08/02/2026: Extremely disappointed with the problematic service from the moment we asked for a tarte flambée without bacon. The waitress was absent and not at all friendly, with what I suspect were some prejudices and a complete lack of professionalism. We left a tip at the end, but she didn't even thank us or say goodbye!

08/02/2026: We came as a group of four on a Thursday. Our offices are located opposite your brasserie. We sometimes come in groups of 15. We were served by a very unpleasant, very cold, bald waiter. We were billed with a lot of errors. I think this person could really use some rest to calm down their aggression.

A vol-au-vent with sweetbreads and morels, followed by a duo of duck breast and quail fillet skewers with green peppercorns, and to finish, a beautiful cheese plate or a delicious kouign amann; all very well presented and remarkably cooked, with a bottle of wine for two, for a price that still leaves me speechless. Thank you for your welcome, your advice, your cooking—in short, for everything.

10/12/2025: Very good place to go for lunch if you are in Beget. Very complete menu at 28 euros. Many first courses, many second courses, Water, wine, dessert and coffee. Excellent service.

28/10/2025: We went to the restaurant for lunch. The €28 menu was very good and very complete. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The place is beautiful. Too bad about the road but it is worth visiting the town and the restaurant El Forn.

23/01/2026: It was a nice movie theater, though I was disappointed I couldn't visit the second-floor cafe. I arrived early and was loitering around the lobby when a staff member came and told me I could sit and wait. (There are a couple of chairs in the lobby, so I guess I could sit there.) This was the first independent cinema I visited in Paris, and compared to other independent cinemas I've been to since, I think the interior is quite nice. If you're used to going to independent cinemas in Korea, this won't feel unfamiliar. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance while I'm in Paris.

26/12/2025: The curtain was drawn without any prior notice, despite the signs at the cinema advertising a screening at 1:30 pm that day. I finally left after a 30-minute wait, angry that I'd rushed my lunch and paid for a rideshare for nothing!

25/01/2026: Pub-club. I went on a winter weekend and the place was packed until 4 am, the crowd is mostly 20-30 or 40 years old. The place is a traditional pub, which has a small dance floor in the back and gets quite lively... that part is free to enter... there's also an annex next door, which costs 12 euros to enter and is a nightclub, quite organized with its coats. And it gets very crowded too. It's not a gigantic place, nor small, which I think is very good.

02/12/2025: My family and I stumbled upon this place by chance, as all the other restaurants were closed, and it was the only one open continuously. We absolutely loved it: the welcome was excellent and the food delicious. It's ideal for those who want to take their time visiting the Château de Chantilly without worrying about finding somewhere to have lunch. I loved everything: the service and the food, 10/10! I will definitely be back this summer; I already have my favorite spot.

27/11/2025: The crepes are simply superb: generous, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste—a real treat! Plus, the prices are reasonable, which is a definite bonus. The service is also warm and very friendly. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return.

15/02/2026: I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience at L’Othentique. We waited 35 minutes before anyone even came to take our order, and then almost another hour to receive our food. The wait was truly excessive. Regarding the food, we had ordered our meat medium-rare, but it was far too overcooked. I had ordered beef skewers. Since they weren't cooked to the correct temperature, I sent my dish back. After such a long wait, I wasn't really hungry anymore, and I made it very clear to the waitress, three or four times, that she didn't want to remake the dish because I really didn't want it and simply wanted to cancel the order. Despite this, she insisted, explaining that "it was important to the chef" that I take my food anyway, and she put it on my plate to go even though I hadn't touched a single thing. When the bill arrived, the kebab was still charged. So I pointed out the error before paying. The waiter then took the takeaway bag from me, saying, "Since you don't want it, we'll keep it here then," and the dish wasn't charged in the end because he kept the bag. I found the way the bag was taken back to be really unprofessional and inappropriate. Between the very long wait, the incorrect cooking, and the clumsy handling of the situation despite my repeated requests, the overall experience was disappointing. It's a shame, because we were hoping to have a good time.
