21/07/2024: Arrived from Brest, third time I have tasted a dish in the restaurant, the staff welcomes with a smile, the portions are frankly generous, the restaurant is clean, terrace for sitting in the open air, I really recommend their Turkish sausage : a pleasant fruity taste The kebab meat is tender and in nice pieces (not just mince) and the price is lower for the quality and quantity served (: Keep it up honestly!

04/09/2024: The good location of the Ancor hotel, friendly service and tasty breakfast somewhat compensate for some of the minuses. The disadvantages were the condition of the rooms - ours was small and the bathroom door was a makeshift room, it was difficult to maintain privacy in the bathroom. In general, the bathroom could use a facelift (e.g. the washbasin countertop is damaged). There is a parking lot at the hotel :)

02/09/2024: This year a little disappointed with the service: -sheets not changed during my 4-night stay. -no coffee capsules provided (I am a coffee lover). -no signs to put “free room” at the door, obligation to go to reception every day. Positive points: -Good welcome from staff -Air conditioning and fridge Sincerely

14/09/2024: Très surpris pas l’ambiance de la salle très chaleureuse et conviviale. La cuisine est excellente et le tout est sublimé par la sympathie et l’hospitalité du chef. Un vrai plaisir.

10/09/2024: Grosse déception. Après une journée très éprouvante moralement, (sépulture d'un couple d'amis) ce jour, un moment de détente aurait été bienvenu, en rentrant chez nous à la roche. J'ai appelé à 5 reprise pour réserver une table..... Répondeur qui nous dit: Nous sommes fermés que le mardi.. Super, on est lundi 9 septembre. Alors, nous décidons de nous rendre sur place. Porte fermée, aucune lumière, aucune réponse à la sonnette.... c'est le cœur bien gros que nous nous sommes résigné à rentrer chez nous, bien triste. Alors, bon conseils 1) Mise à jour de vos horaires 2) Rappel des gens qui laissent des messages 3) Un mot sur la porte est toujours bienvenu. En gros, resto qui a l'air sympa mais un manque de communication est évident. Nous essayerons de retourner un de ces jours mais.... faudra aucune déception. Habitant la roche dur foron, nous restons surpris par ce manque communication. A bientôt.

12/12/2023: Après avoir échangé plus d'un an à l'avance au sujet d'une réservation (indisponibilité, travaux...) maintenant on ne se donne même plus la peine de répondre à mes demandes. Clairement cet hôtelier ne joue pas le jeu des réservation par Box. Un bon coup de pub pour lui mais réservation impossible quand on en fait la demande.

10/12/2023: Nous avons appelé pour réserver une nuit pour mars 2024 avec dîner petit-déjeuner et accès au spa via une wonderbox mais on nous informe d'un supplément de €79 du fait de récents travaux. Je suus choqué de cette réponse ! Je demande alors si il y possibilité de réserver sans supplément en période plus creuse, le monsieur me dit que les tarifs varient selon les périodes choisies mais qu'il y aura toujours un supplément. Je demande le détail des suppléments selon les périodes, là il est incapable de me dire précisément ce qu'il en est. Je lui propose de me faire un devis pour un week-end avec nuit supplémentaire au tarif en vigueur. Je lui laisse mon adresse mail mais après 10 jours aucune réponse ! Je rappelle, le monsieur semble gêné et me dit qu'il va m'envoyer le devis mais ne s'excuse pas ! 15 jours après toujours rien ! Mais qui est cet hôtelier !? Et sa façon d'agir !? Ça se veut au service du client alors qu'il ne veut semble t il pas des clients wonderbox... Arrêtez donc le partenariat si vous n'en voulez plus ! Je vais contacter l'enseigne best western afin de faire remonter ce comportement inapproprié, dédaigneux et honteux. Cordialement.

25/06/2024: Pizza très moyennes en quantité (peu de garniture) et en qualité (produits mediocres) mais prix excessifs. Prix d'une pizza au restaurant avec table et couverts.

26/08/2024: We ate here randomly when passing through in the winter of 2018 and loved it. So this past week when we returned to see Annecy in the summer, we searched until we found it. We again loved the atmosphere, service, and food. I had a great fennel and quinoa salad and my wife got a unique double chicken burger. We both savored every bite. I don’t know if we’ll make it to Annecy a third time. But if we do, we’ll eat here again.

11/11/2024: Everything is good and fortunately they are open the weekend of November 11! They are the only ones! Very nice atmosphere and simple but nice dishes Very good draft beers Just lacks a little light, a very cozy atmosphere, a little too much perhaps 😉

05/09/2024: A l'accueil, premièrement nous avions l'impression de ne pas être les bienvenues à 20h15. Nous avons été placé à l'étage car plus de place en bas (pas grave). Sauf que nous avons eu l'impression de rentrer dans un four tellement il faisait chaud et pas de clim. Ensuite un serveur pas professionnel du tout, le sourire oublié chez lui je pense, une bouteille de rosé commandé resté sur la console pendant au moins 5 minutes avant d'arriver sur notre table, avec un bac à glace... SANS GLACE. J'avais l'habitude de manger dans cet établissement il y a trois ou quatre ans... Je n'y retournerais pas.

03/09/2024: Les pizzas comme les pâtes sont très bonnes. Les enfants et nous sommes toujours content d’y manger. L’été la terrasse est plutôt sympa

03/09/2024: Schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant im Skihüttenstil. Sehr netter, freundlicher und umsichtiger Service. Unsere Nachfragen zu Speisen wurden mit Hilfe Google gern beantwortet. Kommunikation in Englisch möglich. Das Essen war lecker und die Portionen ausreichend. Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

31/08/2024: Excellent three star hotel. Room was clean, spacious with a nice bathroom. Room had comfortable beds, but could use a fan to cool it off on an August evening. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing! Great location close to everything will stay again.

28/07/2024: Excellent discovery for a day escape: spa brunch and beach Top massages, copious and delicious brunch, small grassy beach with deckchairs and parasols with pontoon on the lake, magnificent! I recommend and will come back with pleasure! Well done to the team
