06/08/2026: A very pleasant and refreshing experience. The children were able to fish for trout, and afterwards we enjoyed a light snack there. The staff were very friendly and the setting was relaxing. A great family outing.

25/07/2026: I come to this place for a year at least once a month or even more often, great authentic Thai food, Tom Yum here is exceptional, the best I tried in Annecy and it’s around, very welcoming lady and always fresh food. 1000/10!

24/07/2026: An exceptional place! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the welcome to the dessert. You can immediately tell that everything is homemade, with fresh ingredients, expertise, and a lot of passion. Each dish is a true journey, full of flavor and finesse. The service is impeccable; a huge congratulations to the entire team for this authentic and generous cuisine. It is without a doubt one of the best Asian restaurants we have ever tried.

25/07/2026: Excellent experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. The meat was perfectly cooked, very tender and full of flavor, accompanied by excellent potatoes. The pizza had an incredible crust, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with fresh and very tasty toppings. Furthermore, the service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

23/07/2026: I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered fried marinated beef. It came in small pieces, and the beef was burnt, which I couldn't eat; it was unacceptable. The owner cleared my table and asked if everything was alright. I said no, and he acknowledged that the dish was ruined. But she still charged me, without any apology or gesture of goodwill. Well, yes, we're tourists...

13/07/2026: Delicious food, excellent service, we ordered chili oil and sriracha and they kindly gave us some ☺️ The waiter was always attentive, checking to see if everything was alright with our order. We also ordered takeout and everyone loved it. They said it was the best thing they ate on the trip and I agree, everything was very flavorful and the ingredients were clearly high quality ⭐️ The prices were reasonable, I highly recommend this place.

08/08/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at Shiva was very disappointing. The food did not meet my expectations, especially considering the prices. The quality and taste were not what I expected from an Indian restaurant, and the overall experience was not enjoyable. The Virgin Mojito was honestly the worst I have ever had — far too sweet and with way too much mint. The service was also very disappointing. There was almost no communication with the customers, and the staff showed very little attention or passion for providing good service. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality of the food and the customer service. Personally, based on my experience, I would not return.

07/08/2026: Hello everyone, we had a wonderful time on the terrace. The tartiflette was excellent!!! The owner and staff were very welcoming, professional, and attentive, even though the restaurant was full. No wait for the food 😉 I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

05/07/2026: Discovered by chance on our holiday road trip. The atmosphere, the food, the service... everything was perfect. The fondue and charcuterie, despite the heat (30°C), were excellent!

27/06/2026: Today is Saturday, June 27th, 1:15 PM. I arrived with my family, including two young children, in 30-degree heat, hoping to enjoy a nice family meal at a restaurant. We checked the hours on Google, and it clearly stated closing time was 2:30 PM. We arrived in the parking lot at 1:15 PM, an hour and fifteen minutes before closing time. As we were getting the children out of the car, the restaurant attendant called out to me and asked, "Yes, what are you here for?" Surprised, I replied, "To eat at the restaurant." She responded, "Oh, well, we've already closed the kitchen." I replied, "But it says 2:30 PM online!" She answered, "Yes, but since there was no one here, we closed." Great, closing an hour and fifteen minutes early! We took the time to come to your restaurant, and you didn't respect the closing time. Of course, we'll never go back.

06/06/2026: They were very nice. We‘ve ordered a sandwich and it was spicy- they‘ve apologised and gave us a non-pocy one instead together with a small sweet gift. I‘ve appreciated their customer service. The quice, sandwich, desserts were really tasty.
