18/07/2026: We had lunch yesterday at Linette restaurant (arriving at 1:30 pm), and the experience was very disappointing. We had barely sat down when the waitress insisted on taking our order even though we hadn't opened the menu. When we asked her to wait a few minutes, she became visibly annoyed. This lack of professionalism continued when she tried to clear our plates while we were still eating. It was clear she was in a rush to finish service at 2:00 pm sharp. The food wasn't any better: my beef tartare arrived completely unseasoned. In short, if you're looking for a good meal and a warm welcome, look elsewhere.

08/07/2026: An excellent bistro-style restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. The beef tataki is incredible, and the mussels as a starter are the best I've ever tasted. The banoffee pie is also particularly good. Bonus: high chair available.

30/07/2026: Simple but hearty dishes at a reasonable price (€19.90 for the set menu). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is run by a very friendly Portuguese couple; if we didn't live 300km away, I think we would have come back several times!

19/07/2026: We hadn't been for a few years since we moved back to the UK . The chippy has definitely improved, excellent fish and chips, very friendly service and pleasant outdoor seating.

08/05/2026: Ordered Uber Eats today, only ate one meal, and had severe stomach pain, requiring several trips to the bathroom. I strongly advise against it; this is the second time I've had this problem, but I didn't think it was related to the Uber Eats.

25/07/2026: Seafood fondue is very trendy, but unfortunately, this one was overcooked. The shellfish was completely dry, there was no sauce left in the dish, and the portion was ridiculously small. Advertised as serving 1-2 people, you get a measly little piece of corn and two pieces of potato. I was really looking forward to it, but it was a total disappointment, especially considering the exorbitant price.

06/08/2026: Discovered this restaurant recommended by a colleague. I highly recommend it!! Lovely setting, very pleasant terrace under the trees. Warm welcome and delicious meal! I've finally found a restaurant that makes fries as good as the ones we make at home. Very generous charcuterie platter, a little more salad would have been appreciated. Very friendly servers. The only downside was a long wait despite having a reservation. Not a big deal when you're there to enjoy yourself, but something to consider for business trips. Knowing this, I'll schedule my meetings a little later :) The dishes were sent out quite quickly when we told the waitress we had an appointment. Because of the delay, we unfortunately didn't get to try the desserts. Next time! Apart from that, I give it a 100% thumbs up!

30/06/2026: Beautiful place with a lovely decor and atmosphere. They have a huge variety to suit all tastes. The music is current and the staff is generally friendly.

09/08/2026: It was open, the only bar/restaurant with people eating, and they only gave us drinks, not even a plate of chips. They came out and gave a couple the menu. That's not how it's done...

24/07/2026: The food has no taste. In that sense it was fine that the portion was tiny. €8 for the photo -2 spoons of lentils and 1 tiny spoon of tabouli. I understand it was your break time but you’re open. The attitude was unpleasant. You shouldn’t make customers feel like they are disturbing you.
