01/05/2026: What a disturbing experience it was to have lunch at Flunch this Saturday. While most of the employees were eating together around a large table, one scene particularly shocked us: a person was seated alone, apart from the others. As we walked by, this was the only person who bothered to greet us kindly. On closer inspection, it turned out to be an employee with a disability, isolated from the others. Frankly, in 2026, seeing this kind of situation is incomprehensible and deeply disturbing. We expect a brand like Flunch to uphold values ​​of inclusion and respect, not this kind of exclusion. Very disappointing.

06/11/2025: Not great. The salmon pizza was loaded with salmon but had nothing else on top… the portion of dough was too small; you'd need two slices to fill an average adult… for the price, it was pretty bad.

02/04/2025: Lovely restaurant in Tourcoing, we had a fantastic evening, the welcome and service were perfect. The discovery of the dish, "The Weeping Tiger," was excellent, incredibly tender, and we finished with the complimentary tea, which was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

26/02/2025: your explanations for your closure are more than risky you know very well that the covid crisis plus the economic crisis plus the transformation of the Place d'Arme into a pedestrian zone which caused the surrounding businesses to lose 40% of their customers plus the closure of the Passage des Flanders on December 3 completed the disaster in just 3 months 10 license 4 establishments (bars bistros restaurants) closed for bankruptcy! in Valenciennes you are the 10th and everyone noted this so as not to incriminate the municipal team when it is the turn of the SET I wonder how you will react! note: responding to a dissatisfied customer the day before the permanent closure of the establishment that you are going to improve the table service is at the highest level!

18/12/2024: Rather disappointed with this restaurant, in itself it's not bad however the quantity and clearly needs to be reviewed. In terms of quantity/price ratio, it's very light. 10 fries on my plate and a mini steak. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant despite a friendly atmosphere and very pleasant waitresses.

28/03/2026: My partner and I eat there very regularly, as we've resumed our studies at a nearby school. We prefer going there to the fast-food restaurants next door. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu is varied, and the dishes are generous and delicious. For us, it's our favorite cafeteria. The prices are more than reasonable compared to other establishments, not to mention the daily specials, which are usually around €10. Even though we'll finish our studies in June 2026, we'll try to go there for lunch on weekdays whenever our days off allow.

02/05/2026: Honestly, a sure thing for years! 🙌 A loyal customer, especially at the La Madeleine location, I never hesitate to drive several kilometers to Roubaix just for their HS kebab… and it's definitely worth the trip! Just yesterday, I had two, and as usual: a pure delight 🔥 flavorful meat, perfect bread, generous toppings… nothing to complain about. It's clearly my favorite kebab, by far.
