05/06/2026: Great Starbucks location. I originally stopped in looking for a specific 'You Are Here' city mug to add to my collection. While they didn't have it, the staff was incredibly helpful and kindly took the time to explain that the collection had been discontinued for a couple of years now. Even though my mug hunt wasn't successful, the customer service was absolutely fantastic, and the store itself was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Thank you to the friendly team for being so helpful

22/05/2026: The service is attentive, the food is high quality, there's no wait, and all this with a smile. However, a major drawback is their refusal to offer a "free" carafe of water, only selling bottled water. As a reminder, the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) states: "You have the right to request a replacement dish, refuse the cloakroom service, order a free carafe of water, and request a 'doggy bag'." I hope that the managers, being professionals, will respect the law on this principle for future customers who request a carafe of water.

17/05/2026: Superb place! The food is generous and exquisite (the ravioli were a delight), and the service is impeccable. Special mention for the wine list. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the magnificent terrace.

22/06/2026: I first came here for drinks, then to work later, and now I enjoy it whenever I'm in Lille! Fantastic bar, great selection of drinks, friendly owners, efficient servers, a big thank you to Zoé and her cheerful disposition! I highly recommend it!

08/06/2026: Hello, there were three of us, we arrived yesterday at 12:30 PM and left at 3:00 PM for a simple set menu. A 2.5-hour wait is far too long. Especially on the day of the Sea Festival, when we were visiting boats in the port that afternoon. We made a special trip to Buffalo Grill specifically to eat quickly. And we were very disappointed compared to our usual experience. The issues we encountered were: - *Endless wait* between our aperitif and the arrival of our main courses. The waiter did not ask if we wanted to place our order at the same time as our aperitif. Coca-Cola was served in cans, not glass bottles, while other tables had glass bottles. We didn't understand why. - *Out of stock*: The flank steak, which was listed on the set menu, was no longer available and was not replaced with another meat. The baked potatoes were also out of stock. - Dessert was served late; the ice cream had already melted by the time we arrived. The food was decent, but the experience was ruined by the service and the frequent shortages. A shame. The wait between each course of the meal was far too long.

01/06/2026: The ribeye steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the waiter was very friendly, however the atmosphere was too echoey

27/06/2026: I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a smiling waiter wearing two hairnets, one covering his beard. The waitress looked blasé. I asked for a menu so I could sit down and choose at my leisure, but no, there wasn't one. I felt rushed and surprised. I ordered a delicious Tropezienne tart, which was fresh and not too sweet. However, my coffee was served in a paper cup—no, no, no! But the icing on the cake was the wooden lid, which left a nasty taste in my mouth. I also didn't appreciate the milk bottle with its spout wide open outside the fridge.

07/05/2026: I am always satisfied with my purchases and the service is always very good.

17/02/2026: Parking is difficult, and almost everything costs money. The air conditioning is incredibly noisy, and the breakfast is very basic. On the other hand, the rooms are very comfortable, the service is excellent, and the hotel is beautiful.

17/02/2026: There are many pizzerias in Orchies, but few that truly stand out. La Squadra, however, is the best of them. The prices are relatively high for the average quality, but if you're hungry, a large pizza will certainly satisfy you. Beware of the lottery when it comes to pizzas with an egg; I got sick twice in one year.

08/03/2026: A restaurant that serves nothing but fries. Two daily specials offered, no vegetables, no low-GI options. I ordered steak tartare with one slice of tomato and one lettuce leaf. Very, very disappointed.

10/03/2026: Food Factory used to be good, but that was then. Today, for €9 for the galette menu, you get a TINY galette, 10-12 cm long and barely filled, with fatty meat that tastes very average. A decent portion of fries, if they were cooked. The can of soda is good. I recommend Best Tacos next door; they have the same menu but with better quality.

26/05/2026: We stayed from May 24th to 25th, 2026. The staff was very pleasant. The room was spacious. They gave us a nice touch for our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was varied and of high quality.

23/06/2026: Everything is good, the staff is pleasant, the decor is tasteful and understated.

25/02/2026: The experience could have been good with less of a wait (1 hour to take our order, 30+ minutes for the starter despite the restaurant being two-thirds full!). We asked for the wait to be expedited, but the waitress quickly brushed us off. The dishes were fairly good, although the meat was undercooked (the rare was blue and the well-done was just rare), and there were no fries. We do not recommend it.

16/02/2026: A small restaurant with wood-fired cooking that makes all the difference. 🔥 You can taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The owner and staff are truly lovely, smiling, and attentive. You can feel their genuine passion and desire to please their customers. We had a wonderful time, and it was also very good value for money. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return! 😊
