09/02/2026: Excellent service, very clean, and very attentive to my needs, as I admit I'm quite demanding. The products are very good, and the waitress, Lou, always remembers me and my preferences. The Frappuccino and macchiato are a delight with the cookies, and the egg muffin... I won't even mention it! Yum! I highly recommend it! 😃

09/02/2026: A break that rhymes with HAPPINESS. I'm a loyal customer of the Starbucks in Englos, and it's always a wonderful pleasure to go there. Lou, Coco, and Mathilde Rose are always available and smiling to serve us. Even my 8-year-old daughter loves the products. Thank you to Lou for her service and her smile; Coco is also very, very pleasant. You truly have two incredible new recruits, and I hope the company realizes it because they are two young women dedicated to their work. I come back with great joy thanks to them. 27/10/2024: Prijs kwaliteit ok.Leuke omgeving.Supervriendelijke Baas Antoine.Wel even moeten wachten maar neem aperitief,je krijgt er een knappertje gratis bij, want personeel vinden in horeca overal een probleem.

03/01/2026: After several visits to the FDJ (French National Lottery) website, I was scammed out of winnings of 2 or 3 euros. Avoid at all costs.

31/01/2026: I just bought 2 caramel M&M's McFlurries which were supposed to cost me €9.20, but since they're out of M&M's it will still cost me €9.20 and they even looked for the caramel, avoid at all costs.

30/11/2025: Beautiful, characterful building and clean rooms. Great location by the Citadel Park with restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

27/11/2025: A stay we won't soon forget!! Upon arrival, the room was pitch black, and there was no light in the wardrobe; we had to use our cell phones to see anything... The room was very dusty, not to mention the tattered, faded curtains! The bedding and bathroom were clean! The TV was on the floor or in your bed, and you could barely see a third of the screen, but for us, the worst was yet to come! Breakfast was accompanied by Ratatouille (mouse)... Never again!

03/04/2025: Rude gentleman we called he hung up on us saying that it was closed even though on Google it is noted open!!!

08/02/2026: The good : food is great! Great kebabs, lots of different sauce, ability to order on a kiosk so you don't have to deal with the staff. The bad : this establishment seems to attract a wide variety of people. If you seat outside, chances are you will be asked for money/a bite of your sandwich(?!?) and you'll experience a plethora of incivilities (people smoking next to you, dirty tables not cleared by patrons etc) The ugly : this place is in need of some type of deep cleaning/ revamp. Restrooms are dirty, the dining area as well and you just get an overall sense of lack of cleanliness. The staff is "exhausted" (I can easily understand why) and it reflects on their service and manners. Overall, I like this place enough but it looks like it suffers from its patrons.

18/01/2026: I found chewing gum in my girlfriend's drink, I'm outraged! It's deplorable to receive a drink like that and not get a refund!

20/12/2025: Unbelievable if you want to waste your time waiting! An online order placed and paid for, and then nothing. I went to the store and got the impression the employees were just discovering what they were selling. I don't know if I came to buy a pizza or some leftover garbage thrown on a bad crust. Anyway, bon appétit!
