31/05/2026: We recently stayed at Logis Hôtel la Bergerie and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The property has a warm, charming feel that immediately makes you feel like you're staying somewhere with character rather than at a generic chain hotel. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and provide a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, and we always felt well taken care of during our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet at night, and we slept very well. One of the highlights was simply sitting outside and enjoying the surroundings, which felt authentically French and far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection and quality ingredients, and the overall atmosphere throughout the property felt relaxed and inviting. If you're looking for a charming place with personality, friendly service, and a peaceful setting, Logis Hôtel la Bergerie is definitely worth considering. We'd gladly stay again and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the region.

25/05/2026: The hotel was very nice, though a bit dated in our room, which was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent in terms of both the quality of the food and the service. It's a charming establishment that is being renovated regularly. Let yourself be charmed by the kindness of the owner.

17/07/2026: Delicious kebabs, kofte platters, falafels, and tacos: fresh, generous portions, and flavorful. Very friendly servers, and a lovely courtyard terrace. Highly recommended.

14/07/2026: We came as a group of five and were a little worried about the space, but it was great! The food arrived very quickly, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food is still as good as ever! I highly recommend it!

07/08/2026: Made a last minute decision to eat here, most of the dishes were quite good, the salads were fresh and great flavour. The veggie burger and fries were a bit bland honestly. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

28/06/2026: I'm sad because it's usually a nice place, one of the few real bars in downtown Carcassonne, and a true community hub for people of all ages and nationalities. The atmosphere is cool, the beer is very good, and it's generally lively, even on Sundays, weekdays, and in winter. I've been there several times since I've lived in Carcassonne and I've always enjoyed it. However, today I almost didn't recognize the place: the staff were incredibly unpleasant, bordering on insulting. We really felt unwelcome (even though we were in a group and the bar was half empty). I don't understand it, but this is the kind of experience that permanently damages a place for you, and I won't be going back, nor will the people I brought... It's a shame, because this is also how the city center slowly dies or becomes a purely touristy place 😕 I hope they just had an off day; for me, it's, unfortunately, quite enough

26/07/2026: For three weeks this little pub became a regular haunt, as we rented an apartment on the Quai de Valmy, opposite. We have fond memories of the place, balmy evenings in May 2011, sat at a pavement table, or on the canal wall with a cool beer and wine, surrounded by people of the banlieue and visitors alike, playing music, picnic, pizza, it was blissful. The pub is extremely functional, few fripperies, just a hugely warm welcome from the staff and owner, great service with loads of humour, it's a wonderful pace to send an evening, or a casual drink. We had good times inside and out, though more out due to the wonderful weather at the time. It's a great place for watching the world go by, particularly during the evening rush-hour, and the low number of tourists makes this a genuine Parisian-neighbourhood experience. Even good when crowded, the good-natured bar-staff manage to get through the orders quickly, it felt at times as though our regular drink order was served almost before we were through the door. We're looking forward t our next opportunity to spend tie on the Canal, and to get back to our seats outside this groovy establishment.

06/08/2026: I highly recommend it! The set menu (salad, filet mignon/fries, apple pie) was perfect and very reasonably priced. The portions were generous. Special mention for the excellent service (friendly and quick for our large table) ☺️ Thank you!

10/07/2026: An absolute hidden gem in Paris! Au Petit Paris is a beautiful, family-run restaurant with a warm and personal atmosphere. You can immediately tell that the food is prepared with love – all dishes are freshly made, perfectly seasoned, and of the highest quality. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Anyone looking to enjoy authentic French cuisine away from the tourist crowds should definitely visit this restaurant. We will certainly be back on our next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

From the cocktail hour to dinner, and even the brunch the following day, everything was delicious and perfectly orchestrated. Our guests were delighted, and we received nothing but compliments. A special mention goes to the service staff, who were always attentive to the bride and groom. Throughout the day, the servers ensured we had plenty of food and drinks despite the event's hectic pace. This thoughtful touch was greatly appreciated. We also extend our warmest thanks to Hélène Varin and her assistant for their support, availability, and impeccable follow-up from the beginning to the end of our project. Professionalism, quality, and kindness: we recommend this caterer without hesitation!

22/07/2026: I like this restaurant, but I would have appreciated being informed that it was closed even though my reservation was confirmed. It wasn't ideal for a client meeting.

18/07/2026: I came with my family, and at first it was alright. My father-in-law had a bad impression when we called to make the reservation; the person was cold and unenthusiastic, but we went anyway. During the aperitif, halfway through his glass, my father-in-law noticed ants in it. Yes, ants, you read that right! My mother went to the bar to point it out, and the only thing the waitress could say wasn't, "Sorry, I'll change it for you," no, no, no, it was, "Oh! There's protein in there." The excuse was: with the heat, the bottle seals pop off (not the original caps, but the plastic bits used to measure the Picon), and so the ants get underneath, but I filter it with a cloth when I pour. Do you use the same cloth for every drink? Because in that case, there are some hygiene issues that need to be addressed. At the end of the meal, she even told us it had been a long time since she'd served a martini. Excuse me? What are we supposed to make of that? That ants have been decomposing in the martini for months? If you still decide to go, I advise you to check your glass carefully; it's a shame, because this restaurant has real potential...

27/06/2026: Good food... But avoid this restaurant during hot weather. The air conditioning is inadequate and often broken or disconnected, making for an unpleasant meal.
