17/04/2026: The food is excellent, and we've never been disappointed in that regard. However, after numerous delivery orders, the telephone service is clearly lacking. The person taking orders has a cold and unpleasant tone, and we've even had the phone hung up on us once. This is all the more unfortunate given the quality of the food. We continue to order for the food, but an improvement in customer service would be truly appreciated.

10/04/2026: The tempura was noticeably very light—perhaps a new minimalist approach? As for the quality, it seemed rather mass-produced, which the establishment apparently fully embraces. But the real highlight was the phone call. After my return, I received a response with remarkable sarcasm, going so far as to explain that if other customers recommend this dish, it's because they are (and I quote) "idiots." A bold marketing strategy, I must admit. More seriously, a little respect and consideration for customers wouldn't go amiss. Criticism isn't an attack and deserves better than a contemptuous response. In short, an experience that mainly makes you want to avoid ordering again.

02/07/2025: I know the owner a little; I think he's of Algerian origin, and he's very kind. He retains loyal customers without favoring them. Very good and pleasant, just the right portion, and if you ask for a change, he makes it without a problem. I recommend it because I've been there several times and always loved it. Contrary to the reviews, I've never been sick.

26/03/2026: Excellent experience, it felt like home. I received a wonderfully warm welcome from Charlotte, and her cooking exudes the comforting, home-style dishes that warm the heart. She's a smiling and lovely person, and it truly provided a light and relaxing break in my day, in a bright and comfortable setting. I highly recommend her restaurant.

13/12/2025: Portion sizes need to be reduced considering the price: three pieces of beef bourguignon were barely enough to compete on the plate, and the sautéed potatoes were undercooked and cold. It's a shame because the meat was tender... We left to have dessert elsewhere!

24/03/2026: We had a wonderful time celebrating our gender reveal at this venue. The setting is truly lovely, especially the view of the canal, which was much appreciated by us and our guests. The room is spacious, well laid out, and perfectly suited for hosting a large group comfortably. Everything was in place to make this event an unforgettable moment. 04/07/2025: Came this July 4th in the morning. I'm standing in line. Normal. A saleswoman finishes with a customer, and serves the 2 customers who arrived after me (customers who were together). I say to myself, no problem, I'll be next. Well no, she again served the person who arrived after. Suffice to say that I left immediately without buying anything. Go to Marie Blachere. They don't necessarily have what I want but at least I'll be served. Too bad, now that I work in the area, I could have become a good customer. Although I already consider myself to be one.

21/04/2026: Honestly, nothing to say, the owner isn't very nice and the atmosphere of the cafe isn't great either, and they don't leave the customer alone for 5 minutes while the owner is in the kitchen.

19/12/2025: I came with a friend who'd known this pizzeria since childhood. Honestly, I don't really understand the 1-star reviews I saw. The place is clean. The guys at the counter and in the back kitchen are super friendly. And the pizzas are amazing; you can tell the dough is homemade. And for the price, €34 for two (we ordered the largest size available), I think it's very reasonable. The drinks were even free. I highly recommend this place; I'll definitely be back!
