05/09/2026: Because I unfortunately can't give zero stars, I'm giving it one. I was the first customer of the day, around noon, and I was served the first layer of meat from the spit, which was from the previous day. Unfortunately, I ordered takeout and didn't pay attention at the time. I honestly didn't think she was going to serve that first layer of meat; I simply assumed she had removed and thrown it away. When I got home, I found it was dry and hard, like cardboard. Clearly inedible. Instead of removing the previous day's first layer of meat and serving fresh meat, they obviously preferred to make it profitable rather than waste it. I'm very disappointed and, above all, very dishonest of this woman, who, I'm certain, would never have agreed to eat that first layer of meat herself.

10/06/2026: Love this place, best apres in Morzine in my opinion. No matter what time of the day you visit the atmosphere is fantastic. Food is yummy, drinks are well made and service is fab. The refurbishment is outstanding, it's a must visit location when you visit Morzine.

02/03/2026: The setting is nice, and that's about it. The food was bland, on par with a mid-range wedding caterer. The dishes were clearly pre-prepared. Nothing had any flavor. €200 for two people is outrageous. I would reduce the number of servers, who didn't add anything (we were served by five different people), to focus more on the food. PS: No baby changing table in a 5-star hotel…

24/02/2026: Overwhelming and rushed service. Arrived at 7:30 PM, left at 8:30 PM. Beautiful setting, but not worth the repulsion, and very expensive…

01/08/2026: The welcome was perfect, but the product was disastrous. There's no longer any skill in the pizza-making at this place, once a temple of homemade pizza. The crust is unevenly thick, the edges are burnt, the center is undercooked, and worst of all, the dough is so full of semolina that it's like eating semolina with dough on it... This establishment needs to turn things around, and fast.

09/06/2026: Don't trust the reviews. I used to be a regular; the pizzas were excellent. New pizza chef... Catastrophic... and the hygiene leaves much to be desired. They wash their hands after taking payment and answering the phone...

10/09/2026: The location is amazing, the food is average, the problem is with some of the staff are rude and not professional. I advise you provide them training on how to deal with customers.

17/09/2026: I came for lunch with a friend, the service was perfect, the waitress was very friendly and pleasant. We had a delicious meal and the chocolate mousse and speculoos tiramisu were absolutely divine. The terrace was quite busy, but we didn't have to wait.

15/09/2026: Léna, the owner, is super nice, and Ju at the bar is super friendly too. I come regularly and I'm never disappointed… looking forward to seeing you again!

03/09/2026: The service was disastrous. The Arctic char was listed at €25.90, but we paid €29.90 on the menu (the staff refused to acknowledge the price difference). We had to wait a long time before being served (shortage of staff)... What a shame! However, the meal itself was beautifully presented and very tasty!

01/09/2026: A delightful surprise! Delicious food (daily special for €14.90). A warm welcome and a very attentive young waiter who wanted to please, all with a smile. This is my second visit and it's always a pleasure.

02/09/2026: Excellent restaurant across from the lake. The food was delicious. My meal was so generous that I asked for the leftovers to take away, and there was no problem. The staff were friendly. Street parking is available for a fee, but free after 7 pm. It's also free on Saturdays and Sundays.

21/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We don't usually leave reviews when a restaurant disappoints us, but with such a poor experience, we felt compelled. One of the worst restaurants we've ever been to... The €18.90 tomato, mozzarella, and burrata salad is a disgrace: a handful of bitter, industrially produced lamb's lettuce, four halved cherry tomatoes, four cheap mozzarella balls, and a tasteless burrata—and that's just for the starter. Oh, and if you want bread, expect stale bread, if there's any left, unless they serve you "the last bits," as the waitress told us. The pizza didn't look homemade, with cheap country ham worthy of a supermarket, and it was far too salty. And now, the main course... Linguine all'arrabbiata drowning in salty sauce—and that's putting it mildly. And when I mentioned to the waitress that the pasta was swimming in an overly salty sauce, she said she was surprised since the cook doesn't add anything to the preparation. If the cook doesn't make the sauce, where does it come from? It's a valid question... It's incomprehensible that this restaurant has a 4.3/5 rating.
