01/08/2026: During my visit to Annecy for the Lake Festival with friends, we went to this restaurant where the owner greeted us with a truly frightening welcome. He asked if we were going to eat, and we replied that we were going to have an aperitif and then eat, barely having sat down. He then asked if we had chosen what we were going to drink, even though we hadn't even had time to decide. Ten minutes later, they asked us what we were going to eat, and I replied that we hadn't decided yet. He came back five minutes later, and we ordered our food. I ordered a burger that was truly awful. The fries were frozen and undercooked, and don't even get me started on the pizzas, which, to me, were like frozen mush. In short, I'm so disappointed with this experience. One thing is for sure: I'll never set foot in that place again.

19/03/2026: Every year we come to end our holidays with a fantastic barbecue! Once you get over the initial surprise of the smoke from the braziers (asthmatics beware!!!...), the old-fashioned farm-inn atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! We have a soft spot for this place, which hosted us as a family for many years... We remember the perfect breakfasts back then...

09/03/2026: Excellent location for this family-run restaurant at the foot of the L'Hôtel slope. Everything is homemade. If you're looking for a typical mountain spot where you feel comfortable, eat well, and are served by attentive staff, you've come to the right place! Our go-to spot for a great fondue (and much more) every time we visit Praz-de-Lys, summer or winter.

13/07/2026: A unique and incredibly welcoming setting in a converted farmhouse, very pleasant service, and a cheese fondue to die for! Everything is there for a lovely time with friends or family.

11/07/2026: It's a shame they couldn't accommodate 12 people, including 5 older children. Two tables of 6 is quite common in a crêperie. The previous owners welcomed us with pleasure in previous years.

13/04/2026: Exceptional hotel. We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel's view of Mont Blanc is magnificent; we dined there on our first evening and thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the meal. We also had the opportunity to use the spa during our stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Ms. Nitram, who ensured our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

08/04/2026: We had an absolutely wonderful time here and cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are so thoughtful that even gave my 3-year-old daughter a present. The food was amazing. The quality and flavors were top-notch. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back!

08/06/2026: Quaint restaurant in Hermance. Staff was very put off that we just wanted drinks, so we had one and left.

11/05/2026: We love this little village restaurant and go there regularly. It's a sure thing! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The food is simple and good. The service is excellent and the welcome is warm. 😁

28/03/2026: The restaurant was recently renovated, and it was much needed! The service was pleasant and quick. Be warned, the sandwiches served were cold! It's a shame the Croque McDo is no longer included in the Golden Deal.

28/03/2026: A wonderful experience at this restaurant! The dishes were generous and delicious, perfect for those with a hearty appetite. A big thank you to the waitress, who was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout the meal. Her smile and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this establishment for a generous meal and a warm welcome!

05/03/2026: We were extremely disappointed by this restaurant. The good reviews had made us want to book, but in the end, nothing went as planned. There were nine of us, six of whom ordered raclette. We were brought only one raclette grill with a small cheese. We asked if there would only be one for six people, and we were told yes. Honestly, how is that possible? The restaurant was practically empty. We had to insist on getting a second grill, which was finally brought. And the most surprising thing is that we finished both cheeses… without even feeling truly full. So how would we have managed with six people on only one cheese, especially considering the price of the raclette, which is clearly not cheap? It's incomprehensible and very unacceptable. The fondue, meanwhile, was of poor quality. Another disappointing point: no one came to ask us if everything was alright during the meal. We really felt neglected. It was my first time at this restaurant, and it will be my last. A very bad experience.

26/07/2026: Bravo for the amazing decor! We were transported back to 1950s America—it was magical! You can really feel the love in your cooking; the pulled pork burger was delicious, and the margarita was absolutely top-notch. We can't wait to come back and try the poutine and everything else! 🥰 Thank you!

26/07/2026: Beautiful decor. From the moment you walk in, you're immersed in the atmosphere. The service was excellent and very friendly. I had the pulled pork burger; it wasn't too spicy and was delicious. For trying new flavors and getting a taste of the USA, this is a great place.

11/06/2026: Disgusting... "inedible" label for lasagna so overcooked that mashed potatoes would have been closer to al dente by comparison!!! School cafeteria food.

27/07/2026: Like every year (or almost), we made a quick stop at Pépé's. Sitting on the terrace, and despite the limited staff (as we'd been told when we booked), we were served with great care. For the first time, we had fondue (despite the high temperatures) on the terrace and we weren't disappointed. A very good mix of flavors, with a well-chosen salad and charcuterie (it is still melted cheese, so those on a diet should probably avoid it). Another lovely time, see you next year! ;)

21/07/2026: Excellent, generous portions served by very welcoming and friendly hostesses. We tried the burger, the pela, the revard, the chicken nuggets, and the duck breast. Both children and adults thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We highly recommend it.

19/05/2026: A very nice hotel. The service is impeccable. The restaurant staff is very helpful. Delicious breakfast with some gluten-free options. And a very good fitness center. The spa is also very good. The only downside is the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear conversations in the hallway and the TV in the next room.

12/07/2026: I discovered this restaurant a little over a year ago, and I've been ordering from them regularly ever since. 28/05/2026: Disappointed. I ordered the chicken bobun: the dish didn't have much flavor, the spring roll was hard to chew, and there was a bit of a skimpy meat portion. A shame because it looked promising. The only positive point was the fast service.

20/04/2026: My boyfriend introduced me to this little restaurant (takeaway only at lunchtime) for our lunch break. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had the gourmet rice with sweet chili sauce, and it was delicious! However, I recommend that people who can't handle spicy food decline when they ask if they want the sauce. It's a fantastic place that I regret only discovering now 😁
