14/01/2026: The photo shows my second fry because I refused to give the first one to my children. You can see the little brown and black spots on the fries; they were everywhere on the first fry I didn't photograph. But for them, it was normal. I had to insist they give me the fryer back, but the final solution is that they should clean the fryer when they see this result; they have no qualms whatsoever. After many years of loyalty, I'm done with Gur.

23/01/2026: I strongly advise against going to this place! The staff are unmotivated, I waited 30 minutes for my order, and the food was cold… IN SHORT, RUN AWAY! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃

20/01/2026: I went to the drive-thru on 19/01/2026 around 7-8pm, the vegetarian nuggets were edible but hard as plaster, I don't understand how they can sell that.

26/01/2026: Incredibly cold in the McDonald's, only 4 drinks available, 2 out of 8 self-service kiosks working, and a huge wait to be served. This McDonald's is getting worse and worse.

26/01/2026: Definitely one of the worst McDonald's in France. It's simple: as soon as you arrive at the drive-thru, they make you wait in spaces 1 and 2 even if there's no one there; it's become a reflex. And whether there are people there or no one, the food is often barely warm, so by the time you get home (a 3-4 minute drive), everything is frozen solid. Frequent oversights or sandwiches placed upside down, and when you call, no one answers... this has been going on for a while now, and it's completely unacceptable. Get your act together! Thank you.

We came with 10 people, and were served fairly quickly despite the crowd. ✅ The fries: well-cooked, crispy, and tasty. ✅ The sandwiches: well-filled, complete, with good ingredients. 💬 Honestly, a very good time, everyone ate well. A chip shop that does the job and more!

20/09/2024: Drive-through on September 19. The crew member in the first cabin was unable to page my loyalty card. The crew member in the second cabin lied to me by saying that it had been, even though it was noted on the ticket "you would have won...". Customer service also incapable.

25/11/2025: my advice you need to season your meat, add some veggies with season or add pickled if possible.. bread is dry overall not good!!

14/12/2024: While passing through Lyon, I decided with my wife to stop for a bite to eat at 1:30 p.m. The reception was OK. The meal was not hot at all, which left me hungry. The bad rating is mainly for the hygiene of the establishment…. I almost vomited when I saw the state of the toilets. It seems that they are never cleaned. I don't recommend this subway at all.
