that staff, particularly at the drive-thru, are not properly trained or do not want to make the effort to apply this option, which is unacceptable. I would like to remind you that it is not a question of money, but a question of respect for the customer and the commitments of your loyalty program. I will not return to this establishment if this type of problem persists, and if so, next time, I will ask for the complaints log directly. Please take this feedback into account to improve training and the quality of service in this restaurant.

01/09/2024: We came with our friends to eat for the first time. Deplorable welcome, we "speed" in order to choose quickly I remind you we have been in the restaurant for barely 5 minutes. Very noisy restaurant, a person at the bar screams and screams constantly. They serve us an aperitif with dirty glasses, absolutely not good mojitos at all Aperitif boards for €14 are absolutely not worth them We ask for bread and see the waiter defrosting bread in the microwave, the bread is hard We see all the problems coming one after another, we ask to see someone, he doesn't care about us, especially since a waitress just before us sighs in our face while placing a glass in front of us We decided to leave before the meal, asked for a commercial gesture, nothing was done, he wanted us to pay in full with the dishes except we didn't have them yet This is unacceptable To flee

27/09/2024: Critical time in France: Entering a brasserie to drink a long coffee at 11:30 a.m.: The mouth, near the door, removal of the cup as soon as you have consumed the last drop by a waiter who says nothing and without a smile. Followed within 4 minutes (11:56 a.m.) by a person who asks you if you have placed an order. The price quite high. I prefer establishments that refuse or reserve a corner for drinks only, which is not uncommon in front of a train station (train between 12 p.m.-2 p.m.) so it is impossible to have a full meal at the restaurant.

26/02/2025: your explanations for your closure are more than risky you know very well that the covid crisis plus the economic crisis plus the transformation of the Place d'Arme into a pedestrian zone which caused the surrounding businesses to lose 40% of their customers plus the closure of the Passage des Flanders on December 3 completed the disaster in just 3 months 10 license 4 establishments (bars bistros restaurants) closed for bankruptcy! in Valenciennes you are the 10th and everyone noted this so as not to incriminate the municipal team when it is the turn of the SET I wonder how you will react! note: responding to a dissatisfied customer the day before the permanent closure of the establishment that you are going to improve the table service is at the highest level!
