05/02/2026: Honestly, I'm disappointed. I ordered cheddar bacon fries, and I'm still looking for the bacon bits. A chicken wrap that was just lettuce. They were stingy with the sauce, and when I asked for more, they said they didn't want to give me any. They gave me my order, then asked if they'd made a mistake, like they didn't know what they were doing. I asked for a different toy, and they said that's all they had. I'm starting to have quite a collection of the same toy. Avoid McDonald's!

11/02/2026: Misleading advertising! I went to the restaurant today for the €2 ice cream offer for February 11th, and when I arrived, they told me it didn't exist… I asked for a goodwill gesture, which they also refused. Very disappointed.

03/02/2026: Strange, their ice cream machine is always out of order after a certain time [9pm] at the end of the day... So no milkshakes in the evening!

27/01/2026: First order placed for a cake. The raspberry delicacy was very good; the light cream was easy to eat even after a large meal. Thank you.

15/01/2026: €12 for a sandwich with a drink and dessert! More expensive than in Paris! What do you think you're doing with these outrageous prices?!

31/08/2024: This restaurant quality level 0 I go to a restaurant with a friend, I order the duo, I bite into my hamburger, it tastes not like usual, the chicken was raw!!!!! I get back in line at the drive-thru, 35 minutes of waiting, only to be told that it's the chicken which and pink, I say that I don't want to eat that anymore, I want one with beef. Arriving at my home I see that my hamburger is missing a piece, as if it had been chewed!!!! Afraid I didn't even finish them, I threw them away. This is unacceptable! I'm not sure if it's revenge that I came back, but in any case I'll never go again.

07/12/2025: UNACCEPTABLE! After placing a Deliveroo order, the cheese was missing from all four sandwiches I ordered. Furthermore, the kitchen staff took it upon themselves to add and leave out ingredients as they pleased (please read your receipts in the future). So yes, Subway is good, but only when it's done right. Therefore, I advise against ordering anything from them, but rather recommend going in person so you can make sure they're doing their job properly.

06/11/2025: I often come here for lunch during my break. I'm always warmly welcomed, and I think it's the best in Lille. I'd like to extend a big thank you to the two ladies who were there today and who found and put away my very valuable scarf ☺️

11/12/2025: A welcoming but unfortunately incompetent staff member confuses the number six with the number nine.

09/12/2025: Shameful, we just left McDonald's with a very bitter feeling. One of the waitresses was hellish and very rude to the other employees who were doing their best despite the crowd. It was a huge shame for this employee who was subjected to all sorts of comments during our visit. We will definitely not come back to see this. It is unacceptable.

07/07/2025: I rarely post reviews, but this one!!! I can't do it without warning you! 1- Not a smile or a hello upon arrival; in short, we're bothering them to come and eat there! 2- The guy at the checkout is extremely rude; I had to ask for part of my forgotten order back, and he questioned my word. 3- The beef skewer tasted like chipotle. It clearly wasn't beef, but at the price of beef! (It's clear they're not supporting the local butcher or the good farmers of Pévèle). 4- Tasteless fries 5- Sidelong glances from the same guy 6- A remark made with extreme spite because we were drinking our small bottle of water (it's forbidden!!! and you put it away immediately!) In short, obviously we'll never set foot there again, and I advise you to move on if you value friendliness and quality products!!

29/06/2025: After reading the reviews, we weren't sure if we should go, but we wanted to make up our own minds. We weren't disappointed. We saw a few loyal customers there. The portions are generous. We'll be back...

16/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! This is nothing like the kebab I knew a few years ago. We ordered through Uber Eats, and the fries were swimming in oil, and the kebab was incredibly greasy! I agree with other reviews: the meat was extremely salty; it didn't even taste fresh. We barely ate anything; it all ended up in the bin.

27/12/2025: The Tunisian pasta, called spaghetti alla tunisiana, is truly authentic, made the Tunisian way. Nice and spicy (your choice) and especially well-seasoned. It's served with a generous portion of lamb shank! Quick service and a very warm welcome.

28/01/2025: Zero the cook he doesn't even know how to make a well-cooked steak he gave it away I threw it in the trash I want to do this but I was very disappointed

27/01/2025: It's been quite a while since we went to eat at this Flunch. We wanted to test the new concept. What a disappointment at the sight of the dishes offered but also the prices! The salad bowls are ridiculously small. Moreover with these terminals, so impersonal.... I turned around and went where there is more humanity!

30/12/2025: I was warmly welcomed by the person at the counter and served within the promised timeframe, but it's still very (too) expensive for a pizza chain of average quality. Instead of offering 36 different varieties, I suggest you offer fewer but better ones.

29/09/2024: Too much waiting. The dishes do not arrive at the same time and are cold. Once the last dish arrived, the sauce was not the right one and we had to wait another 10 minutes minimum for another one to be brought to us. Atmosphere-wise it was too noisy with the music and the ads. We left without having had dessert because there was too much of a wait. We would have been served more quickly if we had ordered takeaway. The staff was overwhelmed and the cooks couldn't keep up.

29/09/2024: So in terms of taste, the restaurant is of a decent standard, however the quality of service leaves something to be desired. Having come as a party of 4, we placed an order at the same time but received our dishes delayed 20 minutes of waiting between dishes for the same table. Following this we asked the waitress present to reheat the dishes already served, which seemed to pose a problem for her or could it come from the fact that her job does not suit her in this case a professional reconversion would be expected. It’s a shame because the evening could have gone well.
