01/08/2026: The welcome was perfect, but the product was disastrous. There's no longer any skill in the pizza-making at this place, once a temple of homemade pizza. The crust is unevenly thick, the edges are burnt, the center is undercooked, and worst of all, the dough is so full of semolina that it's like eating semolina with dough on it... This establishment needs to turn things around, and fast.

09/06/2026: Don't trust the reviews. I used to be a regular; the pizzas were excellent. New pizza chef... Catastrophic... and the hygiene leaves much to be desired. They wash their hands after taking payment and answering the phone...

27/03/2026: The owner is wonderful, the atmosphere is calm, the pizza is generous and homemade, one of the few places in Haute-Savoie that can truly claim to make THE pizza like in Italy. I highly recommend it! 5 stars, 5 hearts, 5 everything!

09/06/2026: Since the change of ownership, the quality of service has dropped dramatically: the waitress was unpleasant, and the service really needs improvement! The food is no longer up to standard, and the Hugo beer is disgusting! Under the previous owner, we used to come as a group of 10-15 people (for company meals), but that was then. Everything needs to be rethought! What a shame.

21/04/2026: The waitress was extremely unpleasant and rude. In addition to her childish attitude, she kept using the informal "tu" with me and mocked me when I politely asked her (despite my annoyance) to use the formal "vous," using a very inappropriate tone. When she came back to serve us, she started using the informal "tu" again. This is unacceptable and extremely disrespectful! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

05/04/2026: Good value for money. Fast and efficient service.

05/04/2026: Disappointing experience. The duck was served undercooked (nearly raw) and the sauce was extremely salty. The burgers were heavy and underwhelming. To make matters worse, the staff cleared away my full plate without a single question, suggesting a lack of communication between the floor and the kitchen. Additional issues like "off" tasting mayo and missing table seasonings made for a poor meal. Great atmosphere, but the culinary standards are not there.

07/07/2026: We was travelling through Europe on our motorbikes found this hotel by luck booked for one night ended up staying 3 nights absolutely beautiful hotel staff where amazing food was 10/10 a very rare find a must on anyone's bucket list best hotel in all the years travelling Europe will make it a regular every year well done 👏

09/05/2026: The food is excellent at this very comfortable family-run hotel. The owners are very attentive to our needs, and the cuisine is refined with a very varied menu. I highly recommend it.

02/03/2026: The setting is nice, and that's about it. The food was bland, on par with a mid-range wedding caterer. The dishes were clearly pre-prepared. Nothing had any flavor. €200 for two people is outrageous. I would reduce the number of servers, who didn't add anything (we were served by five different people), to focus more on the food. PS: No baby changing table in a 5-star hotel…

24/02/2026: Overwhelming and rushed service. Arrived at 7:30 PM, left at 8:30 PM. Beautiful setting, but not worth the repulsion, and very expensive…

18/07/2026: Five-star service! A very good meal in good company under the umbrella. A lovely continuation of the festival.

16/07/2026: Order placed through Uber Eats, the sauces I requested weren't included… all that delivery and service fees for nothing… I don't recommend it.

02/05/2026: We had a very enjoyable lunch with excellent service. Exceptional foie gras terrine , octopus salad . For mains - chicken breast with morilles and the local fish - omble - perfectly executed. Desserts - wow !!! Best creme brulee so far !!! Thanks so much - must try. And I left my phone on the table but the nice waitress ran after me after we had already walked off to return it. 5 stars

23/04/2026: Personal reason. Once I was there, I saw a gesture towards their pets that was completely inappropriate.

09/02/2026: Espresso coffee for €2.50, very poor quality coffee. I strongly advise against it.

16/05/2026: Our worst hotel experience ever. Among other things: unpleasant staff, a terrible manager, a steep and narrow staircase for carrying luggage, a dirty, unsoundproofed room, and much more. I do not recommend this place.

06/05/2026: We really enjoyed this place; the room and breakfast were perfect. There was a games room for everyone. The view was superb.

23/06/2026: Catastrophic... Ultra-thin pizza, burnt, not good, and a long wait to eat something burnt.

16/07/2026: The service was pleasant, as one would expect in a restaurant like this, and the starter and main course were excellent. Overall, it was rather expensive, but above all, having a flower seller walking around the restaurant like at a beachside eatery is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. We finished our drinks and left. Never again.

07/04/2026: Amazing atmosphere and our best meal in Megeve. We came on the last night of the season on our grown up ski weekend. If you like steak, this is the place. I think it is one of the best steaks I have ever had!! The reason for only 4 stars is because I don't think their side dishes live up to the steak. They were ok but not great. Lack lustre salad and truffle fries that were not very truffle-y, they could have been better. But the service and the steak were phenomenal. The lovely bar in the hotel is fantastic aswell - go for a pre-dinner cocktail :)...book with confidence.

24/12/2025: We came to buy 3 mini Yule logs for Christmas. Excellent find, they were extremely good and delicate!! (2 chocolate and 1 raspberry) However, the service was very poor from the waitress who seemed to get annoyed quickly when we asked her to repeat herself…
