25/08/2026: Very disappointed!! Average dishes and very expensive for the quality! Slow, aggressive, and rude waitresses. Of course, in the off-season, they're delighted to have you there…. The Petite Fontaine restaurant is much nicer.

30/08/2026: Delicious restaurant, generous portions, and very reasonable prices for Annecy. The service was also excellent; the lady was very friendly! Vegetarian options available, and a menu with plenty of choices.

28/08/2026: Nice and cute restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. However, unfortunately, they did not take my allergy request seriously, even though I specifically asked for certain ingredients to be left out of my dish. This was disappointing and made me feel that my dietary requirements were not being taken seriously.

17/09/2026: We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were very well served. The ribeye steak with morels and the duck with dauphinoise potatoes were excellent. You can tell the food is homemade. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. We will definitely come back to try the Caribbean and Réunion dishes.

13/04/2026: We had a wonderful week at this ski hotel with our children. Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available. The restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The location and amenities are ideal for a family vacation. We left delighted and highly recommend this hotel.

01/04/2026: Thank you again for your warm and friendly welcome, while remaining professional. We were upgraded. The hotel is very clean, the room pleasant with a beautiful view. The breakfast was very complete with a wide selection. The fireplace in the lounge was a very welcome addition. The spa, the heated outdoor pool—everything is there for a pleasant stay. We'll be back!

22/03/2026: Very happy with this restaurant. The Savoyard fondue is amazing! The portions are generous. The service is quick and the staff is very attentive. The waitresses are cheerful and excellent. We just would have appreciated it if the salad had been included with the fondue... Thank you for this meal.

27/06/2026: This review concerns the restaurant experience: The food is very good, but there's a real organizational problem: - Everyone has to be present to start service, and the visitors were 30 minutes late (because of the tour), so we spent 30 minutes at the table doing nothing. - The service was very slow, almost 3 hours for a starter, main course, and dessert; in the middle of a heatwave, that's unbearable. - The dining room is really noisy; you can't hear yourself speak. In short, the ingredients are truly excellent, but there's a major organizational issue, and the time spent there for lunch was far too long. But again, the ingredients are flawless; we shop there with pleasure, knowing that the site is well-managed!

01/09/2026: Spoiler alert: don’t go there. Service was a disgrace. Got there and was spoken only in French, was given a menu in French, when was trying to get some help with understanding the menu the male waitress shows a real snobby, rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. “Explained” to us that we need to go on instagram to see the dishes, which doesn’t make sense because you can’t really understand what the dish is made of only based on the picture can you. Asked him to recommend to us but he answered in French and left. Had to finish our drink and leave because we couldn’t order anything, people in the restaurant felt bad for the terrible human skills and offered to help but we were too upset to stay there.

31/08/2026: The atmosphere and food are very unique and high-quality. Excellent, highly recommended!

25/08/2026: Food: I ordered a pizza that was on par with a €5 frozen pizza from Carrefour, not even the €7-8 kind. What's more, the "wood-fired" cooking was a disaster; the bottom was burnt. Service: The waiter poured me a Coca-Cola, dumping the contents of the bottle into my dirty glass, filling it to 95% foam. Then he left without a word. Atmosphere: There were two of us on the terrace, surrounded by cheerful drunks. Everyone seemed extremely happy in general.

14/08/2026: We love this restaurant and it suits us perfectly. We go there regularly for its delicious food and enjoy it every time – never disappointed. The waiter is super friendly and welcoming. A very good restaurant, we will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful times we've had there! 🙏👍☺️

A special thank you to Léa, Raphaël, and the waitress who served us at breakfast, whose name we regret not catching. Their kindness, helpfulness, and good humor made our stay very enjoyable. We were pampered from beginning to end, and our dog certainly wouldn't disagree! He also received a lot of attention, especially from the delicious Bress chicken. We highly recommend this inn, even for a short stay. You sleep well, the food is good, and above all, you'll find a friendly, attentive, and pleasant staff in all circumstances.
