13/09/2024: I had the Aragon burger and I enjoyed it! Their Landes salad is also good and hearty. The panorama is very beautiful with the view of the Pyrenees 🥰 The service was fast and the atmosphere was good, because the terrace was full on this beautiful sunny day! I am one of those who recommend this culinary establishment to you. Are you in Pau? Go to Aragon!

08/11/2024: Delighted with our experience. Lunch meal with daily specials, excellent! Very well received, We only had an hour to eat, and the timing was respected! Aperitif, main course and dessert 😊 Favorite for the chocolate fondant 😜 The room was full, not really surprising, we had a blast! Thank you so much.

09/07/2025: A very nice little restaurant I discovered by chance during a visit to Pau. Very pleasant staff. Very fresh dishes, lots of choices... a real treat! A must-try!

30/06/2025: Every time I come, even during opening hours, I'm told they already have orders to prepare and they're not taking new customers...so I won't be coming again. I'm responding to your answer: on Sundays, you're open until 10 p.m., but when we come to order even at 9 p.m., we're told it's not possible.

30/09/2024: Very good address. The chipiron starters are excellent. The duck breast is perfect and the atmosphere is warm. Without forgetting the Sabayon for dessert, a real treat.

13/09/2024: Don't be fooled by the name: it is not just a café, but also a restaurant where you eat very well. We tried the chipirrons a la plancha and they were excellent: tender, tasty and in quantity. The homemade desserts were another pleasant discovery. The courtesy of the owner, always smiling, is another reason to stop here. Absolutely recommended.

28/09/2024: Le service était un peu rapide. En effet, les plats sont arrivés bien avant la fin des apéritifs alors que la salle était quasiment vide. Leur confit de canard est toujours aussi exceptionnel et le rosé est servi bien frais. Un bon bistrot local où il fait bon flâner. A essayer!

18/09/2024: Was forced to wait for 10 minutes to be seated with no one in line. Then went and asked if we could have a table where the manager yelled and told me to stand behind the line. Wouldn’t have my death row meal here.

29/09/2024: Excellent ! We let ourselves be tempted by the menu despite the empty terrace and what a good thing we did! It was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the owner was super nice, she was alone that evening and did the cooking and service brilliantly. I highly recommend!

30/10/2024: Accueil déplorable , on a l’impression de déranger … Arrivée a 13h un mercredi pendant les vacances de Toussaint , on nous installe au bout de 10 minutes d attentes puis on attend de nouveau 10-15 minutes avant de prendre commande , on nous refuse une assiette de frite alors que la suggestion du jour est une entrecôte frites … puis on nous annonce qu’il n’y a finalement plus d entrecôte … un bol de soupe de poisson pour 10€ , 3 misérables pequillos pour 10€ … on est parti sur le champ et avons trouvé notre bonheur dans les rues alentours !!! Une honte , déplorable , je n’ai jamais vu ça , passez votre chemin !!

29/08/2024: I give 2 ⭐️ for the place (beautiful place and terrace) and for the overwhelmed servers (the poor ones). Quality/price to be reviewed, there are better in Pau. A little bartender training for the quality of his Mojito wouldn't hurt him. (€8.50). And a little wink to the boss, it's a shame to put bread straight from the freezer with a quality country pâté. A quick aside on the Italian salad (too green), I think the cook forgot the seasoning. We won't come back. Best wishes . And above all, good luck to the servers.

29/09/2024: I went to eat on Saturday29 On the menu faux filet on the plate a small piece of meat which had nothing to do with a false filet small sole without taste frozen fries without taste at 13 euros all I have not gone beyond this experience In addition, credit card did not work No one told me anything when I arrived It's just to get black I guess at the neighbor's I had a coffee and it worked The unpleasant boss came with a piece of plastic to show me that it was indeed the sirloin and offered nothing else. 08/09/2024: Arrived by chance in front of this nice restaurant which caught our attention by the people filling it. Full restaurant!...but at our request the boss agreed to place us outside under the awning despite the closed terrace. A simple menu and quality cuisine at a very reasonable price. Plus fast and friendly service. We recommend and we will come back!!!

07/09/2024: Comme c'était super avant hier soir , on y retourne aujourd'hui 😁 j'ai dégusté un excellent axoa, un gâteau basque à la cerise (rhooo...👍) et une petite sangria qui se boit sans soif 😊

17/08/2024: Bad welcome, I spilled a quarter of my beer because the table was wobbly, I cleaned it myself and asked kindly to put a quarter back in the glass, he told me that it would be charged, and in fact €2.50 a quarter of beer, and all this while making me scold, plus not even a small cup of peanuts, nothing, so thank you, we'll go opposite next time.

10/01/2025: Not great! Unlimited cider, of course, but be careful. The final note was salty and yet the dishes were very ordinary: omelette, entrecôte. Dessert couldn’t be simpler. We all came away with the same feeling. We will definitely not return.

03/01/2025: A memorable December 31st!! No heating in the room, all the customers ate with scarves and coats... a piece of glass in my grandson's (4 year old) drink... no dessert offered on the children's menu (for €12 a chopped steak and fries) no atmosphere at least to warm up the customers!!! And a very long service too long especially when we are cold!!!...
