23/06/2024: Attention vegans : go here! Very friendly staff, very tasty food! The nice lady told us they do more vegan food on request. We had the soup of the day with fried pizza dough (OMG! 🤤) and a lovely pizza. Staff was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Atmosphere was lovely, so also for non vegans you should eat here.

23/09/2024: Pretty good cocktail but we arrived at 12:05 a.m. the waiter told us after bringing us the aperitif board it would be the only drink (the bar closes at 1 a.m.) at 12:30 a.m. we were pushed to the limit to mop the floor... so average! ! If we had to tell us straight away that it was closed, everyone would have been satisfied.

28/09/2024: Stay at the end of September at Col de Merdassier. This restaurant was still open and the owner cooked dinner on Friday evening just for me; THANK YOU 👍 I ate ½ baked reblochon with an assortment of cold meats and potatoes all accompanied by a green salad, it was very good and very filling. And for dessert, an equally good chocolate fondant heart. Being at the end of the season there wasn't much left on the menu but my choice was still difficult because there was competition. 😁

19/09/2024: I waited a few weeks to post this review. We took the chef's salad which is a meal salad but to our great surprise we had a small bowl with green salad, three cherry tomatoes cut into pieces, the same for the radishes and a crouton of bread with a slice of log melted goat cheese. Price 15 euros. I think there was €3.00 max in the bowl. Two desserts and a beer and a lemonade. 64 euros. The time to eat the salad is 5 minutes and a wait of an hour for dessert. I consider it a tourist trap being local. But what makes me laugh the most is the sign at the entrance here we take the time we enjoy and if you don't have cash there is fast food. Speaking of take-out meals: a Michelin-starred restaurant by the lake makes take-out meals: a salad that will make you cry. Bagnat ferra du lac bread, water, cake and coffee €62 for two. Your message protects you from customer comments... by sending them to fast food... which depending on the case is 1000000 times more plentiful, delicious and less expensive ;)

10/12/2024: Typical mountain restaurant, very warm and pleasant An authentic raclette with very good cheese, however the quantity of cold meats and salad for three people is far too low for the price (70€)

21/11/2024: As part of the Mont Blanc Rally, we have partially privatized the restaurant for a reception linked to an automobile brand. We met lovely people, with whom the collaboration was fluid and efficient. A beautiful address!

06/07/2024: Celebrated our finishing the Tour du Mont Blanc. Both the hotel and restaurant are wonderful. The waiter did initially not give us menus or drinks but realized his mistake and from then on service was perfect. The food was also delicious.

03/09/2024: Schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant im Skihüttenstil. Sehr netter, freundlicher und umsichtiger Service. Unsere Nachfragen zu Speisen wurden mit Hilfe Google gern beantwortet. Kommunikation in Englisch möglich. Das Essen war lecker und die Portionen ausreichend. Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

31/08/2024: Excellent three star hotel. Room was clean, spacious with a nice bathroom. Room had comfortable beds, but could use a fan to cool it off on an August evening. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing! Great location close to everything will stay again.

23/09/2024: This Hotel more than lived up to expectations. It is an extremely well run ship. Highly professional staff, very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Location excellent. Food amazing. Spotlessly clean. Only negative - no lift. Staff were on hand to help with luggage.

21/09/2024: We had a great experience there, outside tables were fully booked so we got to sit inside on a high table, food was amazing, staff friendly although the restaurant was packed

17/08/2024: Une expérience superbe ! Après notre visite des gorges, nous avons découvert par hasard cette petite pépite. La qualité des plats est exceptionnelle, notamment la viande grillée au feu de bois qui a un goût incomparable. Les menus offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Cette petite auberge est située dans un endroit calme, avec une ambiance chaleureuse qui ajoute au charme du lieu. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette belle

15/08/2024: Accueil toujours très sympathique, cela fait déjà 3 fois que nous y allons. Les plats ne sont pas copieux mais raiment excellents. Par contre, le gros problème, c'est le temps passé entre chaque plat; très long, trop long. C'est vraiment dommage et cela met en retrait la qualité des assiettes. Je pense que l'organisation du service ou le nombre de couverts est à revoir. C'est dommage.
