22/08/2024: After being seated fairly swiftly we placed our order. After around 2 hour of waiting and no communication from staff we were left feeling hungry and asking “are they growing the food themselves”. The food took an age so we decided to order crepes. These crepes actually arrived before our main course. Finally when the food came the staff did apologise for the wait and the food was to a good standard. The crepes were banging. Would have appreciate the rest of our evening back , but overall an okay experience. Could be down to them being extremely busy.

20/05/2024: Very good starters and main courses! But we were disappointed with the dessert. The Vacherin was in fact ice cream (and probably industrial), not meringue... too bad when we advertise fresh and homemade products not to go all the way with the desserts. The service, although pleasant, was very chaotic. Average value for money because a little expensive.

30/05/2024: I HAVE JUST LEARNED THAT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE RESTAURANT LA VOILE CLOSES, WE ARE REALLY DISAPPOINTED ONCE AGAIN WITH THIS BAD INITIATIVE, BECAUSE THIS PLACE FULL OF CHARM OF ELEGANCE IN ALL SIMPLICITY WHO KNOWS HOW TO RECEIVE ANY PUBLIC IN A SETTING EXCEPTIONAL WITH AN IRREPROACHABLE QUALITY OF STAFF SERVICE. WHAT A DESAPPOINTMENT ! WHAT A SHAME ! TO DEPRIVATE US OF THIS WARM PLACE TO MAKE IT A ROOM FOR MUNICIPAL USE, YET ANOTHER ERROR WHICH WILL NOT BE WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES AND DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE REGULATORS. WE THANK THE STAFF AND WE WISH THEM TO BE ABLE TO FIND THEM IN A RECONVERSION AS MAGNIFICENT AS A TEAM AS IT WAS AT LA VOILE RESTAURANT. 10/05/2024: Parfait du début, jusqu’à la fin. J’ai adoré ce moment passé. Personnel au top, mets alaise dès notre arrivait. Je recommande bien évidemment ce lieu d’exception.

03/09/2024: Pleasant 2 night stay, comfortable room. The room was made and cleaned after the first night. I recommend and above all the breakfast is really delicious and with plenty of choice. Savory, sweet, egg on demand, pancake etc.

25/08/2024: A great stay in this hotel located in a pretty resort. The welcome and the room were really good and what can I say about the kitchen. Thanks to the chef, I enjoyed myself. I recommend

20/09/2024: No time to finish your meal so you can mop your back! Very good pizza but that's it. This restaurant where we liked to come for the atmosphere has become a takeaway pizza. Besides, at 9:30 p.m. there weren't many people left. Before, the restaurant was teeming with people, including at the bar, until midnight before. 1 pizza and 1 spritz is 30€. As for pasta, it’s lasagna. Big disappointment

01/09/2024: Excellent welcome, visit to Praz de Lys for a horseback ride. The restaurant seems very welcoming and worth stopping there. That day, it was not on the agenda. Definitely another time.

18/08/2024: The gourmet restaurant only. Non-existent decoration, raw wood and abundant dirty marks on all visible radiators. Great experience on the quality of the dishes (in fairly symbolic quantity) unlike the excessive price spent and random friendly service for a restaurant that calls itself gastronomic. Big downside: unique 6-course menu, which was completed in 4 (four) hours! The endless wait ruins all the flavor and umami of the dishes. Zero excuses, the lack of staff does not explain everything. A unique experience not to be repeated anytime soon.

18/08/2024: Le restaurant gastronomique uniquement. Décoration inexistente, du bois brut et des traces sales abondantes sur tous les radiateurs visibles. Super expérience sur la qualité des plats (en quantité assez symbolique) contrairement au prix excessif dépensé et un service aléatoire d'amabilité pour un restaurant qui se dit gastronomique. Gros bémol: menu unique en 6 services, qui s'est achevé en 4 (quatre) heures! L'attente interminable ruine tout saveur et umami des plats. Zéro excuses, le manque du personnel n'explique pas tout. Expérience unique à ne pas renouveler de sitôt.

19/07/2024: The pizza dough is really delicious and the topping is just as delicious! We tried the sweet pizzas for dessert, they are as good as the savory ones. If you could have just a little more choice in drinks at the truck that would be great. I recommend, 5* deserved

05/08/2024: Meilleur couscous de Haute-Savoie. Agneau fondant, brochettes d'agneau excellentes, poulet tendre et merguez bien croustillantes. Avec une semoule ni trop fine ni trop grosse : la perfection même dans la petite touche décorative de cercles de cannelle... Notre meilleure expérience de couscous. La tajine de poulet aux olives et citrons confits est aussi délicieuse et très généreusement servie.

24/06/2024: Nothing like a good couscous to lift your spirits. At Le Palmier, you won't leave hungry, it's just tasty, hearty and delights the palate. We are very well received there, the atmosphere is warm. Everything has been thought of, from the baby chair to access for people with reduced mobility. I'll let you discover this very nice place.
