29/09/2026: We always receive a warm welcome. The food is good, the waitresses are very friendly. The dining room is pleasant and the terrace is superb. We have a great time there.

11/09/2026: For a very reasonable price, we had a starter, a main course, and a dessert in generous portions, and most importantly, they were delicious! Not to mention Jocelyne's very warm welcome. We truly had a wonderful time at this restaurant.

11/09/2026: We came to this restaurant hoping for a pleasant experience. Coming from La Roche-sur-Yon, we arrived early so we wouldn't leave too late. After ordering, we waited two hours (no joke) with a waiter who quit mid-service and the owners telling us every five minutes, "It'll be here in five minutes." We left after finishing our main course without dessert at 11:30 PM… the worst restaurant and worst organization I've ever seen. I don't even understand how it's still open and how there are still customers…

06/10/2026: Every two years we come to Besançon for business and eat at these people's at least once. If you arrive at 6:30 PM you think you are alone, but by 7:00 PM it is completely full. The young waitress does a great job serving everyone with a big smile and even has some great advice. The dishes are super fresh and tasty!

01/10/2026: What a pleasant surprise! Passing through for the Micronora trade show, I had dinner at Etna with some clients. There were five of us, and the service was excellent. The waitresses were smiling, friendly, and professional. The homemade pizzas were fantastic (a special mention for the Napoli), the meat dishes were great too, and the homemade desserts were superb—a very good panna cotta and a tiramisu to die for. And all this at very reasonable prices. It's the place to be in Besançon. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

23/06/2026: Thank you to Lucas Divernet for his excellent service at our wedding. It was absolutely perfect! 🤩 From the organization and furniture to the tableware, servers, cocktails, main courses, cake, and champagne fountain… everything was top-notch and exactly what we wanted. He took care of everything from start to finish. He found the photographers, the DJ, the decorator, and the master of ceremonies… I highly recommend Maison Divernet, which, in my opinion, is the best caterer. Thank you for everything. 29/09/2026: I wasn't expecting it at all; we arrived quite early to eat. We enjoyed our meal so much that we didn't even get a chance to try their tart! The welcome and service were impeccable, very friendly. Well done to them, both the cook and the server, thank you so much. We'll be back!

24/05/2026: As a local resident of Arcachon, I'm familiar with the local establishments and therefore feel compelled to share my experience compared to other places I've tried. For the price, the view is undeniably lovely and definitely enhances the experience. However, the menu selection and service leave something to be desired. The wait for our food was quite long, and as for the champagne, it felt almost like we had to serve ourselves. At €100, such a limited menu offering, like three scoops of sorbet, seems a bit meager, especially for an establishment that aims to position itself as a premium restaurant. There are plenty of staff, but the organization is inefficient. This is all the more surprising given that the service is much better downstairs at the hotel, where the portions are far more generous, with a wider selection at the brasserie. Find the mistake… In short: very beautiful view, but the overall experience doesn't quite live up to the price.
