Les meilleurs restaurants en Haute-Savoie

29/08/2024: Even if I see in the last comments on "Chez Daniel" that the criticism is not well received, I will say what I think about it in terms of reception. I will not be able to testify on the quality of the dishes given that we had not reserved, there was no place for us. Regarding the menu, no raclettes, only tartiflette fondues or reblochonades. Too bad for a mountain restaurant... On the other hand, I'm leaving a review because I didn't appreciate the welcome at all and the very unpleasant little phrase "book next time!" Slipped in as if to say I'm busy, if you don't have a reservation you're bothering me! So as it was our last evening we went elsewhere and given the welcome I wouldn't have wanted to come back anyway!

28/08/2024: A great family time! With two young children, a smiling waitress and an involved cook, the fondue was perfect and plentiful. Excellent crème brûlée. The children had pancakes and were delighted. Local produce from food to drinks. The people of Flaine eat there and it’s a sign of quality. I highly recommend and I am very demanding. It was one of the highlights of the family vacation. THANKS

06/09/2024: We’ve visited Chamonix 3 times in 18 months and been to Mumma every time. It’s our favourite place in resort and would go back for future visits. It’s a small plates menu with imaginative cocktails. Is good for couples, friends or groups. Would recommend 2 dishes per person as they’re quite generous portions. Around €15 - €20 a dish, the quality is excellent and way better than your standard €20 burger or pasta offering that’s available elsewhere. Be warned - you could easily end up wanting to order the whole menu!

10/12/2024: Typical mountain restaurant, very warm and pleasant An authentic raclette with very good cheese, however the quantity of cold meats and salad for three people is far too low for the price (70€)

21/11/2024: As part of the Mont Blanc Rally, we have partially privatized the restaurant for a reception linked to an automobile brand. We met lovely people, with whom the collaboration was fluid and efficient. A beautiful address!

30/05/2024: The wellness area with jacuzzi pool and deckchairs and the other area with sauna and hammam are well appointed but for my taste too cramped for the world present at the same time. The water in the jacuzzi is way too hot. The swimming pool is small enough to just take a quick dip. And to make matters worse, it is impossible to have a shower outside. The showers are existing but not functional. They only serve as decoration It's a shame. The massage area. The girls are very caring, especially Clelie. Young woman with whom I have been in touch since the reservation. She is really very caring, gentle and an excellent masseuse who was able to offer me a suitable massage despite a very present scar. The massage well deserves 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. The spa concept 🌟🌟🌟🌟
