The next morning, no one knows about the order, even though it's been paid for and they asked for our name, phone number, and the time we came. In the end, we leave with different products than what we ordered. We won't be back.

23/12/2025: Order for 4 pizzas for delivery placed at 6:30 PM. Delivery window between 7:45 PM and 8:15 PM... 8:30 PM, no one arrived... So I called, and they told me 9 PM! No apology to the customer. The whole point of pizza delivery is, among other things, to make life easier for customers who have worked all day and are too tired to cook. In short, zero organization or complete disregard for deliveries... never again, it's a shame because the pizzas aren't bad.

01/11/2025: I'm disappointed. I've been to this chip shop several times, and this time I bought two children's meals for €6.50 each, specifically hoping for a free gift for the kids. There were no free gifts in the meal, the nuggets were completely dry and the children didn't eat them, the candy was in the box without any wrapping paper, and the drinks and sauce were all rubbish. I ordered a sausage sandwich with cheese, but I didn't get any cheese. The fries were completely dry. Very disappointing... what a shame.

13/09/2025: I don't recommend this chip shop. Before ordering, I asked if it was possible to eat in, and the lady told me yes. Once I paid, she told me it was no longer possible given the time of day to eat here, knowing that we were an hour away from home! With children... The quality of the food and the staff need to be improved! They turn off the lights at 9:20 p.m. and close at 30 while we were still waiting for our order. Not very polite...

24/01/2026: €7.90 for a mass-produced burger with no quality and no taste! Much more expensive than in a real restaurant with a real burger!

21/01/2026: Unpleasant staff, our order arrived completely squashed while we were eating in! We ordered a Coke Zero and a regular Coke, and there was no way to tell which was the sugar-free one. When they brought our drinks back, they just put them down without showing us the label. In short, they need improvement.

12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

08/02/2026: Marc and his waitress are truly unpleasant. He's arrogant, and his waitress, with her haughty, aggressive manner and unbearably high-pitched voice, will drive you absolutely crazy! Marc refuses to give me my winnings, deeming them too high, and refuses to cash in my bets, again deeming them too high (it was only €88!). Avoid at all costs!

13/01/2026: The staff's friendliness is perfectly adequate. However, the rest of the experience is very disappointing. • Although you see bags of potatoes in the chip shop, it's hard to believe given the taste. The fries are very pale and clearly lack flavor. Perhaps this is due to the oil used rather than the potatoes themselves. • The small pot of sauce for €0.90… that's simply outrageous. I understand that prices are rising and that the situation is difficult for everyone, but at this level, it seems more like a joke than an economic justification. • After doing some research, I noticed that some or all of the products offered are halal. Although there is no legal obligation and I have nothing against halal, it would have been wise to clearly indicate this on the ordering materials (leaflets, kiosk, menus, etc.). Transparency is important for customers and can also attract new ones. • Finally, the floor of the chip shop is extremely slippery. I almost fell. It seemed greasy, which poses a real safety problem. Unfortunately, all these points make me not want to give you a second chance, which is a real shame.

11/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️ I was frankly disappointed by my experience at Food Squad. The welcome from the young woman at the counter was very poor: while I waited, the staff were discussing their personal lives using vulgar and inappropriate language, which gave a bad impression. The fries, advertised as homemade, were dry and full of small bits, not pleasant to eat. The burger itself was decent in terms of quality (better than big chains like McDonald's), but the flavor was lacking and didn't justify the price. Overall, it didn't live up to expectations for a chain that claims to use fresh products.

04/02/2026: Disappointed... the evening team is nothing like the daytime team... I ordered two tacos with a small amount of fries, and what did I get? Just fries inside and hardly any meat! Do you think that's normal? That's it, I won't be back. This is the third time this has happened to me every time I order in the evening. I'm really disgusted!! Not to mention the aftertaste of coriander, go figure!!

17/12/2025: I went there despite the bad reviews, and well, I wasn't disappointed, what a disaster this restaurant is!! The owner of the restaurant is unpleasant as ever, he missed his calling, and I'm not even talking about his specialty, the kebab, which is terrible.

07/02/2026: Very few choices upon arrival at 8 PM!!! Thanks to the young man at the grill who did his best to cook one of our dishes "extra well done." However, if you enjoy hearing children screaming because of the play area, then go ahead and order your own food! When I raised the issue, the gentleman, who was listening attentively, told me it was being looked into. When I mentioned the minor problem of the clattering of dishes when seated near the coffee machine, a woman replied that they were basically used to the noise, but since the start of service they had to put up with children's shouts, and that the opening of the café area was part of the plan. So, that's the response they give to customers! This woman, Julie, who is supposedly one of the managers, didn't take any responsibility. Instead, we were dismissed with this response, forgetting that we were customers, which I made sure to point out to her!

07/02/2026: Fantastic welcome! There were 10 of us, and they immediately set up a large table. There was hardly any wait for our food, and everything was delicious 😊 for a very reasonable price 😉. The cashier was great 👍. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back more often.
