04/11/2025: Huge disappointment! I ordered two pizzas today, a Margherita and an Oceana, and I clearly stated that I would pick them up at 7 pm. I found pizzas that had been cooked for at least half an hour, so they were cold. I got home to give them to my children, and they didn't even eat them as usual because the pizzas were so cold. A real disappointment; I don't know what's going on at Domino's Vals.

12/12/2025: I received excellent service tonight! The young blonde woman at the drive-thru, where we picked up our orders, was lovely, smiling, and truly professional. Honestly, it's a pleasure to encounter someone so welcoming and efficient. Kudos to her, and thank you for the excellent service!

09/12/2025: Tuesday, 1:45 PM... Not many people. But a good 5 minutes at the counter before someone asked me what I wanted... A very nice woman who had to manage everything alone because the rest of the team was sitting at a table next to the restrooms for a meeting or lunch... Sunday was €3.70, but no more peanuts available... +€0.16 tax for a sugary drink in a McFirst meal... In short... Unbelievable.

03/12/2025: Great find! Excellent burgers, and impeccable delivery; the fries and burgers were piping hot. We thoroughly enjoyed them.

26/11/2025: We've been ordering for a long time, loyal customers, but for the last 2 or 3 orders the "hamburgers" have become miniature, comparable to McDonald's. I even tried the jackpot which is supposed to be huge, extremely disappointed, no bigger than a Big Mac with a much better taste obviously but really in quantity for the price it's no longer worth the cost!

28/09/2025: Momo and it fell very low at the time of his restaurant at Minck it was number 1 in Dunkirk. Without discussion since then, who opened and closed several restaurants, we no longer find the quality of the time. Rice reheated in the microwave The sauce reheated in the microwave + cut with water to gain quantity. In the end, the taste is not that at all. Frankly, very, very disappointed between tikka masala and tikka madras it's the same sauce. I would come back to eat at your place, out of the question to be robbed like this. You deserve 0, not even 1 star.😡😡

15/09/2025: During a trip to Dunkirk, I wanted to try this downtown restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned uncomfortable. The manager's attitude was very insistent, a sort of "heavy flirting" that was completely out of place in a professional setting. Instead of feeling welcomed, one felt destabilized and uncomfortable. Especially since her broken French made her remarks even more awkward, accentuating the impression of sloppy and inappropriate behavior. Service-wise, the atmosphere was not up to scratch: the staff were unfriendly and lacked warmth. And the food, supposedly the strong point, turned out to be well below expectations: average dishes, not particularly tasty, and, above all, disappointing value for money. In short: a restaurant that would benefit from focusing on culinary quality and customer respect rather than heavy-handed and unwelcome seduction.

24/01/2026: The menu at Le Pain Quotidien is always delicious. However, the service at this restaurant is mediocre and the cleanliness is very poor (sticky floors and disgusting toilets).

11/12/2025: We had a good lunch on Tuesday. The cashier was very friendly. The hot buffet was well-stocked but not very well maintained, as many fries had fallen and weren't cleaned up by the staff, who nevertheless regularly replenished the dishes. The coffee machine's code reader malfunctioned, making it difficult to pour a coffee. An employee clearing tables brushed me off, curtly replying that she simply didn't know how to use the machine. Very pleasant!

10/12/2025: Ordered kidneys as a meal, and there were only 8 tiny pieces! There was too much sauce to make the plate look bigger. The waitress who served me was unpleasant, and the employee clearing the table brushed me off because I had a problem with the coffee machine, and I wasn't the only one. It's about time they took a hard look at themselves. I wouldn't dream of going back there with my family; avoid it!

14/09/2024: We were only 2 tables in the restaurant last night. We were therefore surprised by the particularly long wait for a tartare and an omelette... That said, the dishes were good. We were disturbed by the behavior of the staff, who communicate between the room and the kitchen by yelling, without consideration for the customers of the restaurant, whether it is the skewer that the waitress wants to eat during the cigarette break being organized between room staff and kitchen. Among other things...

14/09/2024: Restaurant facing the sea, it's very pleasant to be able to observe it We arrived at noon sharp, you should not be expected at 2 p.m., the service is not fast, I think they are doing what they can, but there are not enough staff As an aperitif, the Pina Colada is perfectly prepared, very pleasant to drink, no appetizers, it's a detail We ordered mussels with garlic cream and we got mussels with maroilles at 1:45 p.m., they were good but not what we wanted I reported it, no reaction from my interlocutor We couldn't end on a sweet note, we were late for our appointment... Damage ! It's more expensive than the beach brasserie

11/12/2025: I find this outrageous. They gave my wife and me the wrong burgers. I go over: one burger had a bite mark, the other was still wrapped. I pointed out their mistake, they replaced it, fine… but then they told me they had to throw the others away. I asked to keep them: refused. They took them and threw them away right in front of me. It's shameful. It's their mistake, it wouldn't cost them anything to let us keep them! And don't pretend that "it's the rule," that's just being disingenuous.

10/12/2025: It's because I couldn't give zero stars! Really disappointed. I'm allergic to mayo, so I removed it from my burger, leaving me with no sauce. I politely asked at the counter for ketchup, and they told me it was an extra charge. I ended up eating burgers without sauce... I had to throw one away, which was a real shame. My friend didn't ask for sauce and ended up with an extra charge. Go figure! In short, I strongly advise against going there if you want to spend all your money, because everything is extra.

03/01/2026: Delivery of 2 adult and child meals. The burgers are getting smaller and smaller. And the quality of the fries is just as bad. It's shameful to pay €20 or more for a meal that consists of a slice of meat, a sauce, and two pickles. I won't be going back to this place.

24/12/2025: I went in Friday evening to get takeaway meals for four people plus some extras. When I got home, I realized one of the burgers was completely missing. I had to drive back. Once I arrived and explained the situation, there was no apology, no gesture of goodwill, as if it were a normal, routine mistake. They just gave me the burger and said, "Nothing to see here..."

24/10/2024: We order 2 pizzas on site and we pay for 2 pizzas but at the wrong price and what's more they only prepare one! We had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the second one and therefore ate one out of two cold and not even a commercial gesture! To flee!!

09/10/2024: unpleasant staff no hello again and thank you more price increases inedible pizza disappointed since the change of staff I do not recommend this store and I would no longer go to lomme I would go see on loos to try!! it's not worth a star
